I came to Guelph to help care for my Dad, when I went into the pharmacy I was surprised that the pharmacist knows exactly who my parents are, and is so genuinely concerned about them. Kal went above and beyond in helping me obtain some difficult to get medications so that I could bring my dad home from the hospital. I am so grateful for his support during a difficult time for my family, and would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

The difference between these guys and big pharmacy chains are these people actually care for you. They ensure you take your medications and if you don’t they give you options to make sure you don’t forget and can’t forget. They go above and beyond to make sure your health is top priority. just got my covid vaccine here, great experience! i usually faint with needles but the pharmacist distracted me and had it done so quickly and painlessly i felt completely fine. i'm amazed i didn't feel faint at all. process was quick and i felt very comfortable here. amazing pharmacy!

From day one Kal has been nothing but super friendly, helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. You can tell and feel that he cares about all his clients and will do his very best to ensure taking your medications are barrier free. Because I have so many medications he offered to do a monthly pack for me. I had a migraine while visiting my parents and I called Kal to see if he could transfer my prescription to the closest pharmacy. He has been timing my pick-ups so that they align and can get all my meds at the same time. Aside from him being such an AMAZING pharmacist, he is just an overall great guy. I am visibly part of the LGBTQ2S+ community and he has been respectful and non-judgemental with regards to that, which makes me feel welcome. He's by far the best pharmacist I've had. When we moved to Guelph we used a large chain drug store where we were disappointed by needing to clarify each time to different staff. Our son suggested a smaller pharmacy and we have been delighted from the first! There is a sign claiming they treat you like family, and it is true. Whether phone call or visit, I can be sure Kal remembers immediately with his phenomenal talent our specific situation, provides helpful information, and voices professional care and concern for us. We came here for our pre-departure COVID tests. Kalpesh was kind and patient even though we were late for our appointment. He administered our tests quickly, efficiently and with minimum discomfort (even for our two year old). While waiting for our results, Kalpesh was running tests for others, dispersing prescriptions and also attending to the many phone calls coming through all at the same time - and he was very calm and kind to everyone through it all even when clearly over worked. Can't recommend this pharmacy enough.

I had to change pharmacy i was told by my father about this place. First experience was awesome so just went in said hello- greated by Kal the owner his wife. They knew my parents by name just by me discribing. I asked about changing. Everything done very professional and fast. Returned this week everything ready again hello by name. The warm friendly service is back- like we had years ago.i strongly reccommend you go here. Lots of info on natural things as wwell as other health help.
