Chancellors pharmacy staff is very nice. I booked my PCR test with them last week and they booked it at very moment and as I needed that for my job urgently. Moreover, they did not charge me any fee because I worked as a health worker. So, overall my experience was tremendous.

Peter and the team are fantastic! They know me by name and they let my partner phone in and pick up my prescriptions. I have called for my prescription and forgotten to pick it up so many times that it just got easier for my partner to take care of it. They never judged me or made me feel bad for my forgetfulness. Always super friendly and helpful. My doctor moved offices but I still continue to support them because they're awesome.

In August, I needed a rapid test to travel for a family emergency in the states. At the time, this was the only pharmacy doing travel rapid tests in Guelph. I booked myself and my two daughter, coming up to a total of $300 ($100 per test which itself is a rip off). They knew they were the only ones in Guelph offering travel rapid test and exploited their customers. On Wednesday, I booked all 3 tests for Saturday, that we need for our flights on Sunday. I received a call at 6 pm on the Friday before our appointments from a random number (NOT THE PHARMACY NUMBER) asking me to verify my identity using my passport for my covid test, AFTER HOURS. I told them that I will call the pharmacy myself to ensure I am giving my information to the right people - for safety & security purposes, since I'm receiving a call after the pharmacy's hours. When I called back the pharmacist, Peter, picked up very aggressively said that it's after hours and if I am being difficult then he is just going to cancel my rapid test appointment and I can find another place and figure it out. Please keep in mind that these tests were the only way I would be able to board my flight 48 hours later. I was incredibly disgusted that, Peter, knowing that we had no choice and we needed these tests, threatened to cancel our appointments. My daughters were scared to attend the appointment after hearing how aggressive he was on the phone, this was their first time receiving the test on top of that too. Peter added unnecessary anxiety and instilled fear in us. Why was I being called after hours? I have never been contacted after hours by any medical facility. That alone is unprofessional.

To start the building is beautiful and well maintained. The pharmacy doesn't look like a traditional cookie cutter pharmacy, it's unique and clean as well. When you talk to the pharmacist's you are dealing with truly caring individuals that focus on counselling vs sales. They were kind and compassionate and I didn't have to wait long for my prescriptions at all. I have now dealt with both pharmacists (Peter and Ehab) and they are both very knowledgeable and patient oriented in the care they provide. Peter the pharmacist is also an exemplary weight loss coach that helped me achieve my weight loss goals which I didn't think was possible. All in all, I don't think I will ever need another pharmacy again as they really do put my need's first and have proven that time and time again. As a bonus, they also provide free parking with my prescriptions which is more of the icing on the cake than anything else. I can't recommend them enough.
