I walked in to order a prescription medication from this location, and they put my information into their system and had my prescription ready within 10 minutes. The pharmacist provided very clear instructions for taking the medication, and explained to me what I could and could not do while taking this medication. When I asked them to help me find something, they were able to quickly direct and locate the product that I was looking for.

Always have my prescription ready to go for me super quick! I can walk in and ask for it and it's ready in ten minutes. The are always very friendly and helpful.

Numerous times I would call in (or use the automated system) for a prescription refill. Then I would come in and it wouldn't be ready. Or they claimed that they ran out and had to order more. Or they gave me the wrong thing. One time I came in at 6:54 pm (they close at 7pm) and they tried to get me to come back the next day (even argued about it). The last time I came to pick up a refill (2 days after calling it it) and it wasnt ready. They again told me that they were out of the drug and asked me to come back the next day. At that time I told them that I had had enough and would be switching pharmacies immediately (which I tried to do). However, when the new pharmacy called them to get my info they refused to provide it, claiming that they had already filled the prescription. Later that same day, I had a message from Campus that was very apologetic and told me that my prescription had been filled (after I specifically told them not to do this) and that I could come get it any time. Bunch of lying jerks

Prescriptions are never ready even after calling ahead to check go to the Walmart or the shoppers or the Zehrs don't waste your time here.

The post office workers and shop workers are very helpful and kind! However, the pharmacy here is quite an unorganized mess. Prescriptions are never ready on time, even if you call ahead. Would not recommend.

Have tried to have 3 separate prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. 2 out of the 3 were not ready at the time they had promised. We had called days prior and let them know that we were driving in from out-of-town in order to get the anti-seizure meds which were very important to our son's health. There were no calls back to say that they wrong and the meds wouldn't be ready at the time promised and they knew we were driving a long distance to get them. This is very frustrating. This is about our son's health after all. Why can't they have the drugs ready on time I wonder? They gave a weak apology and this happened twice out of a possible 3 times! My son needs his meds on time. I was scrambling to fill prescription at another pharmacy so my son would have it before he ran out. Seizures would be happening if we don't have meds.

@ Nina S. you called on a morning when we were extremely busy before Good Friday holiday. You came to pick up Rx half an hour after the call when we said specifically that it will be ready after 1pm. On top of that there were at least three people in the store ahead of you when you came in. Sorry for miscommunication.

TERRIBLE. Just came here to pick up a prescription that my doctor specifically wrote no substitutions on and I could hear the pharmacist talking to her coworker saying it's going to cost her more and she won't get the money, and then they still asked me if I would switch to the lesser genetic brand. Again my prescription said NO SUBSTITUTIONS. She was super rude as well. It is also supposed to be covered under the new OHIP and the pharmacists are provided with cards that cover the rest, but she tells me they are not working and that I have to pay the extra money if I want the prescription. I definitely feel like she lied to me, and just didn't want to "lose" money. Clearly not in the business of helping people. Safe to say I got my prescription back and will be taking it elsewhere. Never coming here again. Never had issues like this with the male pharmacist.
