Mostly clean but a lot of the cosmetics was not cleaned up it was old product over the bottles and dried out product over the pumps.

Pharmacist has no personally or the ability to greet a customer. Been here a few times already, they use to have a great pharmacist who knew how to communicate with customers. He must have left and was replaced by this middle aged man, dark hair, wears glasses who doesn't know how to deal customers. Both times I've been here, this guy taps away at his computer while customers are standing there waiting for him to finish. I'm standing at the counter and this guy doesn't even look up or even have the sense to, at a minimum acknowledge you and say "hello, I'll be with you in a minute." It's like he's deliberately ignoring me as if he's hoping that if he does it long enough that I'll just go away. He must have been writing a novel or something because it took him almost 15 mins to finally acknowledge that I was a live customer standing in front of him. I don't know what's wrong with this guy but this shoppers just lost my business cuz customers shouldn't be treated this way. This guy was so rude and obviously could care less if he loses a customer.

As an individual with sensitivity to large volumes of scents I abhor walking into most Shoppers drug Mart locations. I generally hold my breath or pinch my noise. Remember people less is more.

A downtown location . great in many ways. Until today.noticed the no dogs allowed but service animals I needed some muscle and back relief took my 12 and half WEEK old puppy in my ARMS did no browsing got the product water and PRE PACKAGED sandwich to the cash . while she serving ANOTHER customer she asked is that a service animal. I agree dogs should not be allowed in stores . however suggesting I tie him out is dangerous to him . PICK YOUR BATTLES . after calling supervisor I was advised she was only protecting her job. I feel sorry for loblaws and shoppers drug Mart . as Severe uncontrolled asthmatic being assulted by perfume is alot more worrisome than my hypoallergenic puppy . NEVER AGAIN ULTA TAKE MY MONEY .
