The female pharmacist here gave me such terrible service based on my physical appearance. All I needed was advice on a product to purchase and she treated me so rude like I was wasting her time. When right before me she was helping another gentleman and he was greeted with a smile and excellent service while I got the total opposite of this. Went there yesterday. The cashier wears her mask around her neck and told me that she is not obliged to wear a mask on her face as the plexiglass protects her. Lol! And this is a pharmacy.. to boot! At least one customer INSIDE the shop without a mask (the guy in line behind me). Cashier completes the transaction and refuses to add air miles points saying its too late. What kind of training are these people given? Why aren't they audited?

Very unhappy with the pharmacy. I tried to get my daughter's prescription there today, with our family's coverage. She asked me to sit down while she checked it out, as it's not our usual pharmacy. A few minutes later, she comes over and tells me it's saying my daughter isn't included on our coverage. She says it'll be $26 and I can send in the receipt to try and get it covered after. I just take back the prescription and call our provider when we get home. Turns out, she's absolutely covered but they put it in the system wrong at the pharmacy. I'm not very pleased, to say the least.

A POC was on her phone in the store when an extremely racist white old woman came in and started a fight saying she should go back to where she came from. The manager intervened poorly, diffusing the situation by having the POC women step out, all the while allowing the racist white woman to stay. That was a disgustingly shameful display, the white woman should have been asked to leave IMMEDIATELY. Another terrible experience at this pharmacy. Unprofessional, disorganized, rude personnel -- again! Why did I keep coming back over many years? Because I thought they were cheaper for a few OTC products ...Checked out Pharmaprix and it turns their Life products can actually be cheaper than JC! Don't go to JC. i've been going here for a couple years to fill out my prescriptions since it's closest pharmacy to my place but honestly the "convenience" is not worth it and i will be switching. the service isn't always terrible but sometimes the pharmacy staff and the pharmacists themselves can be so callous and unemphatic it makes me dread thinking of going. honestly not sure why these people are working in health care, when they just make people not want to seek out help or make it harder for them. if you feel miserable at your job, consider a different field instead of making people who are already suffering feel miserable and condescended to for just asking questions about their medication.

Don’t go to this pharmacy. Their staffs work so slow. There are 3 different assistants asked me my name for 3 times. They finally gave me my medication which they called me to pick up only. With insurance, paper work, it takes 45 mins to 1 hour. Which other pharmacy can finish in 5-10 mins max.

Last time I went there to pick up my prescription, I had to wait well over half an hour. The excuse was that they had to prepare a lot of orders received over the phone, which I thought was a bit odd, as they should in my opinion the walk-in customers first. In any case, I thought I'd give them another try, and this time it was a 45 minutes wait to get my prescription. I couldn't believe it. I expressed my frustration with the clerk at the counter and then the pharmacist, and you can tell they just don't really care. I highly suggest to not get your prescription drugs at that pharmacy, the service is beyond terrible.

Been shopping here for years! Staff and management is super friendly and helpful! The store has a great selection, is well stocked and always clean. The pharmacy is usually a little busy and wait times can get a little long sometimes but aside from that no complaints about that section either!
