My mother had left a prescription and I went to get her (after 25 minutes of waiting) and was told that the pharmacist would call my mother to explain how to take her medication, and he never did . Les techniciennes vous rient dans la face si vous leur posez des questions, la pharmacienne avait l'air de trouvé la situation drôle et on ne rappelle jamais. Je comprends que une heure après que j'aille été porté une prescription elle ne soit pas prête, mais 2 heures après???? Ma mère avait laissé une prescription et j'étais allée la chercher (après 25 minutes d'attente) et on m'a dit que le pharmacien allait appeler ma mère pour lui expliquer comment prendre ses médicaments, et il ne l'a jamais fait. Je ne recommande pas cette place

My father, a 94 year resident of Montreal was recovering from an injury at my Home in Ottawa and I had to get his pills reniewed locally. Even if they had all the information, done this twice, after 3 days of pre-noticed, when I arrived they told me I had to drive back and come back in the afternoon because they did not have time to do it. I ended up telling them I will wait with my father until they can give me the prescriptions. The pharmacist was smiling while the technician was talking to me. They ended up doing it onsite in less than 10 minutes...This appears to be a place where any extra effort is not welcome.

Pourquoi tu m’appelle me dire que c’est prêt si ce l’est pas? 2:00 plus tard? Sa réponse: « Qu’est que tu veux que j’te dise, on a été très occupés ». C’est bien beau être occupé, mais quand je m’y prends 3:00 d’avance, y’a toujours bin des limites à rire de moi.

Le lendemain, je retourne à la clinique et on me montre que la pharmacie avait bien reçue la prescription car il y a une confirmation de leur part. je décide de rappeler la pharmacie et là on me répond "on vient de la recevoir mais on n'a pas tous les médicaments". c'est alors que je lui dit que c'est un mensonge qu'ils l'ont reçue hier et là on me confirme que oui mais sans aucune excuse. c'est terminé pour moi et ma famille avec cette pharmacie.

La commis en arrière du comptoir de pharmacie me donne l’antibiotique pour les yeux pour aller payer en avant . Je suis allé payer, plus j avais d autres choses à payer, il y avait un jeune commis qui était assisté par une fille, bref les deux ont manipulé la boîte de l antibiotiques et surtout la fille qui tournait et retourner la boîte du médicament. Un certain moment je n étais plus capable, je lui demandant d arrêter surtout avec ce qu on vit actuellement avec la COVID . J’ai été surpris par sa réaction et surtout son attitude agressive me disant qu’elle désinfectait tout le temps ces mains et comme si ça lui donner elle son collègue le droit de manipuler le médicament à leur guise . Au final , je veux quitter et je vérifie la facture il ne m’avait pas charger le 25$ du médicament ..... imaginez tout le temps à le manipuler et au final n’a pas été mis sur ma facture . Honnête que je suis, je les avisé et payé mon dû avec une autres fois une attitude de la fille commis qui laissait vraiment à désirer ... bref je voulais pas me prendre la tête avec ça ... un sourire ou un merci sincère aurait fait la job et j aurais oublié... mais au final , j ai été déçu par cette expérience client .

Terrible service both at the pharmacy and the register in front. Just waited 10 minutes by the cash while the only cashier is browsing the greeting cards section and when I get her and mention my patient wait coming to an end, she mocks me saying poor u, had to wait all that time....like customer service??? Also asked for a bag which she claimed they no longer gave out...not so sure if that's fact or fiction. Gonna take my family's business elsewhere

I can't say enough about the service that I receive from Katherine, she is caring, remembers her clients, makes me feel so at ease. I hate needles however I travel 30 minutes from my home just to see her. She makes the whole experience feel like I'm visiting with a friend..can't say enough about her!

On nous refuse ensuite de retourner le médicament et d'être remboursés. Je ne sais pas ce qu'il s'est passé la première fois, mais pour la deuxième, puisque la prescription demandée n'était pas dû pour un renouvellement, quelqu'un a pris pour acquis que nous devions avoir fait une erreur dans notre demande et a pris "l'initiative" de préparer un autre médicament à la place au lieu de nous rappeller pour demander des clarifications. Lors du ramassage, aucun commentaire là-dessus, allez hop on lance ça dans le sac merci bye bye. Belle initiative bravo. Nos dossiers sont rendus ailleurs.
