Staff is unwelcoming. Wait time is usually very long as only 1 or 2 cash registers are opened at a time. Regarding the cashiers they work very slowly and seem to try and avoid all contact with customers they don't personally know. On the other hand, take 5+ minutes serving the customers they DO know, as they stop what they are doing to have lengthy chats with said customers. Very limited variety of products and often do not have the highlighted products from the flyer. On top of that, their fruits and vegetables section is not appealing as the fruit looks to have been on the stands for quite some time, they do not look fresh, the colors are not vibrant and they are often overpriced. Overall, I was very disappointed by both the goods and customer service offered by Provigo, sadly would not recommend.
