Nice, new pharmacy right in the Regent Mall. I'm not terribly familiar with the Lawtons chain so I had an amble through right before Christmas to grab some stocking stuffers. Seemed nice enough, good to have an alternative to the Wal-Mart pharmacy in the mall.

I had terrible service here the other day. I had bought and eyeliner for about $14 there a couple of days before and when I opened it, it was completely dried up and unusable. When I went back to return it, the staff at the cash refused, saying that they don't return opened products. I understand that. However, when a product is defective it should be the responsibility of the store to rectify the situation. That did not happen. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said there was no manager there. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. They said there was none there. They were unapologetic and not helpful at all. I will be going back again to try to get a refund, but will not be shopping there again

It is newly opened food and drugs store and very similar with the Shoppers Drug Mart. Very bright and clean environment.

The best drugstore in Fredericton, Hands Down!!! Andy and Gregg are both so friendly and helpful and always go that extra mile. I have drugstores closer but none that provide their level of service. Thank you :)
