This review is seriously well deserved imo. I lived downtown earlier this year and got my prescriptions transferred over for convenience at first. I live uptown now and there are plenty of places closer for me.... But I'm staying with these guys because they really and truly care about their customers! They go above and beyond and it's a huge difference!

On Christmas morning I was recently post-operative and the pain management plan was failing. A 06:00 trip to the ER provided temporary relief plus 2 prescriptions that needed to be filled. My family contacted this pharmacy at 10:35 to request filling these prescriptions. The pharmacist on duty said that they were closing at 11:00, and although they were less than 10 minutes drive, not to bother coming as they would not fill them. While the lack of professionalism and dedication was remarkable, I found the completely callous nature of the interaction to be the most repulsive aspect. I'll never shoppe there, and neither will my family (zero star ratings are not an option). And save your breath pleading with this business; it does not help. And thank to New Maryland Pharmachoix. We left them a message and they called back (they were closed) and filled the prescriptions for us. I would have been in a terrible state without their extraordinary service. Sincerely; Ed
