My experience was Excellent Friendly Customer service. I found that they accept PC points. I brought some can tuna and sardines in spring water. Also I got organic bananas and limes. I would recommend this store in Fort St John B.C.

My go to place for the basics. Fair selection but some varieties aren't available. Example: Green Giant Simply Steam Vegetables. They only ever have Brussel Sprouts and Broccoli & Cauliflower. Never seen the mixed vegetable medley or corn. Place is clean. Could use more staff on check-outs especially when it's busy. Reasonable prices and the rewards program is a nice perk.

Great grocery store. They don't have as large a selection as Safeway or Save-On. But that said they have pretty much everything and the prices are always good. Excellent veggie section. The pharmacy is very good. Quick and the pharmacist is always ready to answer questions or help with a selection. They carry PC and No Name products. Usually busy, but they open checkouts accordingly.

They set up a time for seniors, I was the second one through the doors and the shelves were empty. No fresh vegetables. The meat had a few packs of steaks, stewing beef, sausages. It was also not kept to seniors. They allowed anybody through the door. Not impressed. I gave an extra star for limiting TP flour rice.

The cashier was horribly rude. And didnt listen to anything g I asked. I asked her to keep my drink out not to bag it.. She didn't even give it to me. We spent $250 and had to bag it all up our selves. Because apparently the bag boy before couldnt help. She rang through 3 ppl as well tried to bag our things and kept pushing the track and pushing our stuff almost over the edge! I couldnt be more upset at a store. I just moved here sunday. And this was my first shopping trip. Spent an hour in there. I have been in customer service for 15+yrs.. Never have i been so disappointed! Unfortunately your store is closest to where I live or i would never go back. The meat in your store also looked horrible. The fridges are not cold enough ither. I would do some serious walk throughs with your store.and your cashiers. This is unacceptable!

Having been a regular shopper here for some time, and have not been in lately due to the covid situation.., when I went in today I found it highly disturbing that there was no people or persons disinfecting shopping cart handles or basket handles, unlike safeway or Walmart and no hand sanitizer to been seen, will not return anytime soon!!
