My experience with this drug store has been awful. 75% of the time I have to return to the drug store after leaving because of one issue or another. Its horrible. One issue is our medication containers dont work properly and the pharmacist needs to reopen it with a special tool. The last 3 times now I have called in for refill, whom evet I gave the refill number too did not carry out their job and when I go in to pick it up 3 days later it is not even ready. So i have to put in the refill order AGAIN and come back later that day or the next day. I would not recommend this drug store.

I've been dealing with Brodies for several years now. I find Sam and all of his staff to be pleasant, friendly and efficient. It can't be easy for them to deal with my meds as I have so many and they're being chopped and changed all the time. I'm sure it must drive them nuts but they all take it in their stride and make the changes with a smile. I hope Sam and the staff find me half as pleasant as I find them. Stay safe all.
