Pharmacist Donnie is a dream come true. A covid19 Super Hero. The entire staff created a bond with me that will never be broken. This is why small towns are a dream come true. This man, these ladies, have restored my perception to kind human beings. I cannot thank you enough for the sympathy, kindness and overall comfort you’ve provided me today during my vaccination against this virus. This was an unbelievably beautiful experience. The people here are amazing. Jackie and Kylie I know by name because I have lost count on how many times they have gone above and beyond. Kylies knowledge is second to none and I doubt you will ever find better service anywhere from Jackie. I've dealt with them the most but when I do deal with other staff members the service is unmatched. If you are looking for a pharmacy that cares about your health above all then this is absolutely the place for you. I highly recommend Boggio & Edwards IDA Pharmacy! All of the staff go out of their way to be helpful to myself and other family members. Donnie is very good at explaining things thoroughly and takes the time to be sure we understand before we leave the counter. All of the pharmacists there are great. The pharmacy technicians are all terrific and always greet everyone with a smile. The cashiers and home health care employees are wonderful!! Always happy to answer questions and help get something we need. At Boggio & Edwards they make everyone feel welcome and treat us like family!!

Great pharmacy! I was in Crystal Beach on vacation and went to speak with the pharmacist about some throat/ ear pain I was having - he gave me the name, address and number of a clinic to go to and wouldn't sell me any products as he said he believed I needed an actual prescription. He was correct!

I don't go to Boggios often and won't be going again after the last time. A lady with glasses practically grabbed the items out of my hands as if I was half way out the door. The whole staff watches you like a hawk as if you have "thief " tattooed on your forehead. I was looking for a particular supplement which I was able to get at Shoppers where I usually go. I was only in Ridgeway visiting a friend which was the only reason I was in there to begin with.
