This Pharmacy has an extremely long wait time. The staff is rude and nobody is ever on the same page. It is sometimes convenient for me but now I would rather go somewhere else with better quality of service.

Great for getting store bought braces and other home health care needs. Patient and helpful staff. Can access compounded medications through this pharmacy. There are still NOT a lot of pharmacies, within Metro or even Nova Scotia, with whom you can get a compounded medication, such as Thyroid, if you are unable to tolerate taking the usual medications such as Synthroid etc. For many years I had to get my medication from Ford Pharmacy in Moncton through the mail or by the bus.

Just so everyone know, Gagan is not at this location since 5th November 2017. The new owner is Jaymesh Khetia. The review of 2 months ago was 3 months late in posting. I frequent the store every week and I have seen a lot of trust and respect amongst the staff and the owner.

We've been filling our prescriptions here for years and they've always been great to us. Having gotten used to ordering refills via the website or app; it'd be a significant first world problem returning to making that additional trip in person. Online refills are ready within an hour, oftentimes less. Rarely do they not have what we need in-store and have to transfer a product from another location. Staff are very friendly and genuinely show interest in the wellbeing of their customers. The fill fee they charge here is $10.

Made my life super easy. Needed a med urgently for dermatitis and while other pharmacies said minimum hour, they were able to give it to me under ten minutes understanding the situation. Kudos to Suzy and Angela. You rock!

Great Pharmacy but I wish they were open 24/7. Great Service, Great Food/Drink & Snacks. Super Nice Pharmacists here :) Just wish they were open more so I didn't have to run all the way downtown to 445 Princess to pick up prescriptions..other then that great place :)

Amazing Store. Most recommended place to get your medication. The Owner Parth's staff get work done in high speed and are very understandable. You'll get your prescription within 5 mins on dead days. VERY RECOMMENDED.

Depends what you're looking for! As the name implies "simply" is about right. It's pretty small, though not quite as small as the one in the VG. They also seem to stock quite a few home care products that you may not find at your local Sobeys or Superstore pharmacy. Conveniently located right by hospital entrance

Confusing and annoying AF.. There is a pharmacy in shoppers drug mart, idk what this entry is for, or if it's even real. But I just got stressed cuz I thought it was the shoppers pharmacy, and it's closed on weekends. So this place is relatively useless regardless.

I been with them for about two months. By far the most inconvenient pharmacy service I had thus far! They don't seem to have their S***t together and there is one surprise after another! I used their delivery service and blister pack service. Their delivery service is not so flexible, with at least 5 hour window wait time (where as in the past, I could arrange a two hour window for delivery). I ended up missing my delivery a few times! They would charge me for additional vitamins purchased through them, but my eyes nearly fell out with their sudden nearly $50 raise!!!!! for the same vitamins I paid only $2.50 a week!!! This pharmacy really need to get their act together and be more reliable!! Very disappointed! Lost my business!!

Terrible customer service. Long line ups. Staff do not know what they are doing. Can't even ask questions. They somehow manage to service the ones not wearing a mask such as one observed today.

Depending on which medications you are getting the wait time will be longer; but whenever I get my antibiotics, they are ready within 5 minutes. Staff is helpful and answers all questions. They explain everything thoroughly. However, if you are on a drug plan they will charge you every time, resulting in you explaining that you aren’t supposed to pay. This wastes everyone’s time, either their system isn’t updated accordingly or they aren’t checking it properly.

Should be ashamed of themselves . Jacking up the prices on everything , taking advantage of sick and injured people just because they can . Not everyone in the hospital has people to love and look after them . Just wanting a sinple snack to get awaycfrom the horrible hospital food is usually not doable as it costs 2 to 3 times as much as it would in a regular shoppers drug mart . I hope your proud of yourself and enjoy the profits you make off people who have no other options .

This place has an amazing pharmacy team who have gone above and beyond for me on many occasions. They understand my meds are important and that I struggle to remember to even take them when needed, nevermind re-fill them in time. Even when I've had no refills, they've always made sure I had enough to get by until they could contact my doctor (who is frequently on vacation), and even had it filled at another location in cases where I couldn't pick it up before this one closed. I'm so thankful for the wonderful staff and management here. It's far different from what I've experienced in the more commercial locations.

Small location but the service is fast. Pharmacists on site are very helpful and, given the fact the size of the place is small, it feels more like a family doctor’s office environment. I’ve never had to wait for my flu shots in the past and the availability has always been same day.
