On behalf of my husband and myself we are so pleased at the wonderful service we receive. All the pharmacists are always smiling and cheerful. They go above and beyond to help us find what we need. If they do not have it, they will search until they find it and then order it in to the store for us. They then give us a phone call and say it is available for pickup. It has always been a positive visit for us and all the staff have a way about them that makes one feel very special, and that they truly care. Again thanks so much for the great service! I have been welcomed by Mary , the Owner and she reviewed all my medication thoroughly and in a professional way, she also give me discount for every single medication I have. Mary and Dina are by far the best pharmacist and pharmacy assistant I have dealt with. So helpful and knowledgeable! I moved my entire family’s accounts to their pharmacy from Shopper’s who have no customer service skills whatsoever. Whenever I walk in or call they always recognize me and remember my name! Greedy, rude pharmacist owner. Only to take advantage from you. If you come and ask for a discount she will give it to you. If you don't, you will pay in full. I bought a year worth of prescription for my mom and she didn't warn me that I should buy just a little bit first to monitor for a very severe, as it turns out life threatening side effect. 5 days after taking a medication my mom is in near death condition and pharmacist just boldly said she won't issue me a credit as it's not required by law. I regularly shopped there and will never shop there again. 2. If you never shopped from me, don't post fake reviews on my listing as a fake review. I actually shopped from you and paid and have a receipt. You never shopped from me. Don't make things up. Act professional. Everyone from our plaza who comes for free service regularly gets it a fine gesture from us, even as non-customers. We are all friends here. If my customer calls me first thing I'd say come over to solve the problem. We solve all problems for free. 3. Instead of writing 5 pages of excuses and yelling at me when I called, you could have invited me over to your store to verify if the drug my mom got is actually correct. Not only half of the label is not printed due to the bad printer ( I can't even read the drug name or dosage. It says 0mg and 5 letters are missing), the drug is different from what doctor prescribed. Lady who sold it said it's not the same as on Rx, it's generic but 100% same. It can't be same if it's called different or costs different. We don't have any assurance that dosage is correct since you apparently never make mistakes. How can my mom take this now? All I am hearing from you how good you are and how bad I am to save $20 on buying it all at once. If people like you took your job more seriously, less people would die.

The staff always friendly ,helpful, and quick . Location is very convenient in front of Sherway Garden with onsite Walk-in clinic. First Time I went to the attached walk-in clinic and went to the pharmacy asking some questions, I met Mary , the owner , she actually answered all my questions even though I was not a patient there.I decided to move all my medications to the pharmacy and I was surprised by the quality of services and the great human interaction . As a bonus , I actually paid much less than what I used to pay before.I would highly recommend this Pharmacy.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Mary is amazing, she really goes out of her way to help customers. She spent 15 minutes, going through all my medications to find which one was giving me some weird and not common side effect. My whole family uses this pharmacy and is extremely happy with it. My whole family has always used Sherway Pharmasave for prescriptions, and often times have dealt directly with the owner, Mary. We are always happy with Mary and her team. They act in a professional manner and take time to explain medications or answer questions as you have them. With the multitude of medications my parents unfortunately need, I feel confident having the Sherway Pharmasave staff control their prescriptions. Over the years I've seen that office transform many times, but the one thing that stays consistent is Mary - I hope for our sake that continues well into the future!

My Mon had her Rx filled over there, right after taken their drug she started to have some very bad reactions. We went back to the doctor and found out they substituted her drug without letting her know by other generic medicine which she could not handle. We have never gone back there anymore. For people who want to live longer just stay away from them.

Wonderful people to deal with. Very helpful, informative and provide true healthcare and personal touch. Always get my medicine on time. One time I ran out of my medicine. I realized too late afternoon. I called the pharmacist and she drove all the way to Brampton to deliver my medication after a long day. I was extremely relieved as well as grateful.
