They let people walk in without masks. The pharmacist also removes her mask to talk to people. It was way overcrowded too.

I had an appointment at 3:40 and by 4:30 I wasn't seen yet. I left as they don't seem to have an effective process on how to handle appointments, calls, and prescription pick up. There were two ladies working there and the other one was just standing. There were two computers so I don't understand why both can't take intake. In addition, the pharmacist was very condescending when asked why I was doing the rapid test- "Don't get this test if you have symptoms you don't want to spread anything". The gentleman after me wasn't asked the question so leads me to believe that there's some bias there. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience overall. No patient privacy as well as they yell what prescriptions you have. Get more staff if you can't handle the appointments that your website offer.

I called in for a quote on medication explaining that it would be an out of pocket expense and that my doctor would give me the prescription once I confirm that fax number of the pharmacy. The response was - we don't give quotes over the phone!! I responded stating that 5 other pharmacy were comfortable giving me the requested quotes. To which they replied - but we don't, that's our policy. Well everyone wants to limit the number of needless people flow amit COVID, but I guess they don't really care. Their loss!

I found this pharmacy when exploring the neighbourhood on my very first day after moving to Toronto. That was a year and a half ago. My prescription requires weekly visits to the pharmacy and I am VERY happy to fill my medication with this Pharmasave each time. The owners are wonderful, friendly, and genuinely caring. ONCE the owner came outside, lent me his car jack from the trunk of his own vehicle and helped me change my flat tire. The staff are all very flexible and understanding. NOTE - AS OF SEPTEMBER 2016, THEY HAVE ADDED A WALK-IN CLINIC AND FAMILY PHYSICIAN WHOM I HAVE HEARD GREAT THINGS ABOUT.

Worst pharmacy. Do not ever call these people. So unprofessional and unorganized. A staff told us to email all relevant info so we can get tested for Covid-19, just send the info and come at 6:10pm. Voila! No appointment was made and they were very rude on the phone! ????
