Really bad experience with this pharmacy for my medication refills. Your response is a complete lie. You made me pay from my pocket for insulin medication that was covered by insurance. The treatment I got from your pharmacy was horrendous and my doctor was also shocked at you not providing me the required medication I needed to manage my gestational diabetes at 9 months pregnant. Infact you provided wrong information about using lancets directly on finger rather than the right procedure. The insurance company and the doctor had no issue covering the medication or giving prescription needed but you failed to support. Another pharmacy was able to help in no time and this is the worst thing to be doing to a pregnant woman during covid. I still remember our interactions and the distress it caused me so Thankyou!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I was originally at the Shoppers at Six Points waiting for an appointment at the clinic there, but the doctor wasn't present and wouldn't be showing up until noon. I opted to kill some time and noticed the clinic on the other side of Bloor and decided to give it a shot. Both the clinic and pharmacy itself were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and I received service effectively straight away with no wait time. Definitely makes me want to come back again in the future and make this a regular occurrence.

I was so happy with the speed of the walk-in clinic here! The video conference call was a little strange but it made the whole process streamlined & I was really pressed for time that day. Plus I got better after the antibiotics ☺️
