I myself have never had a prescription filled at Hillside Pharmasave. This Pharmacy is conveniently located right across the street from Hillside Mall.

Beware! Make sure you shop around for prescription prices before buying here. I found one prescription at Pharmasave was priced 24% more and another was 58% more than I found elsewhere. I contacted the pharmacy and Pharmasave's head office for an explanation as to why and they had no answer for me. I know I will never get another prescription filled at any Pharmasave.

These guys are so amazing, they’re friendly and helpful and you can always trust they know what they’re talking about. There’s a pharmacist here that is just so kind and explains things so well, and a front desk person who is also friendly and she always knows exactly what’s going on in the pharmacy (wait times for example). I feel like I’m in good hands.

I came in with a hurt back and a prescription. The lady behind the counter made a joke about not asking how my day was and made me smile before coming out from around the counter and getting my prescription since the Drop off area was already being used by another customer. This is going above and beyond the call of customer service and I am very happy to see that since I have a customer service based job as well. Will come here again whenever I get a prescription from my doctor.

The store offers reward program and discounts, once the discount was not applied, I questioned and and received the response: "Do you want me to redo the bill FOR $1.20? Really?" I was speechless.

A $12 fee on my $34 dollar prescription.. The cost breakdown was hidden inside the prescription box when I paid so I wouldn’t see it. I have 80% coverage so when I asked why it cost so much the pharmacist called it a deductable which could not be explained further due to language barrier? I asked my insurer and they said it’s up to the pharmacy how much they mark up cost on drugs and charge extra fees. Last time I ever fill a prescription at Hillside Pharmasave.

We experienced great service from the moment we walked in to this location. Honestly we enjoyed our time there and found an unexpected gem of a toy section hidden on the way back to the pharmacy. Clean, well organized and friendly staff… well done everyone.

I usually do pretty well with this pharmacy and have been going there for a long time, but they have a new pharmacist who comes across as a tad arrogant while making excuses after he makes mistakes, which I will note has happened a few times now. He made sure to promote his personal podcast to me though. Very unprofessional and I may be switching pharmacies if this keeps happening.

Unhelpful staff. Rude and not willing to talk. Went in very sick and the clerk refused to talk to me. Doctor sending prescription a second time because their fax wasn't working.
