I never write Google reviews, but I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for the last year and I've never received such thoughtful care from anywhere before -- the staff is always nice and Brittany is the best! As a young woman new to the daily medication world, she always took the time to explain each one to me: what to expect, what they do, etc. I can't recommend Elements enough!! I always feel safe and taken care of. Thank you!! :)

Very first thing I noticed was how clean this pharmacy was! Pharmacists were extremely knowledgeable and kind. You immediately feel very comfortable walking into this pharmacy. They have smaller stock but better quality items, which is nice not being distracted by 5 items that do the exact same thing. Please go here if you want fast, friendly and extremely educated service!! Thank you so much for such an awesome experience!! I will be back!

My mom is 103 and broke her hip. She moved from Victoria to Duncan to recuperate. Miscommunication from the Cowichan Hospital resulted in my mom not receiving her regular medications. The door bell rang and it was Brittany from the pharmacy hand delivering the meds. They drove all the way from Victoria to Duncan for a personal delivery. Amazing and truly appreciated. Ten stars not five.

We have been clients of Elements Pharmacy since it opened. When the owner was a pharmacist at another store, we were her clients there as well. We have been with the same pharmacist for at least the past 10 years This is not just somewhere to get your prescriptions filled. Elements is the go to place for helping with any medications or supplements you are taking I have suffered with an auto immune condition since 2001, and I have never received the caring, compassionate assistance from anyone, including my doctor as I have at Elements. The owner and staff truly care about your needs and if they can assist you in any way, they will. I have never felt rushed when asking questions or talking to the staff about medications. This is the best of the best of people place for anyone who is needing assistance in their personal medical needs.

Absolutely amazing! I only wish this store was closer. Really cares about their customers and wants to find the best solution they can! My skin was suffering through the winter. The heavy moisturizer where too thick causing my skin to breakout. So the recommendation was The Himalaya Tumeric and Neem face wash. I used to use it before and now I am convinced I am a forever customer of this product, LOVE IT. Major results without a major price tag. However, the pharmacist did offer J.R. Watkins Nourishing Night cream. I was hesitant at first. BUT WOW!!!! This is by far the BEST face cream I have used. I have used a number of department store brands, pricey and fancy but this product is by far the BEST!!! My skin thanks you. I also appreciate taking a natural approach to my health!

Rude and unprofessional. I needed a basic emergency refill until my next dr appointment and they refused a refill. I called Shoppers Drug Mart and the emergency refill was done without a problem.
