Brent, kelsey, Lori and Kerri!!!!!!!.....awesome!!!!!!!

Dawna killed it at customer service in the cosmetic section. She was super knowledgeable and showed us everything we were looking for, for our budget.
One of your pharmacists has done nothing but offend me and make assumptions. I went in there and shes yapping with another employee about me. No class or professionalism. I know shes deep into her change of life hormone fluctuations, but please take time off. Your attitude is nauseating. Other pharmacists are perfectly cordial and professional. She needs time off I think.
I'm on a drug called seboxone it's a methadone substitute. I have to go in daily. Unfortunately instead of serving the customers in order they serve everyone but us ( methadone and seboxone patients ) first. I've Iiterally been there first others come in after me and they serve them first. There is one pharmacist who is good about serving people in the order they come. Also if their computer is down you won't get your meds. It's not the customers fault their computers are down. It's not fair and I'll be changing pharmacy's ASAP
(Translated) The next grocery store did not sell a single piece of water, but this is a good place to sell all the drinks. They sell everything like Olive Young, cosmetics, medicine and sweets. Size is too large mart size (Original) 옆 마트에서는 물을 낱개로 팔지 않았는데 여긴 모든 음료를 낱개로 팔아서 좋다. 화장품, 약, 과자 등 올리브영같이 모든 걸 판다. 크기도 대형 마트 크기
Has everything you could ask for right in the store! Easy to shop and very clean, was helped promptly by Henry to help me find what I needed. Pharmacy staff are very friendly and professional - some of the best I've ever seen. Also has a great selection of fragrances for both men and women! 11/10 would shop again
Addition/Edit- Not the best customer Service, After attempting to ask a question I knew immediately the staff member didn't want to be on the phone with me. She got rid of me very quickly. So fast in fact she never asked my name, or what the item was I was expecting to hear via vital information about & was supposed to provide me. (I have something on Order to this Shoppers location from elswhere) Now I have to physically go into the store and personally see to it that what I am asking for actually gets done. Lest I be forgotten. Very poor phone conversation. Disappointing barely covers it. I'm glad Walmart is still around. Sept 2020 - Nobody wears masks while preparing your medication. Not one single staff member has PPE that they use. Last time I shopped here they didn't even have face masks on hand for sale to the public. Every other pharmacy in town sells masks of some kind. Its disturbing to see how Shoppers doesn't understand or care of the seriousness of the situation a pandemic brings. A&W staff all wear masks and are taking precautions that shoppers will not. Find another pharmacy or complain until they put a mask on their faces. This is not the flu. *This is airborne.* If you don't wear a mask their sanitizing isn't all that effective. Those who do not wear masks should be convicted of manslaughter if they infect and kill a person. Think about your responsibilities to the public. If you cannot handle the simple responsibility of putting a masks on, perhaps you should quit your job and have your driver's license removed at the same time. Clearly you are acting like a child. A very scary child, a drunk child with a loaded gun.
Customer? Don’t bother calling about your inquiry. I received an email from Shoppers saying their rep would call me back. No one called. So I called myself, trying to book a test. They told me I should have called myself. Excuse me, your email saying quite the opposite? She said “well, I guess we postponed to call, now we are fully booked” Super not friendly and sort of mean, I am calling to get a service I paid for and follow instructions in your email and you do not even care. Bye
I saw a guy shop lifting so I told a staff member. The man took off running. He had stolen a lot of perfume. The staff member said there was nothing they could do because their theft recovery guy was not working that night. Loss prevention should be a priority for this store. Lots of sketch bags
Great pharmacists, Frank has gone above and beyond to help me get the anti rejection medication I need, and also I'm always greeted by everybody who works there. Its busy at times but it's to be expected. Kudos!! Kim G.
I've been forced 2 get my medication at this location, probably bcuz it's the nearest location 2 my doctors office, when I first started taking methadone I was told that I had 2 go 2 this location bcuz my insurance didn't cover the pharmacy downstairs, below the methadone clinic...then a week or so later I guess indian affairs approved the Kingston pharmacy or added it 2 this list of pharmacies approved...and they asked me more then once if I wanted 2 switch but said no bcuz I hate the location where that pharmacy is...I know kingsway isn't that far away from Panorama but I prefer it there bcuz at least I can go get my meds at night instead of having 2 go early in the day at rush hour.... Despite getting into a dispute with one of the pharmacists there bcuz their trainee gave me an extra 5MLS ofor methadone instead of the laxative I got in a similar bottle I get my juice in...I didnt make it home before my boyfriend called my dad's phone saying I need 2 get a hold of the pharmacist bcuz the gave me extra methadone by accident... the guy asked me if I took it and I said no so he wanted 2 come get it from me that night but he didn't come right away so I assumed he wasn't coming and apparently he came after 10pm...and I still returned the dosend 2 the other pharmacist the next day after my appointment with the doctor despite the pharmacies policy in how they're not allowed 2 accept any meds back...Bethany was nice about it and showed actual concern for my wellbeing whereas the guy just wanted 2 save his job and that as all he was concerned about was not getting fired... Every since that situation that guy has been a total dick...bcuz of him I missed a urine test and that's not good and looKS bad on my part...his excuse for not notifying me the day he got it was bcuz I came early the day before so he had no time 2 prepare or whatever bullshit excuse he said...it was so unbelievable I didn't remember what he said ad just made me mad...bcuz I had go in 2 the clinic and sign a paper indicating that if I miss a dose I will be weaned off... Other then that they're nice people who work there and a couple of their other pharmacistside went out of their way 2 wait for me while I was on my way there in a cab bcuz I missed my bus...and they let me inside after hours as long as I didn't make it a habit... I want 2 get transferred 2 the shoppers on 137ave by my place that way there would be no need for a bus pass
Avoid. Total frustration. Huge line up. One cashier. Self checkouts are awful. I tried to using one but it was pricing my products wrong and there was no one to help correct it. In desperation I went and found someone stocking the shelves, but they said they don't do cash. They called for help and the poor employee working the only cash had to leave the giant line up (probably 10 to 12 people in line, some with large buggies)to try to help but the system is a total disaster. Said he would have to help me at his cash register. This meant cutting the giant line or waiting. Forget it. I bought nothing and left. They make millions because there is little choice in Canada and bringing in the self checkouts will probably make them even more. Terrible. Welcome to Shoppers....they charge higher prices and now make you do your own checkout. In some stores they force you to use self check out. Zero stars. Not that it matters. ????
Pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's nice to go in or call such a busy store and be recognized by familiar faces. Best pharmacy I ever dealt with.
Seems every time we get told to come in at a certain time and day we arrive and our prescriptions are never ready. Also if there’s a problem with a prescription they never try to correct it. I’ll gladly take the half hour drive to Castlegars Shoppers as they are much friendlier people and are correct on their dates and times!!
Great store with amazing staff, it just really makes me boil that it opens later than other stores and closes at six, as well as opening at 9am. As a diabetic I need access to a pharmacy almost all the time. Like this morning, went to fill my insulin pump and dropped a vial of insulin (last one) which shattered. Great staff tho
Shoppers Chain
????
Disorganized mess. They will lie to you without hesitation. If they ever offer to call you when your prescription is in, don't fall for it, they won't.
Great service given by caring staff
Terrible line ups, with one person at the cash. Still they can keep another person busy shilling the self checkout, that nobody likes. In these times of covid, getting people out quickly, would be a healthy option. We all shop at No Frills, so we see the inflated prices, some service to make up for it would be nice.
They have the best perfume
Would like to go in minus but no option. I went there around 10:19 am. Every lane is filled with cart of employees refilling stuff. They even don't care if you want to go there I asked politely to have space no reply. No milk at all. Answer is will have after 2pm. Price tags are different then shown in flyer for promotional items. Worst experience ever in shoppers drug mart ever.
Went to Kingsway Shoppers Drug Mart and had the worst customer experience of my life with my sister . I have worked retail and know what proper protocol is as well as customer service. My sister and I went in just to get one item and thought oh cool self checks let's try them. Went through the process of purchasing it and everything was fine until the receipt printed and it was blank. So we asked the lady at the till if she could reprint the receipt as it came out blank normally we wouldn't care about the receipt but my sister wasn't sure if it was it was the right product. She said she wasn't able to help but got someone else. They had difficulty finding the function to reprint the receipt that was only for the last transaction once she did it came out blank. So she asked the first lady we asked to assist . They asked if the paper was in correctly she reassured her that it was and she printed yet another blank receipt. At this point it was been at least 7-8 mins of them trying the first lady then called their night supervisor Rachel to assist. Once she came up she tried putting a transaction through and print a receipt but it also came out blank.Rachel then check one of the other two tills to see how the paper was and realized that it was in fact in the wrong way so she fixed the paper on the machine we used and went to reprint. Now remember how I said it said last transaction receipt reprint well now our receipt was override with the receipt she made making it not possible to print the receipt from the till. Rachel said she would be right back she just had to print it in the back. At this point we are already agitated so we continue to wait which is taking forever now another 7-8 minutes go by in this time we asked the first lady we talked to for the store phone number and store managers name as well as the district manager she had to call someone to ask if she could give that out she then stated it was against store policy to give that out besides the stores phone number. We asked if there was a complaint line and she wouldn't give us any other number. A fourth person named Mary was then called to the office in with Rachel was supposedly printing off the receipt since she was have difficulty I presume. We then request that we get a refund as the wait was ridiculous. I asked if they were trained on the machines in which they all stated they were but the first lady stated that they have never had this issue before. We then request that we get a refund since it was already taken so long. She then stated she was not authorized to do a return and called Rachel back up to perform the return she then came up in which I got her name and soon after Mary came out with the receipt. Mary then left and soon had to come back as Rachel stated she didn't know how to do a refund without a receipt but gave us Shoppers Drug Mart 1-800 number.I would like to also make it clear that none of these employees were wearing their name badges and I know working retail that those are mandatory to be worn and in place I worked would be a write up . Mary then came up and did the refund in which we asked again if they had all been trained on the self checkouts in which she replied yes. This is the worst customer service I have even had and I believe the staff at this store need some more training especially if the night supervisor can't even do a refund without a receipt.
Super rude clerk who yelled at my daughter at the front.????
Terrible customer service !!!! Some of the people in the pharmacy are very rude and clearly don't care about customers. It's a shame because the people I've dealt with in Cosmetics, Post Office and Delivery are very nice, they greet you with a smile and are very helpful. Should have gone with my gut instinct when seeing their star rating and hearing comments from other people I know.
I'm there at least once a week so....yes I like it
The Yellowknife team is fantastic. I have never had a bad customer experience in this store. The store is always clean, and well stocked. When shelves are being stocked during business hours the isles are not blocked like many other stores in town. Tenured staff remember you. To top it all off, tonight I realized I didn't renew a "daily" prescription so I called to see if it was possible to get it before end of day and it was already refilled and ready for pick up. Sure it was probably a system refill notice, but they did it and that means a lot.
Update your phone number, couldn't get ahold of pharmacist, only option takes me back to beginning
Worst ever customer services, Julie and Sabrina even they don’t know how to talk to the customer. It seems to someone push them to work there. Because they are so rude.
The location is bigger and easy to access than before, especially for the pharmacy and cosmetics department. Staff are nice helping you load up your presto and or at the pharmacy having questions answered about health. Thank you to the pharmacists especially Chris and his team, they are always so thoughtful and caring.
Pharmacy staff are quick and kind. Cosmetics counter is always welcoming to checkout my purchases. I enjoy shopping here.
Does its job
Had to deal with a very rude manager.
The frustrating thing is at the pharmacy is constantly making mistakes. Then I get stuck incurring extra wait time. Just needs to be more organized I think.
Pharmacy is great to deal with and have been so helpful when I needed help.
Great selection and helpful staff.
Good luck ever trying to call this location! Every single time I have to talk to the pharmacy, I get to listen to terrible sub-par quality hold-music for upwards of 10, 15 minutes.
Rely on for shopping and medical problems
Small store but friendly and clean
If i could give it a 0 review I would. Rude staff
Mini grocery store. Basic electronics with a post office and the biggest make up/ health and beauty products in town. Nice staff, one of the only places in downtown with a parking lot so almost everyone uses it for other stores.
Great place. I've Shopper's Drug at one location or another since 1984.
Went for an interview with manager . He is so nice person and i do a walk around all over in the store and finds it is well maintained place. Still waiting for interview results fingers crossed >> KHUSHDEEP BHATHAL
Went to go get a rapid antigen test, the pharmacist at the front (Jennifer) was very rude, talking over us as we're trying to explain the reason for needing the test. As I was waiting for my results I can hear other customers trying to talk to her but she would just talk over them as well and end up confusing the customers. Definitely felt like she was just trying to move everything along but went about it very rudely
Been there a lot of times n most of the workers always seem to know what they’re doing. Self checkout and clean also got a couple prescriptions from there. Could be a bit pricy but always open.
Great drug store. Super friendly staff. Excellent service.
Terrible service and rude employees. They are very judgemental and will follow you and accuse you of everything and anything if your appearance isn't to their standards. They constantly profile even though you have money. So if you're having a bad day or sick, don't even bother going there because they will make you feel so unwelcome that you almost feel ashamed of yourself...however aren't people supposed to go there when they are sick to get their medications? Not to be followed around continously. I'm seriously disgusted by they way I was treated at that shoppers and I know I'm not the only one!
You have to walk through the fragrance section to get into the store. Bring your gas mask as it is overwhelming. The store is kind of set up funny too, like 20% of the store is just the hallway to get back out...
Staff is helpful, professional, and kind. I also got both my Covid-19 shots there, easily and quickly, with no fuss or bother. The pharmacy is helpful with managing prescriptions. Only reason for 3 stars is because they force you to walk through the perfume section to get in, which sets off my respiratory disability. I’ve started entering through the exit (when I go there at all), but have to wait for someone to leave to do that. I’ve kind of been avoiding this store since the pandemic because this is not a good time to have a coughing fit in public and I have one Every. Single. Time. I enter this store via the accepted route. I realize their cosmetics sales are a huge percentage of their revenue, but I wish they could push their wares without making people sick. I have friends who avoid SDMs for this reason too. The fact that I would give 3 stars to a business that puts my health at risk should tell you how highly I think of the staff on those occasions when I do go in. I would happily change this rating to 5 stars if I felt safe entering the store. Despite their otherwise helpful service (and the Optimum points), now that I’ve had my shots, I’m thinking of changing to a more accessible pharmacy. I would prefer to go someplace that values my business enough to allow me to enter the normal way comfortably and safely.
Worst Drugstore Experience In My Life!!!! Will be changing ASAP
Very helpful here!
I have shopped here since I moved here & have never been followed by guards. Weird. I also have to say that Kennedy the cashier is fantastic. Amazing customer service & incredibly polite. Highly recommend. Also have to mention how awesome the cosmetics ladies are.
The reason I gave this place three stars is because the food is over priced and you can get better deals elsewhere. I don’t come here often but the staff are nice and the place is clean.
Me: Hi. I'm here for my prescription. Pharmacy Assistant: I'm sorry, we don't have anything for you. Me: Hm. That's odd. My Dr.'s office called this morning to say they'd renewed my prescription and that they'd fax it. Could you maybe give them a call? P.A.: You want me to call your Dr.? Me: Yes. P.A.: Why? Me: Um, to request them to fax my prescription? P.A.: Sure. Let me just serve the nine people in line behind you first. Would you mind waiting? Me: Uh..ok. .....20 minutes later. Me: So? What's the word? P.A.: I called, but it went to voicemail. Me: Ok. Did you leave a message? P.A.: Why would I do that? Me: Seriously? P.A.: Yes? What would be the point of a message? I wanted to speak to them in person. Me: You could just leave a message requesting a fax. P.A.: Do you want me to call them back? Me: Are you new? No, never mind, I'll call them myself. I'm just glad that these meds aren't critical to my survival. Wow.
My girlfriend and I were explicitly racially profiled from the moment we walked in. Weren't even subtle about it, over heard one staff tell the other to "keep an eye on the Urban Decay sign". This was the section we were in and we were continuously followed since then. We actually had more stuff to buy on our list but had cut our trip short because of how uncomfortable we felt. Great service guys, hope you high fived and gave each other a pat on the back for a job well done after we left ????.
Best drug store without any question ask!
The store was fine but the wait I find at most Shoppers Drug Mart stores is usually quite long and this one was no exception. Definitely not a great place to go if you're in a rush but okay if you drop it off to pick up much later I would think. The location is convenient and parking was no issue. Other than all that it had most of the products that you would expect at a typical shoppers stop okay for some stuff to grab off the shelf.
Amazing customer service and pharmacists!
I usually have pleasant experiences at this shoppers. However I tried to get my flu shot today and it took an hour, which I could understand if they were busy… but the pharmacist was on a personal phone call in the room next to us. There were only 2 people in front of me so I’m not sure why it took a full hour to get the flu shot.
Nothing special here - just a drug store with some extra stuff such as foods.
The hours for delivering prescriptions changed? Hmm...I phones the pharmacy and spoke to a lady that sounded like the lady I spoke to in person at the pharmacy counter. I asked when I called the pharmacy to deliver. This was at 5:30 pm...June 13, 2018. She (pharmacy employee) stated to me that she couldn't because she was getting off work. Hmmm...since when if so, does a delivery person answers the phone at the shoppers drug mart located on Memorial & John? The hours for delivery closes at 5:30 or 5:00 pm? I remembered a few months ago, I had a delivery delivered to my address at 7:00 pm! Something is not right, here. I guess, when the owner is away...the ladies must play. Not very nice....not good customer Service! Tsk...Tsk...
Just like every business in the world , you'll get complainers complaining about things in life that over all really doesn't matter. Complainers that complain for free stuff, or attention. But hey, if u worked customer service ever in your life. Then you would understand. Over all experience at this location. Is great. Honestly , its clean, safe, friendly , they may treat u like a shop lifter at times. But go and ask the owners, what their lost prevention is.. you'll understand why when you see the amount of $$ they keep losing. To the point of only open till midnight.. I hope not for long. My work shifts makes it more convenient to shop at night. Now we only have gas bars left. And they dont sell the markup I like down at circle K lol ????????
very friendly staff didn't have to wait long
(Translated) A lot of variety and quality of products.Good prices and excellent attention! (Original) Mucha variedad y calidad de productos.Buenos precios y la atencion excelente!
The service in the beauty section are rude. I feel like because I am aboriginal they follow me while I shop, Makes me feel unwelcome.
Waited 50 mins beyond our appointment time for booster, wife had to leave to pick up grandson from JK, wouldn't bump her back in the line until she returned in 15 mins. Horrible customer service, won't ever go back. They were behind but would not adjust due to their delay.
Purchased an orthopedic lift chair May 27 2021. Chair appeared worn within two weeks. Tried for refund or exchange. No support from this Shoppers Drug Mart. Clearly, the photos show the chair is worn out for being well less than a year old. Terrible customer service. All we want is a refund or exchange for a very expensive chair.
I've been going to this location for 2 years and they are always going above and beyond to provide great service. Thanks for your hard work!:)
The pharmacy staff were rude, took over eight hours to fill a prescription, not understanding at all about disabilities. The first staff member I spoke to hung up on me. The second just sounded irritable and was not polite in the least. Very demeaning. Overall experience with the staff on this shift was horrible.
Very little selection. It's not like most Shopper's Drug Marts
Always waiting 15 minutes or more for someone to answer the phone. Prescriptions are never ready when they say it will be ready or even the day they say it will be ready. Horrible service! Go to the other shoppers! My parents switched and they have amazing service!!
Easypix print station would show many of my photos, loaded from a usb stick, as completely blank.
Decent hours. Lots of things locked up but I guess that's loss prevention
Phermasist Winnie was incredibly rude. She forgot about my prescription. Initially told 30 mins wait but I was waiting in front of her for 2 hours until I asked for the status. After she realized my med’s been there for the whole time, she became defensive and lectured to me about how I am being rude for 10 mins while holding back medication so I could not leave. Even though I repeatedly asked her I want to get my meds and leave now. Do not go to that store if you see Winnie as she will go on and on about how she is busy and you’re rude for asking for status after 2 hours wait.
They don't carry milk...
The beauty department went out of their way to show me different sets because I was looking for a gift for my partner. The service here I received was unlike any other Shoppers I've been to, and really appreciated their honest suggestions. It felt like we were all friends talking about skincare and makeup! Would highly recommend this location if you're looking for assistance in cosmetics.
Not a good experience, treated unkindly
Lots of goods thay carry drugs store staff are realy friendly
Is alright
Been going here for many years. Never had a problem. Staff very helpful and friendly. Even when there is new staff, they remember my name. This location is farther than I would like to go but it's worth it.
What is there to rate a pharmacy for? You pick up the medicine and go, right? I would’ve thought the same thing until today. I picked up my dosage, there was a single pharmacist who was also doing covid test and pulling up our medicines for us. She did a covid test while I was waiting at the counter, did not wash her hands, and let the patient just walk around making us all pretty uncomfortable. Anyways, I was picking up a dose, about which I know nothing. My nurse left a note to add the full kit. Still the pharmacist just handed me the incomplete kit. When I asked her how to use it. She started patronizing me telling me irrelevant things. I said I clearly understand this but have some specific questions. Never have I ever met such an insensitive medical professional. I felt so uncomfortable. Very irresponsible and Unkind pharmacist - if you can get your medicines somewhere else please do!
This shoppers has the worst customer service. The line with the cashier had 11-12 people in front so I used the express self checkout. The buttons to pay for the product wasn’t working on 2/3 screens and the third screen was out of order. I pressed the button for assistance and a cashier came over to help 10 minutes later. She looked at them and said they must be broken go wait in the line of now 20 people to pay for the products. They’re 3 people by the cash register talking and 1 cash register is open who’s either learning or training as he’s taking quite some time figuring out the register. So unless you want to waste your day to pay for an item or get horrible service continue to visit it otherwise I’d recommend another shoppers or competitor!
Please make sure when I get a rain check of sold out items. STOCK the shelves so that I can buy them within the 30day "rain check" policy
I love this place so much! It's clean, has a good supply of an array of items and everyone has been really friendly. One of the employees even took the time to protect me from a drunken aboriginal who wouldn't leave me alone when I was trying to leave the store. I feel so safe there now that I don't even mine keeping money on hand with me anymore!
Service at the pharmacy desk is terrible. I stood at the pharmacy counter waiting to speak to a pharmacist for five minutes and not one of the four staff members even acknowledged me. I finally walked over to them and told them I needed help. They looked annoyed and were very slow to help. Very frustrating that they can't even provide the even the most basic customer service actions.
A revitalized Shoppers, plenty of parking. The self serve kiosks are a definite improvement.
7:20 PM on Monday, June 26. The pharmacist tonight was rude, and obviously overwhelmed. SHE did not have sufficient staff, with only 1 cashier open and a long line up of customers, as well as a huge backlog of prescriptions. That's still no excuse to treat a long term customer disrespectfully, and speak to him/me in a condescending manor. This was NOT my only negative experience there in past 3 days. My wife has a wonderful relationship with her pharmacy team at a small store in the Prince Charles professional building in Welland. I'm moving all of my pharmacy needs there. I will never go back to Shoppers Drug Mart in my home town, Fonthill for anything!!
Always helpful and friendly staff.
Best pharmacy in Trail Fantastic service and great product selection ????
I only every shop here for a small selected amount of goods and usually use the post office outlet a couple of times per year. This particular occasion I used the postal outlet on December 13, 2017. I was greeted by 2 young male school students. The service I received was incredible! The young lads were exceptional. Even though one young guy was training the other younger guy the service was the best I have ever received from any postal outlet, EVER! Canada Post should have a look here, these boys can show the main post office a thing or 2, great job!
They're always there for you, because they're open 24 hours a day. With the covid of course they're open 18 hours a day. The staff is friendly and we can usually find most of the things we're looking for.
Very clean... Not too busy in the morning
This store has improved since the renovated the inside and outside. It doesn't carry as many items as a full-size store like the one at Yonge and College. Another disappointing thing is they close at 10pm. After the renovations, the interior is a lot bigger and spacious and looking more like a traditional Shoppers. The used to be a lot smaller. They have added 2 self-serve checkouts. I don't know why the outside signage is in black unlike the customary red. They sell lottery tickets here (some Shoppers don't sell lottery tickets).
This place cannot get organized- they continuously lie about the amount of incoming faxes, status of your medications or if its being processed- STAY AWAY
I experienced a very good customer services at this shopper. Recently I bought some makeup and some creams products and I have a lot the help. I was kind of confused because my skin conditions in this time of the year but I leave the store very happy and satisfied. I found a lovely lady name Lois. She was so helpful and patience.. She is very knowledgeable in her job. Help me with all my concerns and questions with a big smile ???? I will comeback here to do my shoping all the time even when I have to cross the city to get there. Thank you Lois for your beautiful customer services!
Had a great shopping experience with Nadia in the Beauty Boutique. I was pleased to see a lot of great brands in this location, and picked some Dr. Roebucks' as a gift. Nadia made my gift feel extra special with tissue papers and relevant samples for the recipient. Keep an eye out for their perfume specials, they had some decent YSL and Marc Jacobs for 50%.
The worst shoppers Drugmart around. The owner will lie and tell that your doctor did not send your script if they are terribly busy. Sometimes they will sell u 200 tylonal 1, other times they say that they can only sell you 100 tablets. The head cosmetician follows me and watches me like a hawk and then I usually hear her calling secrurity to scan all aisles. The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
Pretty good place
Got my personal needs
Unfriendly, disorganized
Lots of great products. Awesome customer service at the cashiers, the pharmacy and the postal outlet.
Although Shopper's Drug Mart has the Postal Outlet contract, they keep different hours. On Saturdays the Postal Outlet closes at 4:00pm even though Shoppers is open until 6:00pm. This might not have been a problem had they mentioned this when I checked their hours of operation, but it's not mentioned anywhere. 40km each way wasted! Not very happy.
This review is for the pharmacy in Shoppers Kingsway. I have only ever had a good experience with two of the regular pharmacists. I have been going to this location for my medication for over 3 years. I'm happy I no longer have to. The medication I'm prescribed affects my mood and mental functions heavily, especially between dosages. I had recieved a dosage increase from my doctor. Brought in the prescription on paper. Asked to have it filled. Came back to pick it up and it was not the dosage increase. The pharmacist was very firm that I didn't have a dosage increase on file. Months went by without my proper dosage until I new staff noticed on my file that I should of been having double of my dosage. To me that's a really big mistake to be made for medication. I also have had multiple times where they said they would fax my doctor for my perception but had to keep calling back or going in to get them to do it. So it would take almost a week of back and forth between calling my doctor and asking the pharmacist to fax them just to get my medication. Again this medication can cause mood swings and affects my mental health drastically when not taken properly. Something I would like to address is one female pharmacist whom has always spoken to me in a negative manor. When calling the pharmacy she has answered the phone the most. I don't know what could be going on in her life to speak to people so awfully, and bring it out towards patients. When she speaks to you it's as if she hates her job and thinks you're stupid. No I'm not exaggerating or being to sensitive I have numerous times put my phone on speaker to prove to my friends or family how this women speaks to me, they're shocked that someone would have this job when they sound like the hate it with a passion. I would hope that a person in this position that speaks to patients daily about medication could have a little bit more compassion it doesn't take much to be nice to a patient on the phone when they're calling for your help. Luckily I'm aware of how outside matters can affect your well being and attitude towards others. However I'm not sure others would consider this or understand why they're being spoken to so poorly. . The fact that I cringe everytime I have to call my pharmacy because I don't want to speak to that women should say enough. I almost worry for younger people or older people who she might of spoken to like that. I hope things get better for her, whether it's her personal life affecting her well being or she just hates her job and hates talking to people. - Your job is to take care of others, so I hope you start to take care of yourself too.
Pharmacy can't be bothered to check their voicemail and properly organize themselves to deal with emergencies first.
Horrible customer service at pharmacy counter… rude, disrespectful and unprofessional…
Security guards follow me around every time I shop in this store even though I've shopped there dozens of times! I never shop in this store unless I have no choice. I have a religious faith...I'll ask God to have a talk with store management...because me asking them to "Please stop watching me!!!" does absolutely no good at all! I go there to enjoy shopping and every time I look up, there's a security guard standing there watching me! It's really a weird store to shop in! Security guards have to guard against shoplifting...they have to watch customers...I realize that...but they should watch customers discreetly! I stepped up to pay for my purchases one night and another customer (he was BIG!) stepped up and shoved me aside to pay for his purchases before me! I asked the security guard to tell the guy to get in the line-up and the security guard told ME, "If you're going to cause trouble, sir, you can leave the store!" At the time the security guard in that store was persistently following me around tonight, I had $2,110.00 in my wallet! VERY strange store! Avoid shopping there if you can! - - - - - - - - Kris Clements, Local Guide, in a recent review posted here says, "I've never been followed by the guards." I wonder, Kris, if that might be because your appearance suggests you're obedient towards authority and the guards therefore don't consider you to be the shoplifter type? I live in poverty, my clothes are old, and possibly the guards think I'm therefore potentially rebellious and possibly a shoplifter. Many persons are quick to assume that the poor are troublemakers. Like I said, I had $2,110.00 in my pocket at the time....I just didn't look like it.
My wife and I stopped using this Shoppers during the pandemic after pharmacy staff neglected to enter my wife's information indicating she'd received her first dose into provincial online tracking system. I'm giving two stars here for some of the on-floor staff who are very nice and helpfull. We don't shop here if we can avoid it and take our business to the folks over at Family Pharmachoice by the food basics. Small, family run business and they're willing to go above an beyond to ensure our needs are met.
this pharmacy is used by panorama Indian affairs patients bcuz it's the closest pharmacy by the clinic that Indian affairs accepts and the reason why they don't just letc the panorama just choose the Kingston pharmacy like the other patients they make go there
Well very bad experience on the pharmacy I've been waiting for so long to get medicine.
My favourite pharmacy.
Honestly, only good for the post office. The lady there reduced my package shipping from $120 to $28 and she was such a delite to talk to.
I DO NOT recommend.
great store! The pharmacists always take the time to properly explain the medications. The girls in cosmetics always offer a friendly greeting when you go in.
I was having issues getting a prescription sent over from another Shopper's Drug Mart out of town- the pharmacy staff here went above and beyond helping me get it all sorted out so I had it in time before my pills ran out. Super friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work
Loved it
Excellent service
I have to agree with all of the negative reviews, the worst drug store ever, and the staff are so rude and don't care if you ever come back, in this day and age Customer Service is everything, I guess they don't care if they your loose business. I changed to Pathway Pharmacy in St Catharines, I can't believe the difference, they treated me fantastic the 1, 2,3,4 and even the 5th time .....WOW WOW WOW what a difference.
Staff lied to me in store about an item I purchased at 8:35 a.m. I opened the package at noon and discoverd the lie. The store refused to allow a return, no mention at the cash that the sale was final. "Customer Service" pointed out how AFTER THE SALE IS COMPLETED the receipt points you to their webside for "exclusions. (Person at cash had also not mentioned that when making the sale.) They also claimed the damaged package means they can't return the item, when the item can't be properly seen without opening it, and the person working at the store had assured me the instructions would be in the package when I opened it.
I don't see how this place has such a low rating. Employees are friendly and useful. Seems local customers are the ones with issues, if Fonthillers' driving skills are any indicator, WHICH THEY ARE!
The lady at the pharmacy was not friendly. She was rude and left me talking alone even I had additional questions. Worst customer service from her. The other guy (Jeremy) was better and help me with my prescription
I shop there quite often because I love their assortment of products, even though the store itself is a bit small. They have nice snacks and beauty products at great prices too!
Although well maintained there is hardly any parking space as people park there to access the pub across the street, rude staff follow you around instead of dealing with the drunks that are sleeping in the store. Usually understocked and overpriced.
Has the feel if a small town pharmacy with the selection and pricing of a large chain so lots of things on sale all the time. I enjoyed my visit and found everything I was looking for and even the humour of a staff member "Your other right" DOH
Pré ordered my prescription on Sunday Went back on Saturday Six days later to pickup my two precriptions. Paid for my prescription and left 03:40 p.m. Checked my prescription while in the car to discover I only had one. Went back into thé building to stand in line again to waiting for my Turn in the pick up precription area to get my second precription. Wow what an experience. I suffer from Anxiety Not only this experience triggered my anxiety the cashier Clerk was totally condesending disrespectful breach of the privacy act and had No answes regarding the complaints département or if I Could get my prescription back. Waited until 4:25 pm to get my second prescription. If any one is looking for a pharmcy that is prompt, customer oriented, conscious of the privacy act, then I do not recommand going to 227 Algonquin Blvd West.
I don't normally go to this location for my prescriptions but I dropped off and filled them that day, everything fine. I phoned today to get the rest filled, because I couldn't get everything with my insurance plan. The pharmacist I spoke to was wonderful. Instead of just taking the info needed, she asked me how I was doing on the medication, and about side affects. Very pleasant and knowledgeable to speak to. Thank you.
Very dissorganized group behind the Pharmacy counter. Dropped of a perscription in the early am when it wasnt busy, told 30 minutes. Come back in 45 minutes and tild it would be 15 minutes. Come on lets get organized people.
Great friendly service
Super rude staff.
Shayda at the Beauty Boutique was so sweet and personable, she helped me find the perfect products for my skin type and made me feel at home, thank you ♡
Pharmacist is very helpful. He explained and compared drugs my kids. He is the most kind and helpful pharmacist ever.
Raj is a good dude in there. He is always so chill in there and treats me with lots of respect. If he isn't the associate there, he should be.
One lady at the pharmacy was incredibly rude, talking over and interrupting customers. I have now seen several other reviews mentioning the same issue. Horrible customer service, avoid this pharmacy.
This is a very busy location and they do their best to accommodate. They follow up with me when my prescriptions are due and reach out to my dr for refills.
Awful,, I always wait atleast an hour for my meds but today I go up to the counter and he the pharmacist says wait ill be right with you,, serves someone else before me ofcourse me I went up to the counter and said like are you for real?? I was here before him like this pharmacist always does this and also makes most people wait over an hour for their meds !! If they can't handle it and if they treat people that way don't work there
Prescription drugs and food, no better combo on the planet
Staff are friendly and very helpful
Almost feels like no one works there
Wow, what a terrible experience with the pharmacy tonight at this location. I always found them to be disorganized but friendly, but this time they actually gave medication they had filled without informing me 2 weeks ago to my father, said it wasn't covered and billed him. He was not even in the store to pick up medication for me! My father was there on my sister's behalf. Not sure where my PRIVACY RIGHTS come in? When I called to say "can I bring this back to you? It should be covered and my dad should receive a refund." Pharmacy's rude reply was "sure, bring the medication back but there will be no refund. I'll just throw them out." To the pharmacy staff that has at times been helpful at this location, thank you for your assistance, but I will be switching all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy in town tomorrow that I feel my privacy rights are more respected at and one that properly informs me of my medications (this medication that was filled was a dose I had never been on before and I was even unaware my doctor had altered my dose by fax). I will never use Shopper's Drug Mart's Fonthill Hwy 20 location services again after this incident and suggest you go elsewhere for your prescriptions to save yourself some trouble.
Subject: TO SHOPPERS MANAGEMENT I had a situation today where i asked the lady supervisor on duty at cosmetic to give me her name so i can escalate my issue to upper level, and she not only refused but she kept covering her badge name with her hands. This location is known to have the most and worst staffing. The majority of the workers at this location are rude with very bad attitude and manners towards their customers. ZEROOOOOO customer service.
(Translated) Although it is a drugstore, in addition to fresh fruits and vegetables, the daily necessities inside have everything you need to shop around. The counter also sells scratch-off lottery coupons, so you can try your luck. (Original) 雖說是藥妝店,但除了生鮮蔬果外,裡面的日用百貨應有盡有,非常好逛,櫃檯也有販賣刮刮樂彩券,可以試試手氣。
They sell amazing bee keeper outfits!
I’ve been to other Shoppers... this one is the best! The pharmacists are all very helpful and friendly.
Good people and very professional.
Good
It is the new Shoppers Drug mart , renovated and replaced in between Mc Donald's and TD Bank. Open until 12 pm . Good service but I think it needs more staff on busy hours. It has most of the house hold needs but a bit expensive than other President Choice super markets in the chain. On Saturdays the price reduced. You can buy all the TTC cards and Tokens using your credit cards from this place
I know this isn't your fault but I feel I must this. Some greasy girl from my old daycare when I was like 8 gave me warts and I had to get them freezes off and my dad got stuff from here and it really hurt. But like they gone now so we good. Also Pad and tampon prices are good ????????
I like this Shoppers pharmacy. It's not as big as some other Shoppers locations and it only takes a minute to grab what you need and pay. Fast in and out = No time wasted! Store is open until 10 pm. Cashier ladies are pretty friendly and I have never seen a line up at this store. Review by RodenReviews
The worst customer service, asked a question from the manager but he was very rude.
Great store, can collect pc optimum points.
Great service. Always treat you like a human and not like a nuisance. They are all very kind and will take the time to answer any questions or concerns. Well deserved 5/5 stars.
Worst place EVER!! Pharmacy don't care. I am going else where. Been with them for over 20 years
I don't know what's the phone for if they don't pick it up, I'd understand that they'd busy once or twice but not everytime I call... for a shoppers drug mart the pharmacy should be way better than that, very not professional....
Really good Shoppers Drug Mart. Recommended.
I have not one thing bad to say about any of the workers except 1 pharmacist. He's rude and he even mocked me when i was leaving. Any new prescription I pick up from there, he gives me a hard time! Im definitely looking into switching pharmacies.. :(
A good store with wide selection and some good sales.
For one thing they told me to wait 1 hour and even after an hour it was not ready and I waited another 20 minutes.
(Translated) On the evening of December 24, we realized that a crucial part of our Christmas dinner was empty. So we contacted this pharmaprix 24 hours to find out if they had it in stock. The lady who answered us "transferred us to a comis". Nobody picked up the line, I had the time to call the other businesses 24 hours in the meantime (they didn't have the item, but were super courteous and "helpfull", we understand that this is our mistake so we are courteous too). So we had to travel to -16 to go and check it for ourselves. Merry Christmas!
Pharmacy Department is great . Pharmacists are always there helping with over the counter medication . Always ready to help !
if i could give this store 0 stars i would......pharmacy team is unbelievably rude and un organized. Countless errors with my gf's medication. Actually gave her empty blister packs of her medication during her cancer treatment. Staff NEVER answers the phone, and when they do they lie half the time.....store itself is A1...Pharmacy is an embarrassment....Ownership of this store should seriously consider making changes for the pharmacy management and staff. People depend on receiving their meds on time and filled correctly. Edit: actually happened twice with the blister packs * (after the fact we mentioned that the first time it was empty)
If i wish i can take legal action against the lady who was working at that pharmacy she was so mean and rude i asked her about Covid test and i told her my friend is sick she run away and said why am out are you kidding me if am not suppose to be out then how i will get groceries and medicines for my family members. I wish she will feel the same pain the way she insulted me front of huge line #racist #Covid19 #bloodycrackhead #shopperspharmacyemployee
Great staff. Always willing to help.
Excellent staff work here! Always friendly and eager to help you! I love this store and recommend everyone go to this store rather than the Pharmasave across the street. I just know from personal experience that the staff at pharmasave are very judgemental.
The customer service was great and the store had a large variety of products and was easy to navigate.
The women in the morning are good to work with, how ever during the evening shift with the men or anytime with the men. Is the worst experience ever there not very polite or even decent to ask questions too, they'll rush you practically out the door rather then answer any questions.
The store staff are lovely but the pharmacy is shockingly incompetent. Customer service is non existent and unprofessional beyond words. The only thing they were consistent at was being rude- not only to me but to the other people there (I wasn't alone lol!) Walking away mid sentence from customers appears to be their way of dealing with conflict (caused by their own incompetence). Our lifelong relationship with shoppers is ended after these (yes! Multiple!!) experiences. There are 100 pharmacies in the area to go to- why anyone would put up with this location balffles and concerns me.
Easy to find parking right up front. Good selection. It has farmacy inside too
Fire here tonight so will be closed for some time
Bright and clean
Service could be improved.. today I waited at the drop off counter but no one came around (whether I was making sounds or not) but the phamarcist only continued to see patients at the pickup counter. I had to see these patients come and go and eventually moved myself to the pickup counter to get noticed. The pharmacist wasn't particularly kind, either, after a long wait time saying to me something like "is there any particular reason that you could not visit the previous store you visited since it takes much more time to transfer your records from the other shoppers drug mart for refilling your med".. I mean.. she could be saying the truth but the words could have been delivered more compassionately.. I felt that she was not very sensitive to my feelings at that time. I won't disclose the name of the pharmacist but I was somewhat disappointed.. Hopefully, service will improve over time!
It's a good place to shop for basics like soaps and shampoos.
Snarky rude service in cosmetics. Had a hair colour emergency. Needed help and had questions. After showing her my hair, she preceded to be condescending and rude. “Why do you want to purchase these items when you obviously don’t know what you’re doin??” She then preceded to mock me while I was attempting to cash out. The other cashier refused to cash me out until she was finished cleaning the self checkout. Had to go back to cosmetics to cash out. I believe a supervisor watched it all go down. I’ll go elsewhere, thanks.
They forgot twice in a row to deliver my meds and now I have none until I can get a hold of them. Made it a once a month delivery but didn't realize I had to remind them to send them. ???? Maybe change this review if they get better at remembering.
I use the Pharmacy at this location and shop for odds & ends. All the staff in the store have always been great! Hands down to the Pharmacy for excellent service. Pharmacists Ahmed & Sean have gone above and beyond to help me out with their excellent service! Thanks men you're awesome guys 100%. Cashiers and the ladies in the Cosmetic side always say hello and are always sweethearts! The owner needs to know about Ahmed & Sean. When credit is due...it's due! Best Regards
Didn't go in but the wife came out happy
My favourite convenience store in Canada, But for some goods, the price is too high. For example the non prescription medicine, protectors,
(Translated) You can buy the chocolate of the Brookside packet 210g here. There are about six flavors, but there will be a shortage every day (being taken by people), so if you have to buy it, you have to buy it next time. Luck …
Always greeted with smiles and warmth.
I’ve been costumer at this location for many years and always all the staff make me happy specially Jennifer she is so kind and patient all the time.
No
Very good store, had no problems there only once , a pharmacist was rude, but besides that ,,really good selection of perfume and everything's
This is a small Shoppers Drug Mart location. While you might be able to find what you need here, the staff are not knowledgeable or that friendly either
The wait for a prescription was ridiculous! I told them I would wait yet after half an hour decided to good to the grocery store. I came back after over half an hour and still had to wait for 45 minutes. It was later at night and there was only one person there so I don't see the problem. I won't be going there anymore that's for sure. I only gave 2 stars because in the end I did get my prescription and the pharmacist was nice enough.
Very small Shoppers Drug Mart; cramped and hard to find anything. For example, I needed stationary, and pens, etc. are stuffed in a corer almost behind the counter. Awkward shopping, to say the least.
Poor service I will never go there again.rude
They have always been nice and helpful. Thank you!
Overpriced. Good delivery service.
Very helpful staff
Nice big store, has pretty much everything, lots of stuff on sale.
If you're looking to get your prescription filled quickly not the place to go. If you call and refill your prescription you're going to be waiting probably 3 or 4 days. I've never been there in person where they haven't said that'll be at least a half hour before we can have it available if you are going to wait.
Super busy, but still well maintained
Sale prices are good. The pharmacy staff are always friendly
Stopped in to get some hair product and was told "Its back there." Customer service needs a LOT of work.
Hit or miss some days. Pretty straightforward. Has pharmacy, post office, makeup , some food . Pretty simple.
I shopped at this location many times but will no longer go. The security guy and some worker makes you feel uncomfortable like your stealing something.
Well rounded shopping experience and post office
Staff at this location are very rude and disrespectful. Like everyone else is saying, prescriptions take way too long to fill and the pharmacists never have a smile on their face.
Cashiers are always super friendly. Sara in the make up department always helps me find the correct products for my skin and on the ball with her recommendations.
????????????
The pharmacist is always helpful every time we go!
Old and ugly looking on the outside, litter all around the place. Very small store and poor selection of products. Worse Shoppers I've ever seen!
Expensive
Staff are always helpful and friendly and approachable
It's a smaller store but I like that. Friendly staff that are ready to help you. The best part is that Lara is there. She knows her stuff!
Do not bring your prescriptions here!! Very disorganized pharmacy. They will tell you your prescription is ready, you go, wait in line just to be told it’s not. Very bad customer service. Would not recommend try another shoppers or a different pharmacy all together. Send a message that this is not acceptable hit them where they feel it.
Pharmacists at this location are not educated enough in the products they dispense. Takes hours to get a prescription filled even if it's quiet. The dispensing fee is outrageous. #1 priority should be the customer not your wallet. Fix your staff shoppers drugmart!!!
This is a typical Shopper's Drug Mart with all regular features. The staffs are nice and friendly. It is located inside the Kingsway Mall and serves the community well. I visit this store quite often and I have pleasant experience so far. They have good quality health and beauty products. Also, they have some essential grocery items such as egg, milk, pasta, cookies, pops, breads, noodles, pizza etc. The store is clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend this place.
Mask by female security guard last night on mouth only. If you don't allow the public in without masks, allowing security this behavior is unacceptable. Wear it properly or find a new job.
Great pharmacy! Well stocked. Friendly staff!
Cheapest milk in town
The service is great. I really like the sales that r on the sat.& sun.
Lots of variety. The pharmacy is open later compared to other ones. I have found that this place has a better stock than the London drugs near Arbutus.
The staff in the pharmacy are really friendly and helpful.
Reallyyyyyy have a bad time dealing with this place. From not having Rx's for me (type 1 diabetic) and having to wait a day or two (not hard to figure out the monthly requirements for insulin stock seeing how all type 1 diabetic patients need to restock on the same amount each month without fail..) to waiting what I call obscene amounts of time (20-60mins for an already called in Rx. It's even occurred when I called in one day ahead in attempts to avoid that problem) my latest issue was a discrepancy with what I've been charged in the past for my insulin and what they charged me this time. Apparently previous month's charges were overridden at the cash register to a lower price. Not sure why it couldn't be done again. No explanation given. During the discussion I had asked to see my Rx history and it wasn't even listed in their system that I had paid a lesser amount. It's a computerized age so that boggles my mind that a complete breakdown of actual payments can't be tracked. I have more words and more gripes, but I'm unwilling to waste my time..shoppers is responsible for enough of my time wasted. I'm willing to speak to anyone regarding this if they have questions of comments. My name is Leon Chubbs in case you can't see it attached to this post. None of this would be a problem if I didn't have a life threatening disease..but, I do, and I accept nobody's interference regarding my health. Ive had to visit the emergency thanks to actions of shopper's drug Mart in Carbonear, so I consider this "interference" If this saves a type 1 diabetic from experiencing ANY of what I have than this post was indeed worth every second it took from my life. Can't give 0 stars, so it has a 1 out of default :/
The manager at the cosmetics area went above and beyond to help me I haven’t seen that level of service in a while! Not only did she try to help me find what I was looking for and ensured I was purchasing the same cologne.. she also gave me some free samples and helped me find a good dupe of a discontinued product! She was friendly and so nice! She deserves a raise! I didn’t catch her name but I very much appreciated the level of customer service she provided! I hope she teaches more staff this is how it’s done! ????????
Right downtown can make parking a bit tight. Typical beyond that
unorganzied, expensive, rude clerks, manager never on duty, security guard physical with female customer and touching her!
Horrible service during Covid. Not recommended. Long wait times despite large staff.
Prescriptions filled, cosmetics & fragrances, groceries...all of this makes SDM a convenient, one-stop shopping location.
A pharmacist is really rude, don’t know what’s wrong with her
Ok shoppers, not the best customer service
So sad to say Britney the supervisor in charge was really unprofessional and rude .. she is not the right supervisor.. u guys gonna loose a lots of customers
A compact smaller Shoppers at the southwest corner of Bay and Gerrard, this a handy neighborhood drug store open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Not great for parking so street parking only or the lot across Bay street at the Chelsea hotel. Undergoing much needed renovations right now so not much to look at, but the staff and pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable. Newly renovated so much improved, brighter and fresh!
Got some chocolate. 10/10.
Smaller store with limited selection. Good for filling prescription orders in a timely manner
Was there recently to pick up my medication & found out they had given it someone else! It was just an antibiotic but I hope they weren't allergic to anything in the medication. They told me that my prescription had been filled & picked up, but I told them that I didn't have it. After some investigation, on their behalf, it was realized that another person had been given the wrong meds. That could have been tragic, in some cases, but definitely wrong on all accounts. I was also given the name of the person that received my prescription which I believe to be very wrong!
I went to buy a perfume for me and as you all know, it is a difficult choice. On the other hand, everything is easier when someone with knowledge gives you a hand. The girl who helped me was very nice and told me to choose. Available to any questions I had and very polite in their manners. I'm sure I'll be back. Thank you very much, Larissa!
Love post office convenience. Sales are good. Regular prices a bit expensive
Have been dealing with them for many years but in recent years the pharmacy has gone downhill, seems disorganized and inefficiently run, has made minor errors in my prescriptions. Calls to advise when one's order have arrived are spotty and often don't happen. Recently, they lost track of a very important medication that I ordered for a serious illness and was close to running out. I was advised they had no way of tracking where it was, days after it was supposed to be there. That seemed unbelievable to me and was an extremely stressful experience, especially being quite ill and reliant on that med for my recovery. I had even gone in several days early to order it to avoid a possible mix-up and allow plenty of time for them to correct it. Nightmare experience for me.
One of the most unpleasant pharmacy experience I have had in a long time. Not helpful with there interactions. Try to hide behind law that does not exist.
I was very disappointed with this location on Sunday January 12, 2020. As I came in the store, I saw the cosmetic employee talking with the security guard. I approached them to ask for a bathroom... The lady didn't look at me while the security guard said "no bathroom here". I recently had surgery and they saw me walking with a cane. I made my purchase and I asked the cashier if there was a bathroom and she told me to go to MacDonald's even though the restaurant was closed because it was 9:35pm. I will not come back to this location because they all have bad attitudes. They need to be trained on customer service.
If you try to return anything be prepared to have to deal with a store manager who will stare down at you and leave for 15min without coming back. Then you will be given the run around and have to come back to the store three times. Super fun if you want to waste your time. If you get to speak to the store owner after trying to find her around the store, you will get a condescending conversation where she makes up her own rules for how the store is run. Perhaps because living in the North means making up your own rules for a nationwide company. Such deplorable customer service.
Flu shot! ????
Love shopping there lots to choose from
One of the best in GTA Great food Great services. Great taste 100% berfect
They are rude and yell at people. Security is the worst. They will decide what rules in the moment based on how you look. I go here every week same time and never had a problem. Tonight all of a sudden I was an issue. They do not have signs posted with rules like no bags. If posted (like other locations) that’s fine. But having the security follow me and touch my shoulder because apparently tonight it’s an issue when it was fine early in the day no problem. Never again.
Wow! They lock the door more than 10 minutes before actual closing time!!! What the hell???
So glad I switched to Boggio up the road, cheaper, faster, seem more educated and each person who I have spoke with has always been a pleasure compared to most of the people I have spoke with at shoppers. Just been a better experience since I have switched.
Terrible post office services. I mailed out my OSAP papers using this post office. They stamped it, but the OSAP office did not receive my papers. I called the post office several times to figure out what went wrong and the lady would say (in a rude tone) “I have to go through the papers, I will call you back” .... and she would never call me back. I wasn’t sending out some birthday card, these were important documents that gave me access to money. To this day no one has followed up with me. I ended up using a different post office out of the city to submit my documents. If you’re a student, use this service with caution and follow up with the status of your documents!
Doctor is very gentle
What a terrible place to shop..i went in only to buy someething i nedded and while in the hallway all of a sudden security circles and sales people accusing his handicaped woman of stealing.she could hardly talk and this sales lady kept saying how she saw her steal.her belongings were searched and she had not stolen anything.security on the line with ploice not letting anyone go anywhere..how humilitating for anyone there and for this lady that just got an apology..beware when you visit this store..you are treated like a criminal and always watched like a babysitter always watching your every move..
Clean spacious store. Great selection. Friendly efficient service. No fuss.
Asked for a recommendation for a body scrub and Christina was an absolute angel! Super friendly gave me the best body scrub and provided incredible customer service! Will definitely ask for more recommendations in the future
Subpar compared to my usual Shoppers drug mart experiences. Staff are not that warm most times, and very inconsistent stock on shelves (check razor blades today in pics which is one of the items I was looking for). Another item (special shampoo) was also out of stock. There is a post office here and a full pharmacy of course but otherwise, I prefer the Shoppers near my house.
This is a store I have been shopping at for years as it is in within walking distance from my house. I just came back from a visit there and I am horrified. After purchasing my items from the "self check out" and choosing to use my purse for my items, rather than a bag I was asked by several employees if I was going to pay for my items. I assured them I had in fact payed and that I was trying to reduce my plastic waste, and then proceeded to offer to show my receipt. Then said "no that's fine", so I left. I am an 18 year old female and it is dark outside. They printed the last receipt and sent a man after me to tell me that I had not payed. This man proceeded to ask me to show him what I bought as well as my receipt and to empty all my pockets. The workers were convinced I had stolen shampoo when all I had on me, and was in fact VISIBLE through my purse was a bottle of Alo drink, a bottle of kombucha and a package of gluten free cookies. I am disgusted by how poorly they treated me. As well as the fact that they sent a MAN after a teenage girl in the dark. I will not be shopping here any longer. If I could give 0 starts I would.
Fast snd friendly
This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever attended. 3 days now just to fill a simple Salbutamol script when I have COPD and on Oxygen. Absolutely, the worst I have ever been too.
Good service
Very rude management biased and agressive. I was accused of 'plotting to shop lift'..insulted and kicked out
Absolutely love this place. I almost always find what I want and get points for shopping!
Does not have milk or any refrigerator/freezer for food
Great place. A bit of expensive side.
Post office friendly, good customer service at tills
Really small
Staff fail to observe their own one way aisle markers. Covid efforts are lip service only.
One of the staff was so nice in introducing me to the moisturizers I was looking for, and after that I was just walking around the store to see if I’d want to buy anything else. Another staff was kinda paying attention to me, and when I went to check out, she was serving another customer so I used the self check out right next to her. When I scanned my purchases she kept looking at me even though she was serving others, as if I was going to steal? She even asked me if I scanned everything, and asked how many moisturizers did I buy? Excuse me, next time you find someone suspicious, please politely ask them and compare their receipts if necessary. Don’t try to make them feel as if they are thieves. I’d feel completely fine if she had asked to check my receipt and the bag, but no she just had to treat me like that. Worst buying experience, I don’t want to ever shop there anymore. The second star is for the staff who helped me.
My experiences have only been with pharmacy. I haven’t had any issues with the other departments. Multiple times I’ve called to refill my prescription and they have either not gotten my request or they haven’t gotten around to filling by the time told to me on the phone so I’m left to wait around for it or come back another time or day. Even after coming back for it the following day it has still not been ready. I’ve also gotten the wrong prescription so definitely check your prescription before you leave. Good luck also ever calling the pharmacy, you get put on hold for 10-15 mins or you just never get a hold of anyone.
My mother was stuck in thunder Bay without medication, when I phoned to have her prescription sent to this pharmacy I was very specific with telling them how important this medication is and please contact me if there was any issues with getting it. Little did I know that they don’t care about peoples health only about the dollars!!!!
This store always closed before the posted sign. I have been there 10min before closing to have the doors locked. unknowledgeable pharmacist-sold me the wrong needle when asked for a B12 intramuscular syringe
Clean well staffed.
unprofessional cosmetics manager here, she is not a nice person. do not go here, seriously there's 2 other shoppers drug marts nearby with nicer cosmetics departments - this woman is completely incompetent.
It's a very small store, with nice staff. I'd suggest they carry less candy and junk food, and carry home staples such as coffee, bananas, orange juice, bread, canned food/meat, and other food basics. The massive sections for candy, chips and way to many pop/sports drinks could be replaced more evenly with cheese, refrigerated PC meat products. I'd certainly shop there more often if they made the adjustment. Thank you.
I give the pharmacy a zero they are very slow and rude sometimes have waited for prescription for two days in which needed to start right away. Also past couple of weeks have made errors in my blister pack. Besides the pharmacy have no other problems at the store yes prices are higher so only buy if have a great sale cashiers and other staff very helpful and pleasant
Incredibly rude pharmacist. Called to ask a question about accommodations due to Covid-19 and was treated very poorly. Will not be returning.
People working are very friendly and helpful.
Whatever happened to customer service!!!! Avoid this location for any of your pharmaceuticals. Evening pharmacists and their assistants treat their clients with ignorance and disrespect.
Favourite drug store in town!
Stopped by the pharmacy to ask a question, both pharmacists were incredibly helpful! They prescribed a cream without being asked, a well as answered all of the questions we had! Great service
Long story short my partner has a mask exemption , it is signed by a doctor , she faints after minutes and hits her head and gets bad injury’s , she went into purchase plan b from the pharmacy , and they denied her any service without a mask , they denied someone an emergency contraceptive due to a mask , thank god things worked out because I make a lot of money and would of gladly done it for her but I was out of town at work . Pretty sad and disgusting to treat someone like second class garbage and deny them medication , you should be happy things didn’t work out and I didn’t feel the need to sue you.
(Translated) All the shop assistants are very kind. It also sells water and juice, which is especially helpful for the first hour after the supermarket is closed. (Original) 店員さんがみんなすごく親切。 水やジュースも売っていて、スーパーが閉まってからの1時間は特に助かる。
Simply, just too long to wait for prescription fills. And, as with all Shoppers Drug Marts, way overpriced pharmaceutical supplies. Still can't understand why people buy a bottle of , let's say vitamins, for $14 at Shoppers, instead of getting the exact product for $8.69 at Wal-Mart. Blows my mind.
Horribly understaffed for years. Terrible management is evident whether it is in store or higher up. This place does the bare minimum to provide customer service.
Really disappointed with the service from the cosmetic department. Made me feel utterly unwelcome and were not friendly or helpful
Dont buy gift cards here. I bought two and neither worked. Luckily I had the activation receipts but what a pain to get my money back .
Staff in pharmacy was rude and non helpful. After pointing that out to them they were nicer but would not get anymore prescriptions from there.
We have always found the pharmacy team top notch and very helpful. You are appreciated.
Non friendly staff .. very rude, the worst place in this area . They dont like the kids to be in too. One star is too much for them too ????
Unprofessional and picky staff working at Cosmetics. Many of the employees working at Cosmetics either ignore you or act smug, especially the Asian Cosmetics Manager... Terrible customer service skills. I don't know why she is still working there after seeing her treat many customers like dirt, including myself.
Staff provided me with top-notch service and had for almost 3 years quite frequently!! Well done Manager to hire the staff you had. People have come and moved to other ventures but it was VERY seamless. This shows the importance of the TRUE MEANING of healthcare not just entering a RXs and collecting information and moving onward. The consultant room is there for a move private question you may have, *** they have truly helped me with NEW BEGINNING (10-26-2016) STARTED IN CALGARY and continued Mid-December @ Kingsway, support like that are helping with my SUCCESSFUL recovery. So Sean, Peter and Prath MANY more the are not the (including Azhar who has recently moved onord to describe him W●O●W, missed but I expect amazing things from this young man, (so young but in a GOOD way, he'll be a wonderful asset where he lands. And if this note can be forwarded onward to him...should have be sent sooner, but time flies. He'll know who I am...a 7:50am client. All the BEST!!! CSF
Pretty large story lots of variety
Very well stocked. Groceries, drinks, medical supplies
Good
Was looking for some gift ideas for a birthday and had the most super helpful associate, Maria help me out. Will def return to this location from the customer service and experience.
Nice place, but how about ya'll figure out a way to allow cellular service to continue when I'm in the store? Every time I go in there I get cut out and can't look up product reviews before buying.
This review is based solely on my experience with the pharmacy. Because I lived close by I formerly frequented this pharmacy but never again. Service is slow and very disorganized. My experience with the one of the head pharmacists Andrew was horrendous. The man is miserable and condescending, constantly made me uncomfortable. If you value service please take your money elsewhere as I have.
I came here this morning to find some materials for making care packages for a shelter in the Downtown Eastside. Henry was very helpful in helping me locate the items, and arranging for a discount because it was for a good cause! Thanks to this location for supporting their community!
Staff here are amazing - helpful, kind and attempt to get to know you.
Didn't have any covid tests.
Always go on the day the flyer starts as they have a great 2 day sale.
My parents deal with this location and have experienced a very rude pharmacist. I spoke with him in regards to a prescription for my father that not been filled yet. He informs me that the doctor hasn't responded yet. So, I proceed to ask when he was planning to follow up as my father only had a two day supply left of a particular prescription and would soon run out. He indicated that it would cost my parents (who are seniors btw) an extra $15 per prescription (5 needed renewals) to do a follow up with the doctors office. So my question is this? What is the dispensing fee for? So does that mean the other 4 times a year they have their prescriptions are filled, you will pay them the $15.00 (cause you didn't have to call the doctor and follow up) - Service is clearly a problem at this location. I recommended to my parents to move their prescriptions where the pharmacist will actually respect the patients who pays his wages.
They don't answer the phone
The staff was very friendly and helpful . The only reason I wouldn't go back to shop their is the secury guard , he followed us around the store , basically harassed us till we left!!
I was visiting Timmins over the Holidays and my prescriptions were lost during my trip. I had 3 prescriptions but only needed 2 pills for each one to get me through my trip. I was shocked that they charged me the full $11.99 per prescription (2 pills). That was $36 in dispensing fees + $5 for 6 pills. I voiced my displeasure with the pharmacist but he claimed that he was not authorized to override the price... just BS. They are thieves! Do NOT make Shoppers Drug Mart your go-to pharmacy. Timmins has several cheaper pharmacies that charge as low $4 for dispensing fees... even if you are on a plan, don't give this company one cent. They must be taught a lesson!
This place sucks.
Realky RUDE lady at Canada post couter. Had to find the mail box myself and the way she was talking with me was most likely telling me to do it. When I told her she's attitude is not that good at the end, she double asked me "are u sure" and gave me a laughing face. People like that must do not know what is customer service and I also hope the people like that should be trained again!
If you're native or POC you WILL get followed everywhere and acused of stealing:)
Awful place to go. Had a severe back pain.. but staff asked me to wait for over 45 minutes.. and still asked for 10 more minutes. And i was the only customer in the shop. Really inedficient and rude cashier.. Shouldnt go to take medicines in case of emergency Because, even your pain wont affect them a bit. If i was manager of this store, i would keep that cashier even as the gatekeeper
The only reason this review got 1 star is because of some of the amazing employees that work there. Unfortunately this pharmacy is very unorganized. I've waited for my medication for a hour in their sitting area to only be approached and told they're out of stock of it. Ordered medical supplies and they ordered to incorrect ones. Been told my medication was discontinued and had to order a different brand which took a week to come in. During this time I experienced unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. A month later I find out my medication was NOT discontinued and it could have all be avoided. There's way to many incidents to name... Needless to say if your medication is important to you GO ELSEWHERE!
This shoppers will under no circumstance answer the phone. Lived in timmins for three years, been on hold for hours sick and not wanting to go in store and wait till the order is filled multiple times. The store always has 10 people in line and the staff are slower than any other shoppers in Canada 0/10
The old lady, she was cashier today. she was so rude. Disgusting customer service.
Wow. The service (or lack of) absolutely terrible. I was just told today that they will no longer delivery prescription since I am never home. Not true, I missed 2 deliveries because they are not consistent on the delivery day and I didn’t hear the light knock on my door. The Pharmacist would not listen to any of my concerns! To make a long story short, I no longer deal with Shoppers DrugMart and now get my prescriptions on-line
This pharmacy has the bestest pharmacist hand down. Professional, considerate, fast, and knowledgeable. I've been to alot of different pharmacy this is my favorite one.
This is probably the worst pharmacy in Canada. The most rude people and their delivery service is basically the most incompetent delivery service in Timmins. Avoid going here at all costs, save yourself the aggravation. One star given because there are some nice staff working there. Reading there responses sits empty because their service has been awful for years.
We live nearby the pharmacy so we visit it a lot. Overall, all the staff are friendly and helpful, unfortunately there is a pharmacist assistant named (Jennifer) who, whenever we go, gives us a hard time. She is very arrogant, does not have any manners and is super rude. This is the third time we had an issue with this lady as we went to pickup a medication (that has been faxed to the pharmacy by the doctor on Jan 17 and we received a call from the pharmacy that they received the fax and informed us to come next day for pick up). Her answer was that the medication is not here and nobody ordered it with an angry tone!!! I don't mind picking up a medication another day but It is really easy to say " sorry there is a mistake , please come another day!" But instead of that she kept on insisting that she told us that yesterday ! although Nobody showed at the pharmacy yesterday and they simply called us to pick up the medication!!!!!! she is super confident in her excuses in a weird stupid way! And we get the same ugly treatment from her whenever she turns up at the counter. Edit, one week after, I called the provided phone number in the reply and I left a message but no one replied yet.
It is a serious offence to have a website that says you are open at 10:00 when you are not actually open until 11:00.
Parking lot can be a bit crazy. But I always find what I need here.
Chris is the worst. I have been getting my hbp doses for the last ten years at this pharmacy, Chris(tall) is the worst human being on the surface of the earth ????...I just runned out of my medication and my doc forgot to send in the invoice for this month...my hbp was very high ???? Chris sold me few tablets and the day after a refusing for almost 20min...other customers had to intervene, I see Chris all the time acting unprofessional, am wondering how he is allowed to work in public
Great store good location. Nice owner But did you know shoppers drug mart uses facial recognition software . When you walk inside there's always someone says hello When you look up your on camera If takes your picture logs it 1000s of companies have access to that info . What medication for you take ?? Antidepressants Or. Do you have STD s All that info gets logged how much u spend What you buy I refused to give my money to corporation s That abuse your personal information any more .. it's unacceptable Give your money to a local small business Your healthcare is suppposed to be confidential. Legally . Shoppers by law has to give you any information it has on you You don't have to give a reason They have to send it to you by mail Including pictures If they have Cooperations have no business being in healthcare Abusing people's private information Oxygen yoga Modo yoga Government liquor stores Walmart Safeway's Are but a few of the businesses that use facial recognition now . Say NO
What you come to expect from an SDM, good all arround from products to staff.
Love the gals in the beauty /makeup section of.tthis Shoppers. Love Shoppers!
Ridiculous pharmacy. Requested a refill of my medications 7 days ago and called every day asking for the progress of the meds as it was supposed to be ready the following day. Called again today to be told my refill was "somehow cancelled" last week, even though I called daily? I haven't had my medication in a week thanks to them.
They have a sign at the pharmacy that looks like it was just printed taped saying that they only do rapid test for travel purposes and to have your flight info ready…. So even if you have an appointment, get several texts and emails confirming the appointment and you schedule your time to show up, you will be turned away. The person manning the pharmacy will tell you to try a location down the street. And when you point out that you have an appointment there and you’re unlikely to get one at this other location, she’ll tell you to try calling this other location, and when you do call this other location they will tell you they’re appointment only. If you’re going to limit the types of tests you do, don’t let people book one. And if it’s not possible to limit what types of test get booked, contact the people who booked it so they have a heads up.
Rude, not helpful, certainly do not try to accommodate you if they are in a middle of a coworker chat, not helpful with pricing of generic/brand name drugs - a lot sighing from the employees. Always seem to busy to help. Minus Maryann and Adam. They are great. Changed pharmacies and glad I did so. Not worth spending/waisting your time these pompous people.
clean and good service
Cosmetic staff won't help you. I went in and was going to buy some products and ended up putting them all back and going to a different shoppers. None of them greet you or ask if you need help. They all seem way to busy gossiping with one another to care about the customers
The store part is great , friendly service . The pharmacy on the other hand , not once in the last year have I a good experience . Ex Jan.29.19 I go in at 4 ladies says half hour , I go back 21/2 hours later other ladies says it's not ready I said I was told 1/2 hour 2 and 1/2hours ago how much longer , repays is as long as it takes to put it together now 1/2 again . Why tell you customer 1/2 hour when they should says next day , it takes people out of work ,waste people time and service is terrible and cold
Was disrespected. Cashier first told me to back up when I on already circle... then she denied me a lotto ticket. I explained I came from out of town (Windsor) and I didn't think to bring my id. I had a photo on my phone of my health card and she still said no. I walked there on foot 30 mins just to get 2 skin products for my feet which are badly peeling but I left them there because how insulted I felt. Im 25, she could of used her sense of judgment . I wanted the lotto ticket because i need to find a way home and I am going have to pay over $1000 to a driver because thats the only way. Was just trying to come up with some money quick . Mean while I walked to another nearby store and they gave me a lotto ticket without even asking for id!
(Translated) You can purchase everything you need to stay at a nearby hotel, such as cosmetics, daily necessities, and medicine. There were also simple food and drinks, and it was fun to see a lot of local life such as drinks and sweets. The local people seemed to serve as a post office and brought mail to the counter in the back of the store.
I have been going to this pharmacy for 3 years, and finally got a family doctor in Fonthill who happened to be away when I needed a birth control prescription filled. I knew that pharmacists were able to prescribe some prescriptions in certain cases (birth control being one of them - I had done research online AND asked friends who worked in pharmacies). I called and explained my situation and asked if I could get pills for one month until I could connect with my doctor. Anyone on birth control knows you can't screw up your schedule. I had the wonderful experience (insert sarcasm here) of hearing the pharmacist, Sue, say "no" without any explanation in the background while talking to the pharmacy assistant. Sue did not check my file to see that I had been on this medication for 6 years, and did not seem to care I was in a unique situation with my doctor being away. She then told me to "go to a walk in". First of all, family doctors *generally* don't like it when a patient goes to a walk in. Second of all, I'd rather not waste my time sitting in a walk in taking time and resources away from people who actually need to see a doctor. I kept pushing, but Sue the Pharmacist kept saying she "can't do it" without any reason. I kept on, saying I really needed to have my pills by Sunday to not completely screw up my hormone levels. After all, I'm just trying not to have a baby here and am doing my due diligence! But, nothing could change Sue's mind. As a female pharmacist I thought she would understand the importance of this situation. Especially since other pharmacists do this regularly for other female patients. I immediately called Boggio in Fonthill and told them I'd love to switch pharmacies and if they could help me out. It took only a couple of hours for the lovely staff and pharmacist at Boggio to get me a one month prescription of birth control until my doctor returned from vacation. I would suggest everyone do the same! And a special shout out to Pharmacist Sue - I hope you, and your daughters or grand daughters don't have to go through the same horrible treatment just to practice safe sex and not throw their hormones out of whack. It's sad that one has to go through such bull to get birth control. Horrible, HORRIBLE, customer service!
Amazing service and very friendly staff! The owner is a treat and always such a pleasure to deal with. Senior Days are the best.
Very handy.
I love you justin
I always go there cause is really close to where I live and the staff so far been great except the ones on the pharmacy but the line up there to pay is terrible when you hv to pay on the cashier. The best employees there are in the cosmetic area...and overall is good .I've been on the one on westway plaza numerous times and is not good there so i thought until today when i went to the one on Dundas close to Kipling station they're the worse so far.Hope you guys open soon and thanks for your service
Had to call looking for something and the two people I spoke to were just wonderful and very helpful. Great experience.
If I could give a minus review, it would be here! The pharmacist or assistant was superbly Rude! I had booked a PCR test appointment for 1:20pm and I arrived at 1:14pm. The pharmacist or the receptionist was rude and telling me I was late for my appointment when in fact in their own email booking confirmation suggested to be there just 5 minutes before the appointment! And then 10 minutes pass the schedule appointment I was still waiting! When asked if my times was near, the same person asked what I was waiting for! I was just shocked! The whole staff seems to be unprofessional and very rude! I wish I had read the reviews before visiting this place! Please do not waste your time and energy here go another place where you will be served much better and you do not have to deal with these people with really bad attitude!
THE WORST EVER! THE HEAD PHARMACIST NAMED JIM WAS YELLING VERY LOUD AT ME IN FRONT OF HIS STAFF JUST BECAUSE I WANTED TO BUY A NEW DIABETIC METER! NOT PROFESSIONAL OR RESPONSIBLE WHATSOEVER!
Friendly well played out
The owner Nathan K is very condescending and rude. I have had several interactions with him and I dread seeing him. Also some of the staff are rude as well. They made rude comments, to me and one of them said, " oh she might write something mean about you on the internet." This is hardly mean, it's the truth.
The pharmacists have always gone above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. They genuinely care about my family's health and have given me great advice over the years. The other staff have been friendly and helpful as well!
Called on the phone to ask a simple question, and the pharmacist was very rude
Good at retrieving meds from other cities.
Avoid the big black Jamaican lady as much as you can! Not only is she slow and stupid compared to the rest of her co-workers, she is also extremely rude and careless, and will give you attitude when you catch her making a simple mistake instead of humbly apologizing and taking responsibility for it. However, the store in itself isn't that bad. Its kept clean and organized with everything you need. Don't let one bad apple ruin the whole bunch!
I went to shoppers cosmetics department .June18.2021 around 6.30pm.The lady that was working there, was talking to coworker and totally ignored us, we stood there for at least 5 minutes for her to help us .And when she finally came to help us she was rude and unpleasant. I liked the other cometicians like Angela and Dexter they are always very pleasant and helpful. She could learn a lot about customer service from them !
They should not allow their employees using their phone during hours of work because they are becoming less attentive to customers and rude.
Good location, right across from where i live.
Always friendly and helpful here! Even the pharmacist was happy and upbeat.
Horrible service. Horrible experience. Switched over to another pharmacy.. They were rude, obnoxious, lying that they hadn’t received the prescription from the doctor.when they had. Utterly unacceptable service,. This location wasn’t the only bad experience,my sister was using Shoppers on Scott St. And we switched her over to another pharmacy as well. Prices are terrible, I bought a BP monitor at Walmart for half the price around $80 and Shoppers was selling it for like $170. I don’t know how they stay in business.
Despite having to come here twice in one day on the weekend, the security guard followed me the ENTIRE time I was in there. The first time being to only drop off a package. Made for a very uncomfortable time when shopping.
Pharmacy staff and pharmacists are not very nice - such a shame as Frank is a very nice man
I realize running a large store is hectic so employee more staff. When items are on sale make sure that they scan correctly please. Persons should not have to shop and then return for refund because of over charge. Thank you for the reply. Also thank you for the apology. That is all I was asking for from the man on the phone but it never came. Your staff are amazing maybe an off day??
Great
took several weeks and a few calls to ship a prescription
Store manager very rude with lack of common sense working in what appears to be her pajamas. She requested us to buy all the knee braces , try them at home and return them if needed, as opposed to do the same exercise in store. Her justification was that due to covid, customers cannot touch the product. But it is ok for customers to touch them after they bought it and yes they can return them contaminated to be put back on shelves for other customers to buy. When asked about the logic, the store manager was unable to explain herself and became defensive. She told us to leave the store. Training needed on this manager.
Rude pharmacist. Went there at 630am and no greeting for around 5 minutes. He the acknowledged me and asked me what I wanted. I told him I needed my heartburn medication. I had a few more questions and his answers were quite short and unhelpful. Seems like he just wanted me to leave. I won't be going there again unless I'm desperate.
I was in shoppers asking for assistance from a young lady with dark hair, believe her name was Drew. Very rude girl, clearly did not know what manners were. Told me I was not worth helping and I was wasting her time. Never will I go back to shoppers to spend my money. UPGRADE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Unprofessional pharmacists . No customer care at all.
Needs more customer service at the pharmacy department..
My Gf love this place and is her go to place to buy makeup stuff
New owners ruined this place. Pharmacy never answer and lies when meds are ready
The new Shoppers Drug Mart opened on October 25. I can't believe that they replaced Food Basics, an affordable grocery store that is needed, for a shoppers drug mart. They should have kept the old location and expanded there since there are empty units next to it. Very bad decision
The new location is big and employees are very helpful best pharmacists in Ontario ????????????????????????
Love shopping at Shopper's Drug Mart. The points don't hurt people.
Staff are helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Will come here more
Worst pharmacy ever. Have had none stop problems trying to get my meds filled by them. Pharmasave is across the street and they are all super nice and prompt.
Always a GREAT experience! Staff friendly and helpful :)
Great place, most of the time you will find what you need. Great staff, especially a guy who is always very helpful (Samali); he always looks to help with love and never complains. I removed the star because of the pharmacy, which sometimes they don’t have very popular medicines, and because the place doesn’t have perfumes as other places
Just ok here..not much of sale items..always out of stock
Thank you shoppers drugmart Fonthill for taking on the challenge of vaccinating for Covid-19. I got my shot Monday. Thanks Fred
Potentially one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a pharmacist. Incredibly rude, short and impolite. The situation was pretty dire and he provided with next to no help whatsoever.
It's a drug store/grocery store.
The pharmacy is a very helpful place! They were so helpful with transferring my info from when I moved
My doctor had sent a prescription a month ago to be filled here, I went twice that week to pick it up and told both times that they hadn't received anything for me. I called my doctor and my doctor spoke with them directly, the next day I went to pick up my prescription and was told that they had "canceled" it because it was more than a month old. They then had to fill the prescription again, while I waited, and after waiting a long period of time I was given no direction as to how to take the medication and was not given the opportunity to speak with anyone about my new prescription as many other pharmacies do. They have my name and birth date spelt wrong, and the dose is wrong. Very unimpressed.
Shout out to the beauty manager and pharmacist, what amazing ladies with such big hearts. My daughter has been struggling with sore hands and without missing a beat they helped her, made her comfortable and even let her try the creams. Thank you for going above and beyond. Forever grateful.
(Translated) The little madam yesterday at the prescription counter, maybe put a smile in her face, and when I asked her if she spoke French .... It was a .... No, I don't speak French ... She could have said just, sorry madame, I don't speak French .... Was really rude. (Original) La petite madame hier au comptoir des ordonnances, peut être se mettre un sourire dans face, et quand je lui ai demandé si elle parlait français.... Ce fût un.... No, I don't speak French... She could have said just, sorry madame, I don't speak French.... Was really rude.
Administration should change the working hours, they anyway are locked in 20-15 min before 00:00
Great experience at this Shoppers Drug Mart. Loving the new Nude by Nature product lineup from Australia.
I have been a customer of Shoppers in Fonthill for the past 8 years. In that time the Pharmacists have always been very helpful. The staff in the Pharmacy are continually Rude, customer appreciation is not a phrase they understand. It is now time to move on!
(Translated) There is everything. You can also get a refreshing medicine like Tylenol, but don't buy it here because the Independent is better for fruit. (Original) 왠만한 것은 다 있다. 타이레놀 같은 상비약도 쉽게 구할 수 있으나, 과일을 사려면 인디펜던트가 더 질이 좋으니 여기선 사지말자
Its okay, but they should offer a larger selection of products. This Shopper's was small.
Service is great!
The lady pharmacist provides very poor service and lies
We are new to the area from Calgary. Today will be my last visit here. We will buy our prescriptions elsewhere. The main reason is my dealing with the front staff lady. Black curly hair and glasses. She was ignorant. I was standing there. She knew I was there. No big deal as I seen she was not doing much. Says I’ll be with you soon. So I turned back and was going to look at some stuff 10 feet away on the shelf. She raise her voice a bit and says no stand here. Then goes on to ask me if I have anything else I need to do. I said no. She said why don’t you go for lunch. This will be a hour. They did not even look really busy. Lots of staff. Then asks why my name on my coat had a M missing in my first name. Wanted an explanation. Overall I found her very displeasing and non accommodating. You are the first point of contact at the pharmacy desk. Be better! Another note my wife had called a few days back to see if we could get a prescription sent to St John’s where I was working. 6 times until she reached someone. In this day and age with all of our retail choices, stores should treat spending customers with kindness and respect. It’s been 2 hours and I’m still bothered. I wanted to share this experience.
First of all, the woman working at Beauty Boutique, whose name is Hiwet is a racist. She constantly demonstrates her unwillingness of helping and "showing faces" to customers who are Asian or look like Asian. At the very beginning, I thought that I was just overthinking, but when I got into a conversation with one of my very good friends, she thought the same. Whenever I see her working, I would never go into the luxury beauty section. Very disappointed with my purchase with the associate "Hiwet". But, Lucie and Christina who are my favorites sales ladies there are absolutely wonderful! They always help with what you look for, and give honest recommendations. They were super friendly and I love shopping with them. Incredible customer service and 5 stars for them!
I asked the lady in cosmetics for help. She was minimal but ran to another woman and stayed with her for 10 minutes while I waited. I will always save my money and go to London Drugs in Courtenay as I have emailed about this prejudice treatment with no help from emails either. Still no response 3 weeks later
My experience shopping at this store was horrible. Every time I go in there I get followed by the security guard. I feel like I am being racially profiled as a women that wears a hijab. I am very disappointed and I will never shop at this location.
One of the worst Shopper's in the region. The pharmacy us 1. Too slow, and 2) not professional. The frontline workers are led by an incredibly rude supervisor. I asked for help on the self-checkout and was basically reamed by the cashier manager. I will not return there. Horrible, horrible experience, and if you look at the ratings, I am far from the only one. If you want a great pharmacy in Fonthill go to Pharma Choice. Excellent refill prices, family type atmosphere, and more. Shoppers in Fonthill - avoid at all costs. And no I don't have any affiliation with Pharma Choice at all.
Pharmacy staffs are too rude
Waited in line while the cashier at the round check out discussed with a customer the parts of his purchased CD that she liked and disliked. The conversation carried on for a while, when the lengthy discussion was over I approached the checkout and was told she was closing and to go to another cashier. Very rude. I will never shop there again
SELLING EXPIRED PRODUCT Went to buy Advil for my baby, when I get home I check expiry date before giving to the baby and it expired on April/2020, check pic below, check expiry date before buying anything
Dropped off my script and they didn't fill it out for the next day. Got my mediction and the only gave me half of what it said. Not impressed at all. Talk to Raj B. Took care of my problem and was very knowledgeable. dont go when busy. Doctor mad a mistake on script and the one tech there b*ched me out for not looking and making sure the doctor filled it out right. Not impressed and moving locations.
I went to store at 8am today (March 26th) when it opened to buy toilet paper as I cant find any after work (I work 8-4 in essential services). But shelves were empty so I asked employee when do you restock....her reply was "when we have a chance"...as of now I think paper towel and toilet paper should be restocked first thing in a morning as it seems that those are items on demand right now...I know that because every day for week and half I've tried to buy them after work (4pm) with no luck...Very disappointed with Shopper's Drug mart right now .
Courteous staff, great deals with bonus PC Optimum points. Security providing a quiet behind the scenes help for a hassle free experience.
Only giving a rating to let people know this Shoppers is closed for now due to a huge fire. Prescription info have been transferred to the martingrove westway shoppers.
Very disappointed in the drug dispensing. On one occasion received an email that Rx was ready to pick up. Go to the store and "oh sorry we are out of stock of that medication come back in a couple of days". Recently changed insurer. Advised them and they inputted the information into the computer system. Most recent refill was not submitted as a claim. I will contact them about this but this level of customer service is very poor.
The male pharmacist there(working on Tuesday) is rude, arrogant and unfriendly
Good services, variety of products available and professional staff, I always have good experience with the store.
I just want to commend this pharmacy, the last Shoppers I used in Spruce Grove was great but this one is even better. The staff are soooo nice, always looking out for my best interests. They all wished me a happy birthday when I picked up my Rx a couple days later. I haven't had anything less than a great interaction there so far, and I've been served by lots of the staff there. I'm glad I found such a good pharmacy so close to my apartment!
Sad sad yesterday brought in a scip for my grandson at 4:30 in the afternoon was surposes to be there yesterday delivery of corse never showed up yesterday call last night at 11:30 pm and the guy i spoke to last promise me it be there this morning .....guess what not there had to call again and now its going to be sometime this afternoon....this is so wrong guys a big company like this cant get deliverys out learn to communicate with one another all i can say is very sad guys
Friendly and helpful
They have everything you can think of, and more.
Good service at pharmacy.
Pharmacy staff has zero respect for customer and assumes no responsibility for any errors. Issue was getting prescription renewed. For 2 weeks, staff claimed no response from physician and informed me I would have to contact physicians office to resolve. Resolution turned out to be Shoppers failed to enter long distance code before fax number. Apparently the fax machines daily error report is not reviewed. Worst customer service I have ever received.
Absolutely horrible service in the pharmacy. I was suffering a migraine for a few days and ran out of my meds. I called to renew my prescription, hoping to get it that day. I sent my SO to go pick it up approximately 6hrs later. It wasn’t ready. So I called to ask when I could expect it. The lady I spoke to was SO RUDE! She yelled at me saying prescription refills are not guaranteed any sooner than 2days. I politely asked if if could be rushed due to the explicit pain I was in due to the migraine. I was ignorantly told no and that I should have called sooner, to which I replied “well i wasn’t expecting a migraine, so my bad I guess. Because you know, we always know when they’re coming” I hung up, called another Shoppers Drug Mart and had my file transferred. I had my meds in 2 hrs. Delivered to my house. Will never use the pharmacy there ever again.
very friendly and professional, wait is a bit for just antibiotics
Very unprofessional and rude. Went to the Canada Post and they said couldn't verify my ID. Instead of going through options was very rude. Went to a different Shoppers. They went through my options and got my ID verified. Had gone in before and got attitude but thought I'd give them another chance. Dont waste your time here when there's another Shoppers nearby at Kipling and Rexdale.
The female pharmacists was very rude (didnt catch her name) but she seemed like I was bugging her with my questions not really something u should be doin when a costumer is concerned very unprofessional
Not happy with customer service. I went in to pick up gift cards which had a promotional point offer in their flyer. 1) the teller had no idea of the offer 2) she needed a supervisor to help process the transaction to ensure I get my points 3) she didn't scan my card 4) called another supervisor over to help 5) I was told I had to call in to get my points myself 6) couldn't return the gift cards to re-process 7) was basically told, yes they made a mistake, but nothing they can do to help
This is my go to Shoppers drug mart. The beautyboutique ladies in particular are wonderful. I find it a bit unnerving to be followed around like a criminal while I drop hundreds on luxury make up, but hey, that's the area. Great stock and sales are great. Perhaps if the city didn't promote and foster vagrancy, Edmonton's best local business's wouldn't have to be so harsh.
The worst service I've ever had at a shoppers drug mart!
Thanks to the pharmacy for dealing with their patrons during this stressful time.
I love shoppers. I used to shop a lot at this location.
This store placed the limit on items the flyer not specified, drove more then 30 km’s To find out this store does not follow the advertised quantities.
I always like going to shoppers for everyday things. Make up shopping is annoying sometimes, I really hate when workers don’t even try to act secretive while they stare at me assuming I’m going to steal something because I took a day off work and decided to wear sweatpants and no make up, making me feel uncomfortable and not want to even continue shopping. It was the brassy blonde haired lady. Maybe 40ish, shorter. Anyways, I like going when she isn’t there! I like the free samples too ???? Manpreet is a very nice girl, loved her help earlier today.
They forgot to make delivery again.
Like any other shopper drug mart.
Store open until 10 per the website but the little notice on the door said "closed at 6.00pm" . Very nice and thanks a lot
I’ve been going fir 20 yrs and they have an amazing staff!
The so-called pharmacists in this store are super RUDE and unprofessional. I went there to check availability of a medication and she did not even bother to respond to my inquiry about ordering it. She was very AGGRESSIVE and DISMISSIVE. They are too RUDE and AGGRESSIVE to deal with patients. Seriously there needs to be some control over who gets to have a pharmacy license or some behavioural screening on who gets to be a pharmacist. Do yourself a favour and go to another location. Fortunately there are tons of other pharmacies in this neighbourhood. Go elsewhere. Avoid this location at all costs.

Very pleasant experience while doing my second Covid Test in Alberta. I’ve done 4 so far!
Great Convenient Location! the people are friendly vibrant and work with good energy!
I’m an employee for the company at a different location so I am quite familiar with the protocol with lost prevention. Every time I go to this location I have 3 cosmeticians following me around which whatever it’s ok but the last experience I had here was it for me. I came in with my 10 year old niece, I grabbed 2 products from the derm section and my niece asked me why the lady kept following us, so I told the cosmetician I was staff so she knew I wasn’t stealing, regardless of that the cosmetician Rachael Lawrence proceeded to physically take the product out of my basket. Horrible customer service, will never give them commission ever again.
The cosmetics manager at this location is one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She needs to find a job she likes.
Very slow. Seems to me this pharmacy has more work then they can handle. Always a line, always over an hour to fill. I feel as though the staff is over worked and under organized, and it shows in the employees behavior.
The best!
The pharmacy here is usually good but this is the worst postal outlet in Thunder Bay. Weekday staff, two.older women, both very rude and short tempered. I'll get my meds here then drive the extra blocks to Red River or grandview to use their post office where you're not treated like dirt under someone's shoes. I actually complained about them once and was brushed off by the staff member I spoke to. I'd switch my family's meds to a different pharmacy but it's too much hassle, easier to drive the extra blocks to a decent postal outlet where staff are friendly and professional.
Best Pharmacy EVER!!! Linda & Jackie have gone wayyyyyy out of their way for us.... Many times! Super helpful! I would never think of going elsewhere. Mike has also been very helpful, caring & extremely knowledgeable, often going above & beyond to make sure your meds. are the best ones for you. Thanks for all that you do!
I drove from nl to see the great people at this store the welcome has not changed a bit in a year way to go millisa and sally
Not nearly enough staff at this location, only one cashier on a Saturday with self-checkouts limited to 1-6 items. Will be going to the Westway/Martingrove Location instead in the future
It seems I never had a good experience with this location. They never meet the time line they set for waiting to pick up the medicines. I was told 20 minutes, then another 5 minutes and then waited bit more. I was told they have all 3 medicines on my prescription when I submit the prescription in. When I pick them up, she told me that they don't have one of them. I am not sure why she didn't inform me at the first place that they don't have all of them. Then she offers to get it but it will arrive the next day. I said I will go to another pharmacy, then she told me to have the pharmacy to call this location for the prescription; I was like why don't you give my prescription so I can go to another pharmacy. Anyhow just little things to keep the clients in their location is very frustration for the clients! I want to thank to Miko for his extra-mile help, but with the rest I am not pleased. I will change my pharmacy once Walmart opens at the Kingsway mall.

Be careful. Don't ask its cosmetic department employees more than a few questions if you don't want to see an act of rudeness
The shoppers itself is great and the employees are friendly! The pharmacy however, is always running late and some of the employees don't seem as friendly. They've also messed up the number of refills on my prescription, which was frustrating as I ran out a month early than planned for.
Super friendly postal service girl
The efficiency of this drug store leaves alot for imagination. I waited 30 min on the line for a pharmacy to pick up and then she answers and said she is very busy. This is incredible for a drug store to be so poorly organized.
The pharmacy portion is the absolute worst. Constantly waiting days for prescriptions. Submitted a refill request via the Shopper's app on Saturday morning. By Tuesday morning I went in they had no record of anything. Finally get it straightened out and asked "Do you want to wait?" I've been waiting since Saturday morning! If I could give half a star I would because doesn't even deserve a full star. Save yourself some stress. Go to Rexall or Guardian. And don't get any prescriptions delivered. In a pandemic their delivery person doesn't accept debit or credit. So if you are under quarantine or anything that prevents you from going out you better hope you have cash
Horrible experience every time at the pharmacy. Will never be back.
Incredible staff. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of without any return to them. Just great people. I will shop here any time I need anything from now on.
Good selection of things that I generally need once in a while, although I wish it had more hours open like other Shoppers do.
They helped me out with an important call to a clinic as my German phone number wouldn't work. Very friendly staff. Would recommend.
How come shoppers isn't answering their phone. I'm in isolation and have been trying to teach them for over a week now?????
Not much to say. Clean, ... parking is okay, at times. Not so much on a Saturday, aahhh actually not so good during lunch time. Ok well, the parking isn’t okay, good decent, none of the above. Parking is the worst. Also, the music in the store, is always so loud. Other than that. It’s clean, fully stoked. Staff, seam like they could care less that you’re in there. Which is nice for me. I don’t want to Ben bothered... however I can see how it’s off putting for someone looking for help.
The customer service at the post office is always exceptional. Tonight a young man helped me to process a return - always a pleasant experience!
Don't ask your doctor to send your prescription to this farmacy. They will call you saying that your medication is already and then you go there, wait several minutes in a long line and when you finally talk to them, they say that your medication is not there and have no idea who called you. Also, sometimes they give you medications that is about to expire and when you complain, they don't care; you have to talk to several people to finally get a new one. They are extremely disorganized and have no consideration to their clients.
I am very happy with this location of Shoppers Drug Mart. I have moved away from Kitsilano but stay with this pharmacy because of the great service. The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable, very helpful, and kind. The parking is free with purchase but a little bit of a hassle (have to buy parking and present ticket at checkout to get refund) which is the only reason I've given only four stars.
Great deals
WORST shoppers ever. Went to exchange a product bought at their store and they refused to take it when it is clearly mentioned on their website and the receipt that shoppers either gives you store credit or refund. All I wanted to do was exchange it with another product.
Amazing staff and incredibly knowledgeable pharmacists!
(Translated) There are cosmetics, daily goods, food, it is convenient. The inside of the store is also beautiful. There is also a postal reception in the back of the store. It seems to be vacant until about 10 o'clock in the evening. (Original) 化粧品、日常品、食糧もあり、便利です。店内も綺麗。店内奥には郵便受付もあります。夜10時くらいまで空いているみたいです。
The pharmacy staff here was incredibly rude to me on multiple occasions. Prescriptions are never filled when when you come back even an hour or two after they said they would be ready. I will be switching pharmacies due to the unprofessionalism.
The store is very well stocked, clean, friendly etc. The pharmacy is very busy and sometimes hit and miss. Sure they try their best.
Great customer service.Staff is always very kind and helpful.
Great pharmacy and plenty of good products to choose from. Friendly staff.
Bad experience with the woman who was standing at the front. She’s very rude and unfriendly. The pharmacist who gave me a booster shot was very nice though.
Jen in the cosmetic department was incredibly friendly and helpful! Thanks so much!
best...
The worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy, spoke to the pharmacist who said the meds will be ready by tonight… and when I go to pick it up the next day the pharmacy assistants say they didn’t receive the fax. A lot of back and forth with this pharmacy, even my doctor’s office is frustrated with their mess. I will be trying out the Shoppers at Kipling/Rexdale now, hopefully they are better and much more organized. I should also mention I had multiple encounters with the pharmacy like this where they don’t give the medication saying they didn’t receive the fax (even after my doctor made multiple attempts to send it to them). Just not worth missing days of your medication when you are supposed to say consistent to see an improvement in health :/
Post office staff are all incredibly rude and the manager is unprofessional and frequently patronizes staff on the floor in front of customers.
Shoppers Drug Mart a corporation owned by Loblaws owned by a billionaire family that shows they care for there workers by paying them unlivable wages ,like all greedy corporations now a day. Pay workers welfare wages cut costs, cut service, cut delivery install self checkouts so I can work for them for free too.Anything to increase there share price .But nothing to help the people that works for them and there families that carry these corporations and the families of the billionaire owners of this and other corporations .By the way who told you $15 was fair to make a livable wage ?corporations, government and the media working together ...well think about what the truth is to survive on your own. You would need around $30 to survive on your own ,this is sadly closer to so called minimum wage .Thanks Loblaws/ Shoppers for choosing $15 an hour an unlivable choice from you and life for them. Thanks
Very good sarvice here to put more produce
A friend of mine worked here until she had a mental heath crisis. When the manager found out he told her she was a worthless person, that she didn't deserve a job, that she could either quit right there or he would fire her, and encouraged her to kill herself. Which she did two weeks later.
Staff is not warm and help-full. Poor service in the photography section. Staff is unable to provide digital photos and blamed shoppers’ policy.
Cosmetic department was very helpful, especially Noelle.
Called and tried to speak with pharmacist with concern about mixing Aleve with some other medications my mom was taking. Due to covid my elderly mom is between residences and has prescriptions at three different pharmacies... The answer I got was "call pharmacy where she has her file.. Okay.. Thanks.. Bye.. " and hung up... Absolutely brutal
N.B: This only applies to the post office. The Canada Post at this location is consistently and severely understaffed. Avoid at all costs if you value your time.
Suits the job.
Poorly taken care of, messy and dirty.
(Translated) Service just sucks. To the drugstore. The shop space is very good. (Original) Service just sucks. À la pharmacie. L’espace boutique est très bien.
If I could give your company as a whole 0 stars I would. Ive pre ordered medication on many occasions through the automated service and show up 5 hours after the time I requested it only to be told at the desk it hasn't even been looked at yet . What is the point of pre ordering if you're only going to fill it when I get there . Not only are you wasting my time you are wasting my money . Look I get it , we all get busy and these things happen on occasion. I work in retail so I get it. But what I don't get is the blatant disregard of simple customer service nearly everytime I go there . You guys need to fix up your procedures by maybe notifying customers that their order isn't ready because you're falling behind . You're issues as a company should not spill over to your customers. No wonder the review scores are laughable.
The staff is welcoming and always willing to help. It is a busy location, however it is well maintained. Excellent service at the pharmacy - from the simplicity of completing the order to the quick pickup, consultation, and even aftercare. Pharmacists are very resourceful and always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend :)
I switched from Save-On Pharmacy to Shoppers a few months ago because they close at 10 everyday. It was a huge mistake. Shoppers takes a very long time to fill or refill any prescription, and the pharmacists are often borderline rude. I am extremely disappointed with the service - or should I say lack of service-. I am so done there! I am going back to Save-On! Over there, the service is always satisfactory. Shoppers is definitely not the pharmacy I would recommend to any new comer in town.
I go to the pharmacy in this location and it feels like they are doing you a favour giving you your prescription. They are unfriendly and pushy. This place needs a staff that’s friendly and mirrors the staff in other areas of the store.
The staff had already prepared my package. It was a smooth transaction.
I have been shopping at this location for approximately 6 years.I have used the Post office and Pharmacy. I do purchase cosmetics and have built a very good relationship with everyone. I m a true believer in the fact that it is not what you say but how you say it. In all the years I ve been shopping here,I have never experienced anything but great customer service and some fun conversations! Working in the customer service industry myself,I realize the importance of approach and attitude. Therefore, I d suggest a lighter approach on all the people with miserable attitudes! Freda Jones

Personally, I have had good experiences at this Shoppers Drug Mart. This is where my family & I get our prescriptions filled and buy our many assorted products. Everyone has been helpful and professional. This is my neighbourhood store and I feel comfortable there.
Can’t say much about the store cause I don’t know what to say but the pharmacy team is great. They always take such great care of me while explaining new prescriptions and what not, they are just a great team and I have never experienced a bad pharmacist here.
