If you haven't had your COVID-19 shots...or if you need prescriptions filled or over-the-counter meds...EASTWOOD PHARMACY is one of the nicest neighborhood pharmacies in Edmonton. It is worth the drive out of your neighborhood. What Dr. Salem is to Northtown Medical Clinic (Super-Doctor-Man), Akram is to Eastwood Pharmacy (Super-Pharmacist-Man)...taking the time to explain prescribed and over-the-counter drugs, he truly cares about your health and welfare. ???????????????????? Recently renovated and still plenty of free parking around the corner of the building!!!

I have been using this pharmacy for a long time...they have a high turnover of staff...they ask a lot of questions which is understandable...but when this is the 3rd time u go through these question and the person you are talking to youis incompetent...I phoned for my pills...she doesn't even look at my file when she says to me...oh it's not even the end of month...what exactly are you implying..then I phone for my pills yesterday...she talks about April 17 and puts me on hold for 10 min...all want is my pills...I yelled at her cos this is the,3rd time I went through this...everytime they finally get to know me there is a change of staff...if you do not want people too yell at you..I suggest you put someone on the phone that is competent

Great place and quick service - short waits for your medication. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and show a lot of care by fully listening to the questions and give clear answers. Loved their free delivery which I used during Covid-19. They showed the same care over the phone to answer my questions at the time.

Akram is probably the best pharmacist I have ever dealt with. I have significant medical issues and he has been working with me since he first opened his doors. He seems to know everyone by name when they come in and greets them by name and a smile. His staff does have a turn over rate that is high but that is because he hires new pharmacists from school gives them the knowledge quickly and they then go out on there own. You couldn't ask for a more interactive business than Eastwood that cares about your needs and will go out of their way to make sure you get your medication quickly and correctly.
