I've been going to this pharmacy for a while and never had any problems just shopping. However, I will never make the mistake of stopping by the pharmacy counter again. The pharmacist owner is incredibly rude and dismissive, hence the one-star rating. Never have I been treated this way by a "professional". She seemed irritated to be explaining something "the client should know" regarding supplements, which by the way I've been getting for years without any problem. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended, and I see I'm not the only one to remark on the condescending service at the pharmacy counter. People come there for help, not disrespect. Pharmaprix is just around the corner and has better service. I recommend taking the few extra minutes' walk and giving them your business. The pharmacists there are always pleasant and knowledgeable.

I've been running errands at this branch for many years and had the most helpful and super nice staff in the past but these past couple days I've encounter a few handful of negativity from this lady superviser who was working at the cashier in in her mid 50s-60s. She is absolutely rude to the elderly Asians. Mind you the there's a huge Asian community living just right next door. I am appalled of how aggressive and rude she responds to them and to among other race she's absolutely friendly. Without understanding or even tries to help she ignores them like if they are in the way. I won't be shopping here anymore, I don't feel comfortable when other race are being treated unfairly.

Ridiculous experience. They said they tried to call my doctor, but they got no response. Did they need an hour to call?? I am sorry, I really don't understand! P.S. The opening hours are very bad, they're basically closed when most people need them. Opens extremely late compared to other shops around, and closes really early. Looking forward for some staff upgrades/better customer experience. I'm sure the company can fix that, as every other Jean Coutu I've been has had perfect service.
