These guys have lost too many prescriptions, and getting any prescription called in results in about 6 phone calls back and forth between prescribing doctors office and the pharmacy each and every time. It’s pretty exhausting, I’m used to this process being simple with my last pharmacy. We gave them the benefit of the doubt the first 4 or 5 times this happened (all different doctors offices, too, mind you. The pharmacy is the common denominator.) We come here because the location is convenient, but I think we will have to switch to the Pharmasave up the street.
