Terrible attitude and extremely unprofessional. Won't dispense medicine on corporate benefits "because birthday doesn't match" while my card works fine anywhere else. Forces you to pay out of pocket.

Today at 7.46 I went to the pharmacy to get medication. But the Pharmacist on Duty was so rude that he just didn't bother to answer us and ignored us. I felt so bad that never to go there again.

I switched from another major pharmacy chain, because I kept having problems getting my prescriptions filled, and kept getting attitude from the employees. I've never had a problem getting a prescription filled, even on short notice, at the Walmart Pharmacy. They have always been friendly and helpful. I would recommend Walmart Pharmacy to anyone.

I had just gone through an ectopic pregnancy a week prior. Came to pick up my birth control prescription. For some reason my plan wasn't covering it when it should have been. The east Indian pharmacist goes "I guess manulife wants you to have a baby" and laughed. I did not laugh... it was a very horrible joke to be made working in this field when someone has just gone through a very traumatic loss. Unfortunately don't have "proof." All I could do is put in a complaint but he will probably just get a slap on the hand and thats it. Changed pharmacies because of this guy.

Worlds's slowest pharmacy even single asthma inhaler takes over 30 mins wait and that too when no other customer is waiting....no sympathy for emergency use of inhaler. Trust me never come to this pharmacy most ill managed retail business of Canada.

Dauphin walmart pharmacy has always been a great experience for patients. But this new manager and her helper man are awful. They don't understand my simple English and are always rude and accusing of not making sense when asking questions. I'm sick of their attitudes and trash customer service. Should know basic communication skills in that job

I just called the pharmacy to ask if I had a refill of a medication and I got more information than I bargained for AND the phone call literally lasted one minute. I find this pharmacy to be very efficient and friendly! The pharmacists behind the desk are ON POINT. Yes, this place can get busy at times but I always find myself coming back here. They know their stuff and they are there for your best interests. Personally working in the medical field, I can’t ask for more.
