Our local NoFrills only accepts Mastercard. This needs to be clearly marked at key locations in the store. It would have saved me a lot of time and disappointment as I am a loyal visa customer. Sadly, the cashier who was otherwise very nice, saw fit to keep asking me if I had another meins of payment at least three times. I left not only disappointed I could not get my groceries, but feeling humiliated. That's not good customer relations. Prior to this my experiences at NoFrills have been good.

Not worth shopping...in last 1 month, shopped 4 times and overcharged for some items every time. The employees are not customer friendly, rude and not willing to accept their mistakes. I went back there after a week and the employee was not even ready to listen. They waste customers precious time 20-30 min...If its the only option, Its better to spend 2 min after purchase to check your receipts, rather than spending 20-30 min later and dealing with the untrained and rude employees there.

To management: Rising prices and lower incomes require careful scrutiny of product. Never underestimate your clientèle. Walmart is up the street. I was at No Frills today the lineups quite long do to them changing their cards every customer with a card was taken quite a few minutes to do the changeover after till on every person. I told the cashier that these weights when they only have two cashiers working on these cards is getting quite annoying. She said would you like to talk to the manager Sandy the manager said that they're doing what they can as she walked away a staff member older balding fellow which had nothing to do with our conversation pipes up and says if I don't like it I can go somewhere else so I took him up on the offer I will no longer return. And being that Sandy was a great deal closer to him than I was and chose to do nothing to him or apologize to me makes me think this is corporately acceptable

Clean,friendly, minimal walking to access all groceries. Baby and bath products available. I like the absence of marketing aimed at my child because I can teach about foods and shopping without the constant distractions other stores have like toys and treats at child eye level and reach. It is a great place to concentrate on the groceries, the "treats" lanes are easily avoided if one wishes making for an enjoyable place to bring my child. Staff is wonderful and seem happy to help with any needs. I absolutely love this store !

For what it is, this is a great store when you just need a few things. It's very conveniently located and prices are fantastic. I generally don't buy large amounts of food here and I don't buy bread or meat here, but for boxed, frozen, canned and fresh fruits and veggies, it's really a decent store. It's always really busy when I stop there after work.

Wow. They have audacity to put filthy vegetables on sale for 50% off. Staff has no clue half of the times. They are supportive I must admit but the training is not adequate. The quality of produce is not optimum. The meat section as well needs a huge improvement in terms of cleanliness and arrangement. Dauphin Safeway and Co-Op are great places to shop. They have taken customer service to next level.

Always low on stock, you have to pay for your bags pack your own groceries and the parking lot looks horrible with cars parked in no parking spots. Some prices are better but some are not. I can get some things cheaper at our little store in Rorketon. I would rather pay a little more and get all my groceries in one spot then to go here and them only have half the items on my list. I always end up going somewhere else anyway.

As the name suggests this place is nothing more and nothing less than a place to get groceries warehouse style. The only have what the have when they have it. No guarantee the shelves will be fully stocked day to day but they've got good prices and often larger bulk rate options. Does not accept Visa so watch out.

My wife and I have always had a great experience with the store. But it can be a sketchy area with the homeless people sitting outside the doors all the time. I don’t feel comfortable sending my wife there by herself anymore, especially at night. The homeless men will follow her to her car asking for money and cat calling her. I don’t know what kind of security presence is around the no frills store, but it does not feel like a very safe place for women to go alone, especially at night.

Went for grocery on July 06 around 5 pm. My husband and i we're on the counter to pay when asked by cashier Ellen (an old lady), 'Are you sick?' in a rude and ill-mannered way and even repeated it. I answered back to say i have an allergy that's why i was sniffing. I was insulted and emabarrssed the way she said it like i have the virus Covid19, snd by her looks she wanted me to head out the door of the grocery. My husband was so upset & felt bad and went his way to my defense. This matter should be taken seriously and be dealt by her higher ups and management. In fact, this was the third time we had an unpleasant experience with the store, very unprofessional.

Since they changed ownership here it has gone down in quality of service produce staff over all 75 percent. Each time on a biweekly basis I've bought onions ????potatoes ???? carrots ???? oranges ???? multi-pkg peppers and every time I get rotten produce. I don't have time to drive all the way back into lethbridge to bicker about rotten produce to someone who tells me that it rotted at my house. So now I go to the West side & its so much Cleaner and the cashier don't bite your head off becuz u buy $3-400 of grock & they want u packed in 5min Some ppl are not meant for public PR. Good luck gone to West side.

Only had one of the two items I went to buy. But I did find chicken necks and backs that I wanted to make my own chicken stock so that was a good thing. I wasn't in the store long but I did see it hasn't changed much. A few things are a good buy but most items are the same price as Safeway, Sobeys and Walmart and in some cases more expensive so you have to know your prices.

i do not know what is happening to this store , but it s not good . Since december 2020 , the store has been missing a few items that i regularly buy . And now ,the shelves are practically empty all the time . the produce , at least a lot of it is lame and over ripe . Prices are way high. This is not Bruce posting this ,but me his wife . IO am responsible for the bulk of the grocery shopping . i HAVE INQUIRED IN STORE SEVERAL TIMES AS TO WHAT IS GING ON , AND AM ALWAYS GIVEN SOME SILLY EXCUSE OF SOME KIND . Very disapointed with this store! Am now shopping somewhere else

Great selection at very competitive prices. It's just too bad for me that I live an hour's drive away. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and lots to choose from. I can't understand why my local Co-op priced their merchandise so much higher than No Frills for the same brands of canned food, fruits and most everything else.

The Worst for never having their sale items available that are in the flyer. Always have to check at the till as always a mistake in their favor. Apparently the 50% off stickers mean nothing! Waste of time. Was told to call first before wasting my time. Good luck with getting anyone to answer the phone! Don't get sucked in by the phony flyer!

Pretty basic grocery store, but i guess that is in the name. Even with that in mindthere is still room for improvement. Went to get produce and chicken and this location had virtually no chicken at all, literally maybe 7 packages at most of all types combined! Couldn't even get one boneless chicken breast or chicken thighs. At least this time y there was more than one register open. Prices can on occasion be cheap but that's all you get here, cheap stuff. Ad long as you just expect that, you'll get what you pay for.

Some things are cheaper than places like Wal-Mart sobeys etc. Others are not. Only downside is the difficulty with getting a shopping cart. If you don't carry a loonie with you all the time you need to get one. You have to bag your own groceries. It's supposed to be cheaper shopping here because of this. But for the same price or less I'll go to Wal-Mart if in a rush as they bag your groceries.

Can the Dauphin No Frills begin to stock the PC Nutrition First Salmon & Potato Grain Free Dog Food in 9 kg bags? The Dauphin store currently carries the 4.5kg bags at around $24.98/bag while the Superstore in Brandon carries the same - they also stock the 9kg bag at around 29.98/30.98/bag. Obviously, the 9kg bags are more economical to purchase.

The food is cheap. Most of the staff are unfriendly. The produce is mediocre. I consider it a junk food store. However, it is great for north Lethbridge as there is not much in the line of georceries in the north. It also serves a very important purpose for low income individuals.

Pretty good prices, great staff, came often, tend to hit up the Westside because of all the drunken drugs addicts and other garbage people who attempt to get drug money from you in the parking lot on the Northside. As a result the bathrooms have been out of order for years, thankfully the Westside is far away from most losers and only annoying fat brain dead drones clog the aisles there.

When their are Sales the shelves are always mostly empty for that product, even on the day of the sale always empty, it's like a scam cause when the sale is over the shelves of the sale product is full again. Excuse is truck never brought the product, those sale items should never be an empty shelf. Lots of out dated products too, almost all veggies are not very fresh and the supervisor Rochelle or Rachel is very rude to customers like there garbage. With those adjustments, Ken's No Frills would be the best grocers in town.

I have only one issue and it has always been the one. The music has and is THE HORRIBLE MUSIC. How on earth do you justify music with lyrics such as someone's sucking on a switchblade in your store where children are present. The music is to loud and in my opinion totally unnecessary. I have complained about this issue several times and nobody gets it.

If I could give this store a minus star I would. The aisles were crowded with freight and pallets making it impossible to go down the aisles were poorly signed and a lot of price tags were missing. The produce was not fresh and displayed poorly. Poor selection of bakery products. Staff was unfriendly and not very helpful except the cashier. The Dauphin Safeway is light years ahead of this store.

Prices are usually good. Selection as with every no frills is often mediocre. Today’s experience was poor as the staff weren’t trained in what the scanning code of practice is. I’ve never had any issue at Walmart or Superstore or any other major grocery chain. Much less likely to return to this store after today. I only gave it two stars because of the good prices, otherwise it would be one star.
