Orders are always wrong, half the staff have a huge language barrier so trying to order in the first place is like pulling teeth. Not to mention if you have to go inside to order, 15 minuets in an empty store just for someone to even notice I was at the counter is outrageous!

Usually good and quick, staff is always friendly and polite. They do make small errors periodically, more so late at night, such as forgetting flavor shot or getting cream and sugar wrong.

These folks don't often listen to your order nor do they rarely make what you order. You would like ketchup on your wrap? No here is some on the side figure it out. You would like a hash brown that's perfect we've had one sitting around since yesterday enjoy.

Thanks for the food poisoning today. I am going to take a guess & say it's from unsafe food handling practices, as I ordered a bacon English muffin. Bacon, egg, processed cheese & bread. How do you mess that up.. Needless to say, I will never be eating at any Tim Hortons establishment again.

Worst experience ever!!! Do not give this place your business. I ordered a Chicken Salad Croissant that was gross! It was a squashed croissant with a wilted lettuce & big chunks of chicken dumped on top. When I took it back & complained ......I was told they would remake it. I waited 10 minutes & got nothing. I finally walked out feeling very ripped off. NEVER GO THERE!!

Long lineups that go slow in the drive thru are typical. I always dislike the fact that if you order only a couple of donuts they get stuck to the bags. Or stuck to each other if they put them in one bag, the coffee sometimes leaves me wondering how old it is.

Tim bits were good. Muffin was...meh. Coffee was the temperature of hell so it took half an hour to have a sip and I'm positive that was the worst coffee I've ever had. So gross.

Usually have a good experience with Tim Hortons but this location was disappointing for these reasons: Washrooms were out of soap, it took 2 minutes for staff to coordinate themselves to help in-store customers, and there was no recycling. The television menus look cluttered and can feel overwhelming and hard to read. Plenty of room for improvement here.

I am a truck driver. We stopped there to use washrooM but they were closed. Only drive thru was open. They still let us in and let us use the washroom. One of the best tim hortons experience.

I don't eat here very often but I do know if it's after 10pm you won't get hot food! But I've ate here 2 times the chicken chipotle grilled and it was good. Coffee's fresh and the staff is always friendly :)

This is my favourite of the 2 Tim Hortons to go to in town. The fact it is open 24/7 is great, especially when working night shift. There is one gentleman named Nolan who works there who is always super friendly during the day. The night shift team is always quick, even at 2-3am. I've never run into any problems at this location, all staff has been great!

I am not sure what I was expecting, but what I got was much more. The gentleman who was taking orders at the drive through was so cheery and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made my day and definitely made me smile. I really wish I asked what his name was so I could mention it here.... The lady (Amanda) who was at the window was very sweet and wished us well and we felt very welcomed there. She even gave us a timbit for our dog! Needless to say, even our dog loved the visit. I've been to many different Tim Hortons, and my visit here was easily the best one ever. I would definitely recommend it.

I love Tim Hortons but this one has bad walk in service. The first time I thought it was just a off day which every one has,but the next time was even worse. As I walk through the first door I see him at the station where you order and by the time I get there he's gone into the back. There's 4 other workers standing there waiting for the driver though which there was nobody coming through. Waited over 5 minutes with no service so I had to walk around to the drive thought window and ordered. Bad customer service.

Edit - back again in 2021. Service was above excellent, very friendly and efficient. Coffee was much better. 2020 - Stopped for coffee on our way through town. While service was great, staff friendly it was the worst cup of Tim's we've ever had. It was so burnt we couldn't even drink the coffee.

It was fast service and no mix ups. I went through the drive through and even though there were about 8 cars in front of me in was still through in maybe 90 seconds. They have these trays to hand out your order that you take your food off to limit contact and proximity but I think they might not be washed every time. All I ordered was timbits but the drink holder on the tray was covered on coffee drips. I suppose it just could have been stains though. I was sad I didnt get any birthday cake timbits but I didnt specify I wanted some so that was my fault

Hey thier so I went to the Tim Hortons at the mall this morning to get a bagel belt and a coffee with espresso. I got my coffee with out the espresso in it and so I had to ask for it again then my sandwich was wrong I wanted a cinnamon rasin with sausage and I ended get 2 sandwichs and both were still wrong so I took my food and left it alone because I shouldn't have to ask a third time to correct the mistakes.not to impressed

Went through drive through today, and disgusting. Cheese melted on wrapper of my bacon/egger sandwich, not food, not cooked hashbrowns, very cold, and steak/egg sandwich very sloppy, sauce everywhere, asked for no sauce, cold and top bun busted. NO cheese either on this sandwich. Worst food ever. The staff even laughed when handing the food, like they knew something was up. Asked for extra cream cheese, but charged for 3x cream cheeses. This is my new update since 8 months ago. Thought give 2 chance. But nope. Not again. I'll go elsewhere

Quality of Timmy's is really getting bad. This place has a staff hygiene problem. I don't think the cashier even realized that they inappropriately handled my order (did you think I didn't see you?). Just passing through but I won't be back. Lots of other locations where I can get a good cup of coffee.
