I still go there for all my medication needs despite moving to another area. The pharmacists are super nice and knowledgeable. My two favourite are Alexandre and the owner (Mr Kokozos) because they know their patients by name and will go the extra mile to check in on you. I have nothing but good words for this place.

Been going here for years, anyone that complains from my experience is due to a lack of patience. We all have lives and duties to attend, noone is more special than anyone else, so if you see it's busy come back at a later time. The staff will be more than happy to help you out.

A blue eyed guy and an African American guy pushed me out of the store violently and refused to sell me soap during the pandemic. They both should be in jail!! And unlike what they want it to look like, they did not contact me or follow up at all when i contact the email that's mentioned by the owner. JEAN COUTU PREVENTED ME FROM BUYING SOAP. AND I GOT TOUCHED BY A BLUE EYED MAN. THIS MAN SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL. PLEASE FOLLOW UP.

I am visiting from New Zealand and was in need of one stamp. There was no attendant to the Post Office counter and a lady at the Photo counter barked at me that it was unattended. When I politely asked for one stamp she wanted to sell me a book of 10 stamps or nothing and sent me to a Post Office who told me that I should have been served at the PJC shop. It is by far the worse experience that I have had in this town. I would recommend avoiding that shop to anybody.

Intentionally ripped me off... In short, i saw an item in the 50% off basket with mostly that item so i picked it up and went to pay. They changed me just 0.20$ less than the 4$ it costed originally. I asked them if they knew that the price advertised was false. She was supposed to give me the item for free because of the quebec law regarding consumer protection. But she said she wasn’t aware even though it is explicitly detailed in front of her. She then made a remark that several people already complained about that particular item but the 50% off was just intending that the item is on special, not that it was actually 50% off. She also shared that the manager is aware of the discrepancy and refuses to change the sign. Common. Jean Coutu? Really? That’s the kinda thing i would expect in a tiny shop somewhere. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! I will go to the other pharmacy in from of snowdon metro from now on...

Excellent pharmacists on staff. They are very attentive to the prescriptions. Avoid Sunday prescription pick ups if you can as it tends to be extremely busy. The Canada post counter is also well staffed .

The pharmacy PJC at the corner of coolbrook and Queen Mary road is run exceptionally well. Although the aisles are a little bit crowded and often set up for only one cart passing through, the post office is very good and the pharmacy is excellent. It's a good full-fledged well served PJC .

Went to Canada post and their system was down they told me to come back at 12 I did and waited in line for ten minutes just for them to tell me the system was still down. The lady was very rude and blamed me for not coming back later like she told me even though it was well past noon

I've given up on this store. Here are some of the reasons based on various episodes the past two or three years: The line at the cash is often very long but they are rarely in a rush to open a second cash. The aisles are cramped with all sorts of stuff that should be in a storage area instead of making it difficult to walk through if there is more than one shopper in the aisle. I submitted a prescription and when I received the medication it was fortunate that I immediately read the label because I saw that the pharmacist had made a significant error. When I pointed it out to him he remedied the problem but didn't bother apologizing for the egregious error he had made. The post office is frequently out of the basic supplies that any post office should have. In addition the service is slow and inefficient. The final straw was when I purchased several items and the incompetent cashier overcharged me. I caught the error: she had mixed up the prices of two items. I don't think she was consciously trying to cheat me - it was merely that she was too sloppy to do the job properly and too lazy to verify her work. Pharmaprix is far better than Jean Coutu anyway but if I MUST go to a Jean Coutu (although I can't imagine why!) I would go to the other one on Queen Mary, a few blocks east and on the other side of the street across from the Snowdon metro. That one is no prize either but it's certainly better than this one - which I will NEVER again go to.

my family had been getting prescriptions filled here for years but the service in the pharmacy is just so horrible these days I've transferred everything to Pharmaprix. The difference in service is like night and day. The service at the cash is also bad. Never more than one cash open even when there are more than 20 people in line. Don't even talk about the Canada Post office. Just as bad.

Yesterday I bought a pack with 10 face masks “KN95” from J. Coutu on Queen Mary road, Montréal. The instructions are in Chinese only, expiration date is overdue (2020-3-15) and (as per social media) they are not FDA approved (such donations are not accepted in USA). Unfortunately i wore one mask on my way back home, without being aware about the risk I exposed myself to.... I find this not only a consumer gauging practice but unsafe and liable one! Thank you for your attention into this matter.

The worst experience ever in Cosmetics department. Customer service: big 0! No supervisor/manager present. I came to exchange a broken product i purchased in a different Jean-Coutu. As per bill information, one can exchange and refund an article at ANY PJC OF YOUR CHOICE. I was insulted by an employee and was told to go back to where i initially purchased my article. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. Instead, take 5 more minutes and visit a different PJC in front of Snowdon metro. Customer service is impeccable. And i managed to exchange a broken item.
