This business should get ZERO. They deal with life and death medication and don't have the decency to be on time. Our father was in pallative care this week. The Dr faxed over his prescription for required meds. My sister reviewed the order, provided credit card info and confirmed delivery date for Sept 18th at 630. We waited today for the medication and called 3 times to see where it was. We required the morphine by injection since he could no longer swallow. 7pm no meds. 730 no meds. 8pm no meds. Finally showed up around 830. A little bit too late. My father passed away at 850 without the required meds to keep him comfortable. If you care for your loved ones I would not recommend using this place. Totally discussed by the service.
