I've yet to have a bad experience at this clinic. I'm not saying some people haven't. I have always been served by polite people from the girl at reception to the doctor and anyone in between. Of course I've had to wait a few hours sometimes and other times I just walked in. It's a walk in clinic volumes are hard to predict.

I don't typically write reviews but I think this warrants one. The hours for the clinic are completely scattered, nothing matches up, their answering machine says one time, Google says a different time, the sign on the door says something completely different. Naturally, as a working person I went first thing in the morning because I work and I'm also a full time student. Very quickly the line filled up with people all thinking the clinic opened at 8am only to stand and wait for someone to eventually come in and say "I'm not letting you in, the doctor is only here for 10". So not only did I waste a lot of my time, I also had to pay to get money from the machine and then pay again to get out of the parking lot with absolutely zero apologies from the receptionist when I explained to her that there's so many people here because it says 8am when we looked up the hours of operation. She was very eager to close the door, because clearly this wasn't a concern to her. Maybe I would see this situation in a different light if she showed any sort of concern for this, especially towards those in line with a disability who made their way across town for absolutely zero effort on the clinics part. An "I'm so sorry I will look into this issue so this doesn't happen again" can go a LONG way vs "I'm not letting you in *close doors*".

Long waitings for no reason . Empty rooms inside and still make patients wait like they r super busy .When u ask receptionist about the wait time ..she has no manners to speak and no justification .

It was a real sad joke. I went to get my at hand exrayed they tell me it's probly my rhumayroid arthritis. Ok. The they call me a week later and day the radiologist read my exray and told me I need a follow up come in so I go there this morning only to tell me there is nothing wrong. What a sad joke and a way to get extra out of Ohio. I will never go back their again it's become a sad joke there
