To all the staff, I honestly wish that there were more caring people like you. There is always a warm feeling there. The Pharmacists, Assistant Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians are incredibly knowledgeable. Not only does Medical Arts Pharmacy take care of my prescriptions (and the occasional 6/49 ticket at the retail counter) they provide Flu Shots, Travel Immunization and an annual MedsCheck. They know me and my needs. I can't see myself going elsewhere, ever.

This is one of the best pharmacy in town .With the shear volume this business has to deal with, they provide a great service to the community (le village) and you always receive the best service with a great smile when your done .Thanks to the folks at medical arts for being a great business and for servicing the community especially the elderly with great care and a smile to go with it ,always a pleasure medical arts . Always have had a great experience with staff especially with the people who had been making the medication packs But lately nobody seems to be happy with their work Have had a few issues with medication lately, and the lady pharmacist was more than unhelpful At this point wondering what has made the drastic change in the way Customers are being treated And considering changing my pharmacy it's kinda sad

I was greeted & asked how to help immediately...helped me pick out the right size splint I needed, showed me how to wear it. Awesome experience...friendly, engaging the two wonderful ladies were. I would never go to this pharmacy again. Waited for months and months for my order (important medical supply) and called on a regular basis. 9 weeks later, after calling them for the 6th time and asking them for details on the status of my order the answer was, 'oops, we lost it, just come in again and make a new order'. They are badly organized and don't seem to care about their customers.

I was the only customer in the store, and took my item to the cash to pay for it. The cashier was on the phone refusing to acknowledge me. He knew I was there, but didn't so much as look at me for several minutes. Finally (while still on the phone) he came and rang in my item, I requested one more item from behind the cash, but again I was ignored. The cashier instead rang in my item, slid the pinpad in front of me, and walked away to the far end of the counter to continue his phone call. I looked down, and the pinpad wasn't even ready. I walked out and went to the drugstore across the street. You have too much competition in the area to afford such horrible customer service.

Medical Arts Pharmacy is a great local pharmacy in Kingston. They have helped me several times before and I have always been impressed by their unrivalled customer service. Today, they were able to expedite my compound prescription. Also, they are one of the few pharmacies in Kingston that does compound prescriptions!

I have mixed feelings about this pharmacy. I initially saw a pharmacist there who was very thorough and went through everything with me via consultation. After the appt I was whisked off to the til with a handful of vitamins which I felt was a bit too forceful. I was also told a follow up might be a good idea down the road. A month later I had a few more questions and called to book the followup. I was told there was a $50 non-refundable deposit, but was not asked how I would like to pay. I was only told that an email with the details would be sent. I wrongly assumed I might be billed via email or in person before the appointment and in hindsight it is my fault I didn't clarify this detail. I called back the very next day to confirm the pricing because I wasn't too keen on spending another $90 on a 15 min followup. I was told that my credit card had already been billed. I was stumped. How did this happen? I didn't give my credit card details to them over the phone the day previous. I had NEVER given my authorization, verbal or written, to keep my credit card details on file during the appointment one month previous, yet that's what they had done. In light of this misunderstanding I asked if I could perhaps have a refund because I no longer felt comfortable using their business. They flat out refused. I'm still very upset that they kept my credit card info on file without my consent. It sounds highly illegal for a business to do so. It's a shame because I did get some great advise from the pharmacist initially, but I will no longer use their services.
