My wife and I moved both our accounts to Valley Pharmacy after getting totally fed up with the service at a nearby "big box" pharmacy/store. Upon walking in the door I was greeted by Jaqueline who was very friendly and remembered my name and who I was (from a phone call I'd made to inquire about their store) She spent time with me to explain how they do things and get all the information they'll need to properly look after us. What a "breath of fresh air" - I have a very good feeling about this place! :)
