Not good service, they pick and choose who to serve and don't have your prescription ready when they say they will and then you get told that you are to impatient when they serve 2 other people before you and I was waiting in line just like everyone else, but they decided to serve other behind me, I will never be back, terrible service

Lady pharmacist gets snappy when you ask too many questions. I did not quite understand a prescription which was brand new to me and she asked if I'd like to cancel it. No, I would just like to know more about the medication, and looking around, I do not see another pharmacist, hence me having to bother you. Anyway, it's a great place overall, staff is helpful and friendly, except this one woman, whom I had the misfortune of dealing with on two equally unpleasant occasions. If the attitude persists, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

Express Care Pharmacy has a modern take on the old time Pharmacies. At Express Care we receive more personalized care and a broader range of services. The Pharmacists are highly knowledgable, very professional, great at explaining all aspects of our sometimes complex medications and happy to work with our Specialists as part of our health care team. They’re filling a niche that covers aspects of health care no one else is. Just one of the numerous examples is earlier this week one of their Pharmacists came to our home to give my family the flu shot because of the difficulties we have bringing one of our family members who’s disabled into their Clinic. We’ve really developed a sense of security knowing we can book an appointment on one of the Express Care Walk In Clinic days to see a really good GP and not have to wait for ages in a room full of infectious people or if it’s only to refill a prescription we can arrange to go online at the Pharmacy and speak to one of the Doctors that works with them. Our prescriptions are faxed immediately to the Pharmacy and filled on the spot or if the medication needs to be ordered they’ll deliver it when it’s filled. The people are wonderful and clearly very thoughtful about meeting the needs of their customers.

I sat for 30 minutes then was told to come back a 4:30 so I did and I've been waiting for an other 45 since then and there's still 2 people ahead of me this place has garbage service and is fairly dirty would never recommend

Friendly Staff, Definetly not like some of the Walk in Clinics I have previously gone to.Wow they even deliver your prescription.Dr.Ali Mohammad Family Physician spend a great deal of time analysing my problem and was the most thouroug that I have experienced in a long time.Guess what he even offered to be my Family Doctor which I jumped to that opportunity .????

I agree with the 5 star reviews that the employees do their best to know customers. The problem...they are always late opening, every time I have been here someone is late holding things up, or they open late. Insane and frustrating!

Amazing!!! After a horrible experience at the walk in. Which I don’t recommend the pharmacy seemed to care more. Even helped me out by having it all ready to go!!!! Worth the stop for your meds just not the walk I’m attached!
