I have been using Lock's for about 14 years now and never had terrible service! They are outstanding in providing prescriptions filled promptly and a genuine smile! Some of the staff have changed over the years, but the main people I deal with are still there! I would highly recommend this pharmacy! Happy 70th Locks!! Well done and hats off to you all for hosting such an awesome community street party on Saturday! Thank you!

grumpy staff, tells you you need a refill when you already run out and then ignore you. Thank goodness there are more competent pharmacies to go to. Also the main reason for this review is the super annoying "beeping" coming from the building all night! I feel sorry for people that live next to this disaster of a deterrent. Just driving by it is annoying, imagine living beside it? Guess the noise bylaw means nothing to this business.

If you're looking for an all-purpose drug store that stocks perfume and potato chips, look elsewhere. If, however, you want a good, long-standing pharmacy with personable, intelligent staff who know their trade and will talk to you like a human being, this is very much the place to come! About the only thing I might have a complaint about is it's a tiny bit difficult to maneuver a wheelchair or scooter inside (tiny bit being the operative phrase). Love this place!

Good, attentive service. Tiny and expensive selection of products, but excellent pharmacy. Honestly though, I get my prescriptions filled elsewhere now because they are stuck in the '50's with those awful brown bottles. Reminds me of hospital smells at granny's bedside. Other pharmacies have updated with attractive blue and even fluorescent bottles that have a choice of caps.

It's so refreshing and at the same time comforting to walk in to a pharmacy and have everyone know you by name. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are always filled quickly whether you walk in or order ahead.

Awesome staff! Service is always fast, usually just a few minutes to fill prescriptions. It would be nice if they were open until 9 PM at least one day a week, But I have no complaints. This is a wonderful pharmacy

This pharmacy employs a piercing and inconsistent beeping noise whenever they are closed (read: any time after 5pm M-F, including all day Saturday/Sunday!) which can be heard at least a block a way on every side. This obnoxious and cruel tactic to reduce foot traffic during their off hours is a huge earsore for neighbouring business, residents, and anyone going for a walk near the business past 5pm or all day on weekends. Please, just hire Griffin Security like everyone else, I am begging you.
