I have been a loyal customer since the opening. My family and friends now go there as well. Chandra and associates are extremely knowledgeable and very kind. They will remember all your medications almost all off by heart. They constantly go over and beyond to help in any matters. I have never had better customer service at any pharmacy then I have at Cascades. My family and I have gone through a lot in the last few years. Chandra has become part of our family. He has been such a huge help with all the new diagnoses we received. While be overwhelmed with our health it’s such a blessing to know that all our medications we don’t need to worry about. He’s on top of everything. Making sure new meds are going to be ok. Checking for better things for me. I can’t say enough about this pharmacy. He phones to check up on you to make sure the meds are working well. Our health is the most important thing we have. Don’t just trust it to anyone. Put it in the hands of the best. Out of 2 countries, 2 provinces and several cities, this is HANDS down the best pharmacy and pharmacist I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only do they go above and beyond, but they always do what needs to be done to accommodate their client's needs. In my case, I take 2 medications that have been on shortage on and off for more than a year and a half. This pharmacy keeps track of their clients. When they see that my medications are on shortage, they ensure they find and purchase the little that is left and make sure they have me covered. The pharmacist has even gone above and beyond to educate himself on my health issues. I could not ask for better service. 100% reccomend!
