Staff is tremendously rude every time I call. Thank god my insurance covers all of them 100 percent. I would not give them a gd dime. No one is making you be a pharmacist assistant. Get a different job if you’re that unhappy.

There are a few pharmacy staff members that are excluded from this review, as they are very pleasant and helpful. However, I do not appreciate being spoken to with an attitude, as the woman just did over the phone when I merely asked question. Calmly, at that! It’s never been an issue before but because of her snotty tone, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. See ya!

The pharmacy drive through is new, easy to use and fast. The inside pharmacy is nice as well. This is by far the best I have come across yet. They’re fast and accurate, were able to quickly transfer and fill prescriptions. The people who work inside seem to know exactly what they’re doing and are nice! Thanks for the great service.

This Meijer store is very clean & organized. The owner/manager attended to my concern with the Customer Service desk recently and was very helpful when I needed an exchange during Covid. The only down side is that they seem to be slipping on keeping the shelves stocked with the exceptional variety they usually offer. But, it's during Covid so hopefully that's the only reason and it's temporary.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Very informative if you have questions. Sometimes if using the drive through it seems like your forgotten but eventually you do get assisted when it's actually open.

Terrible pharmacy. A week later still waiting for my prescription to come in. They keep telling me it'll be ready tomorrow and then tomorrow comes and they say the same thing. Now they have no idea where my prescription is. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I wish you could give a zero. We’ve had multiple problems with this pharmacy and getting prescriptions and calls in a timely manner. We will no longer be using this pharmacy and would never recommend it.

Impossible to find out when a prescription will be ready even having the app and calling. It takes a few days from the time a prescription is dropped off or called in to actually get it filled.

Terrible customer service, especially by the lady pharmacists who has been there for a long time. She is a snotty and unfriendly person. If you catch her just right she’s fine, but she is MOODY and have zero self control. Time to grow up lady

Seriously, I'm not really sure why I put up with this pharmacy for as long as I have. I have been picking up the same medication for my daughter for over a year now. Every single month it is the same story. I call the refill in, a staff member either tells me it's ready or a specific time it will be ready, I go to pick it up and it is either out of stock or not ready. My 17 month old isn't good at taking meds out of a spoon and needs a syringe. They haven't had syringes in stock for over a year now which is a joke. Every time I call the manager to complain about what I am put through every single month, she never accepts the faults of her staff and puts the blame on something else and explains to me how it is not their fault. I never get an apology for how much of my time I waste in my life due to their incompetence. Sorry, not sorry, if the same issue is happening every month and it is due to your staff giving customers false information- it is most definitely your fault. Thankfully I am realizing there is no hope for this pharmacy and this will be the last month I get my family's medications through them. Good riddance!

Masks are optional Dozens of people walking around without a mask today and I was there less than 20 minutes getting essentials Talked to the store manager about it and was told they won’t say or do anything about customers not wearing masks

Bad bad bad This place is a cluster. We have been trying to get three prescriptions filled for almost a month now. 5 trips to pick up the prescriptions. Each time we went because the automated system said it was ready. After getting burned the first time we called and Everytime the person on the phone e system yes all three are ready. We wait in line and guess what none are there. Today, the 5 time showing up and after just two hours ago being told they are here by a live person they arnt. I get that insurance, doctor's and drug makers suck to deal with but come on. We only came to this place because our Insurance provider suggested we would get the best deal. We havnt really seen any "deal" shopping here but I have wasted a great deal of time with this place. Lucky for everyone there's five other places to pick from within about one mile.
