My parents have been here for years and after several issues with a competitor, we decided to try I.D.A. for our pharmacy needs. In the 1 day we have been with them, they have been exemplary in transferring our many prescriptions and filling them in an extremely timely fashion. I know they get busy & things may not always be as fast, but today was a stressful and extraordinary day in trying to correct some prescription issues with the pharmacy we left, and IDA Blenheim went above & beyond and made it into a better day. The employees that worked with me were courteous, caring, and didn’t make me feel like I was a trouble. They are a little gem in the heart of Blenheim and I highly recommend them, after getting high recommendations of them from family & friends too, and then my experience today. They even deliver if need be. We are very pleased thus far. Change isn’t always easy but I feel like this is the needed change we have needed and wanted for a long time now.

Great pharmacy, they always have medications in stock , and are very friendly. Five stars for Dan the pharmacist for always having a sunny disposition as well as being very helpful when asked.

Everybody misses Nick. The pharmacy used to have a small town, personal ,caring feel that Nick brought. The ladies that have been there a long time are great as they always have been and are the only reminder of the pharmacy as it used to be when each and every customer was greeted and treated with familiarity, warmth and genuine care. I had a pharmacy concern over the phone with one of the many newer employees that was harried, bordering on rude and remained unresolved. The pharmacy has changed since Nick left. However- the male pharmacist is great as are front counter people
