Really being nice giving 3 stars. The cashier was half asleep (sitting on her stool with her eyes close) when I walked in and would respond to me in French after I’d ask questions in English. Meaning that she understood everything I said. Not nice. I work in customer service and that behaviour wouldn’t fly at my job.

From the staff, the owner, the loyalty, helpfulness of the clerks to the astounding knowledge of the pharmacists, this is by far the best pharmacy I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They know my medical history, and deal with people on a client per client basis, since my health is not wonderful, I must deal with them on a more than average basis, but they try to remain patient. I have all of my family attend the same pharmacy and have been a customer for nine years, I plan on remaining a customer until my dying day, they again, are very helpful, but also caring, they do their job, and take the above and beyond route. Their prices are excellent and they have great specials. They do their absolute best to accomodate to the best of their ability all of their clients needs. They are a methadone treatment facility as well, and ensure new medications that are prescribed are well understood by the client. When choosing your new pharmacy in this area, I would suggest you give this one a try, you are never kept waiting either, there is always someone to assist you, a clerk, cashier, pharmacist, pharmacists' assistant, or manager, this store is full of employees just to serve your needs, and reply to your questions, they are down to earth and very helpful. This is the best pharmacy in the area, by a long shot.

It was 3:55pm on May 31st, 2021 and we had to purchase an envelope from the Post Canada counter. Normally, we never have any issues at out local Uniprix, but today, that was different. Our teller was very rude and we tried to ask for XpressPost envelope to use with another shipping company (not knowing Canada Post has them) and our teller threw in a "well, it defeats the purpose" in the most rude way possible. If my need for an envelope wasn't urgent, I would have simply left it there. To me, that is definitely the opposite of customer service. I will gladly drive down to Baie-D'Urfé or to Ile-Perrot next time.

They have hardly any baby products which is bad when it’s urgent, had to go all the way to pharmaprix to get baby food or medicine.
