This location has gone downhill since the renovations and change in management. 4 people working the pharmacy counter and no one can take people waiting at either cash? Getting rude responses from people who work there, or no response and just a point to where the *empty* cash is. Then finally someone comes along and starts dealing with a customer who wants to go through all their lottery stuff, seeing me waiting there with the few items I needed and just took longer. Left everything and went to Pharmaprix.

I find their organizing of the shopping carts wrong. They are all crowded near the entrance, which is far away from the exist, now setup for covid safety. That is fine but when I exited the store, the storage place for the carts, was too far for me to return. As a result the clerk at the cash was rude to me for leaving the cart near the exit. Bad organization happens, and should be corrected, but being rude to customers is not acceptable to me.

I have been visiting this pharmacy since 1997 when I first moved to Pte-Claire. 1) pharmacy has always had slow service to the point of intolerance. I go to the pharmacy at Galleries des Sources. Further away but worth it and less time in the end. 2) It is mostly geared towards cosmetics like most pharmacies #irritating. 3) CPC post office is the most convenient aspect of this store, actually post office is better since moving from the magazine store down the hall.

Internet research shows that this pharmacist rubs shoulders with dishonesty having been fined $ 50,000 for embezzlement with his suppliers (Journal de Québec, May 12, 2021). No doubt the profit from this transaction would have provided him with greater profits, to the detriment, even of the customer! But things will not stay that way because a complaint will be filed with the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec. I have given 1 star at the top of this post, but it appears 4. This rating of 4 is false! (Original) À deux reprises, j'ai dû me méfier du pharmacien MARTIN GRAHAM, notamment le 2021-06-05 alors que j'ai présenté une prescription pour soins d'oreilles. Mes assurances ne couvrent pas le médicament. Or, j'ai demandé. comme il en est notre droit, que l'on me serve un générique car ce dernier est couvert, et ce, avant même que l'on prépare le médicament. Après quelques minutes d'attente, le pharmacien a alors tenté de m'en passer une petite vite disant qu'il n'y avait pas de générique. Or, il ignorait que j'avais en main le générique en question , que je lui ai présenté. Faignant une grande innocence il a répondu qu'il allait vérifier. Le Ciprodex est un antibiotique connu de tous les pharmaciens et tous savent qu'un générique couvert existe et on me l'a toujours offert ailleurs J ai dû hausser le ton car j'avais l'impression de faire affaire avec un malhonnête. Voyant que mon humeur qui avait changé, il m'a remis ma prescription, me suggérant d'aller ailleurs !!! Des recherches sur internet démontre que ce pharmacien côtoie la malhonnêteté ayant été condamné à 50,000 $ d'amende pour malversations avec ses fournisseurs (Journal de Québec, 12 mai 2021). Sans doute que le profit retiré de cette transaction lui aurait procuré un plus gros bénéfices, et ce, au détriment ,même du client ! Mais les choses n'en resteront pas ainsi car une plainte sera déposée auprès de l'Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec. J'ai donné 1 étoile dans le haut de ce message, mais il en apparaît 4. Ridiculous store has people lining up inside and outside for the govt's free rapid testing kits. They dont bother handing out tickets to customers for boxes, so that they can circulate and give other shops business but force us to line up like stooges! These line ups are entirely foreseeable but Unixprix has ZERO system to mitigate it and blame the government. Shame on Uniprix! Meanwhile, at least Jean Coutu had the foresight to implement an online reservation system. Why doesnt Unixprix at least hand out tickets each day for that day's batch if recieved? Typical pharmacy, plus a post office branch. Clean, will stocked. The employees have always been very kind. Pharmacists have always been helpful and willing to answer any questions. That said, over the years the service has become very slow in the pharmacy lab. You used to (going back 20+years) drop off a prescription and it wouldn't even take 2-3 minutes and you had it in your hands, now, I don't think I've ever had a prescription filled in under 15-20 minutes. As such, you are best to always call in prescription renewals and simply pick them up later on. Today, I had a simple antibiotic prescription to get filled and it took over 40 minutes! Just insanely slow service.

Uniprix, Pointe Claire, is a great all-purpose store, just like an old-fashioned general store, selling everything from greeting cards to dish soap; school supples to cereal. Plus there's a Post Office on the premises as well. You can get a prescription filled while you buy your mascara. They also provide a passport photo service. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

One of the worst pharmacies chains specifically this branch , poor cooperation in terms of using the correct insurance and communication with patients and recommending the nearest branch to regular patients. I spent 40 minutes at the pharmacy that day to take my prescription although there were no patients before me , the pharmacist was aggressively explaining to me that I shouldn’t hold 2 insurances while He didn’t use any of them and He asked me to pay from my pocket !!
