Went to Pharmaprix today and was served by Svetlana. I can't remember the last time I experienced such friendly personalized service. She was working at the cosmetics counter, I guess because they were low staff, and it was some of the best service I ever got from Pharmaprix or the mall in general. So impressed. Thank you Svetlana and Pharmaprix team. Your service is top notch.

Rude service. Was buying claritin, handed my optimum card and optimum credit card and the cashier looked at me and said no, we don't give points for any DIN items. i know this isn't true and said "fine, I will call" she then started to argue with me. I just paid and left. given that I work in the federal department that issues DIN, I know that a DIN is not just given for pharaceuticals but for any product making health claims. called head office and they credited my account, but still concerned about staff who won't even scan my points card and make up their own rules. this is at least the third time that a cashier has said she won't scan my points card..... rather than letting the system determine if i get points or not, these cashiers decide that they are the sherrifs when it comes to the point system. i could understand if the points came out of their pay, but it makes no sense. anyway, go somewhere else or else tell them to scan your optimum card or else you won't complete the transaction.

The pharmacist there is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. This is not my regular pharmacy - I had to open a file for a common script. He took the time to have my file transferred to ensure no conflicts (most rely and what you tell them) and when we got to the allergies section, he paused. I've an intolerance to a certain medication... He asked if I drank tea. Tea contains the natural component of the synthetic drug I'm intolerant to. He went on to even explain HOW. If you have any questions, you go to him. He's a Merck index on two feet. Cosmetics section... oof. The girls who work there either hate it, or hate people. Little knowledge of product lines and quite rude. A lady in her 40s was asking about contouring. The girl flat our told her, "well i wouldnt worry about it because contouring for someone as old as you just looks like you're trying too hard" Now, they've said some arrogant things to me before and they've never really been helpful but that was enough for me to leave what I was buying and go to my regular pharmacy. I left with only the medicine in hand.

If there was an option for 0 stars, that`s exactly the rating this pharmacy deserves. Each time I`ve gone to get presciptions, there`s always an issue at the lab and they always have an excuse or they simply don`t know what`s going on. And judging by previous reviews, clearly, I`m not the only one who has this opinion. As a result, we`ve changed pharmacies. EVEN THEN, Pharmaprix forgot to transfer all our files, so the new pharmacy had to call back twice while I waited. It`s just incredible how unorganized Pharmprix Cavendish is... Not sure who`s running the lab, but clearly, they need to step up their management skills. Since changing pharmacies, there hasnt been a single issue when we go get prescriptions.

I can't undstand how bad customer service is at this place. I recently moved from montreal to Chateauguay. I use to have a very good customer service at my pharmaprix. I thought it would be the same. 5 to 6 people talking about their vacation. They just dnt seem to care about the customers waiting. Worst service ever.Rude and hostile service from the pharmacist, not something you expect from the service and health industry. I moved all my business to the jeancoutu just a minute down the road. Agree with this being the worst place with the rudest employees especially the grumpy old lady who takes prescriptions. Extremely rude, talking over me, saying she would not refill my prescription, and even got into an argument. Why not just explain, and tell customers you will see how you can help your customer? Makes no difference if they're busy or not, the pharmacists go at their own pace, they're is 1 supervisor who oversees if the orders are proper, and he is on the phone every other order. Order in advance, otherwise good luck with getting the medication within a half hour.

The best pharmacy I have ever been to. Everyone I have encountered there has been helpful and caring. The Pharmacy itself is amazing. They really go out of their way to explain prescriptions and ensure you understand. We have a great relationship and it is always a pleasure for me to visit.

I am very surprised with this comment as I have never had a problem there. My wife and I changed to this pharmacy a few months ago and it was Liset who opened our file, she was very nice and polite and since then she remembers us. Nothing but good service from the staff up to now.

Always confusion or some nonsense with these people. My latest incident, I called in to fill a prescription, thinking that would expedite things, but no. When I went in in-person to pick my meds up, I waited 15 minutes before I finally asked if it was ready and was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes as the pharmacist was busy, despite only me and one other customer present though. I asked why I should have to wait if I called it in on the phone but people coming in-person would get their meds filled in ten minutes? No logical reason or explanation given, and instead of being at home with my kids I spent an hour waiting like an idiot for my meds.

I asked for Naproxen100 they scan price at 18.99 then they tell me they never give 100 it's too much but tell mrto take Aleve it's cheaper at 8.99 ... They put quickly in bag I ask how many pills in it they don't reply but there were only 24 and don't refund. If this is not dishonesty I don't know what that is. A Pharmaprix below three stars I never seen that it should tell you a lot.

If you made an online purchase, do not go here. One of the issues was that I got 20$ off online. I went back several times to exchange foundation I bought online for a different shade, the entire staff (head cashiers, assistant managers, staff and managers included) were never shown how to to a return or exchange for an online product, let alone a promo used for an online purchase. I went at nighttime, their excuse: SORRY WE ARE JUST THE NIGHTTIME STAFF. Multiple calls to customer service proved useless since they kept telling me the store HAD to reimburse me or exchange it. Customer service's solution: SEND IT BACK BY MAIL SO THEY CAN RESEND ME MY SHADE. The end result: they had to do a return without a receipt (but I had one) since I was fed up of going back and forth, so I decided to return the product and they gave me a GIFT CARD.

The pharmacists in this store saved my life. The last time I went there to buy my prescriptions, I had recently gotten a new prescription from a doctor from the Verdun Hospital to help me with sleeping problems... turns out the new prescription was not compatible with the pills I already take and would've have killed me within 5 minutes. He told me that if he hadn't known and he would've given me the new pill, I would have needed an ambulance within 5 minutes from taking the pill or I would've died. I take lots of pills so I imagine it can be quite difficult to prescribe things that go with things I already take, but honestly this mistake could have costed me my life. Go there for your prescriptions you won't be disappointed.

I really appreciate the renovations on the store; it looks much more fresh. They don't carry the line of cosmetics I prefer, but they have almost everything else I buy regularly and their sale prices are great. However, I was there for a 20 x the points event, and trying to exchange an item for something of equal value was a nightmare. I wasn't trying to scam the system, I just wanted the right amount of points for the amount of money I spent. The problem wasn't the employees, it is the way their cashes are set up, I understand it can be hard to work with the system. But the employees could have been more helpful; one of them actually said to me "Ca me dit pas grande chose". If you don't know how to help me and want to move on to serving the next person, fine; direct me to your supervisor. It is unacceptable to be so rude.

Would absolutely not recommend this pharmacy! I walked in and was followed from one corner of the store to the other. I made sure to test it multiple times and to move around to be sure to not unjustly accuse anyone of harrassment, especially in the times we live in now. I confronted the supervisor in training who was the girl that was following me and politely asked if she was following me and why. She adamantly said no and I took her name down and called back once I got home. The supervisor who answered was disgustingly dismissive and disrespectful and said that she was "putting up price tags" and that she didn't do anything wrong. Not only that, she explicitly said that "she was not following you" multiple times. Also said that she checked the cameras and "didn't see anything". I've never had problems with this store and I've been a customer for over a year now and I do not appreciate feeling like a thief when I shop, especially at a store that I go to frequently.

I used to always get my medications delivered. This month - I received nothing. I assumed positive intent and thought they would arrive the next day but when they didn't - I called the next business day to inform them. As soon as I informed them of the missing medications, I was treated like a thief. Even when speaking with Fernanda Civitella, her voice had so much disdain for me, she even said : " I have more faith in my driver so I don't believe you" All in all, this pharmacy treated a sick person like a thief, instead of owning up to their mistake. The owner Mrs. Civitella was the least empathetic person I dealt with in this situation. I've been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years and their poor customer service quality was known to me. Needless to say - after this incident, I will be transferring my file to another pharmacy.

Very expensive and absolutely horrible customer service. Most of the cashiers are sullen, rude and very unhelpful. At the front cashes, they spend their time talking amongst themselves, rather than acknowledging the customers. I usually have to ask them to put my purchases in my bags and they get annoyed. Uh, it's your job. The pharmacy counter is awful too, the cashiers are so obnoxious and condescending. Before I transferred my file, I used to order refills by phone. More often than not, when I would go to pick it up (even a few days later), it would either not be ready, or the cashiers couldn't find it, or there would be mistakes. Then I would have to wait in the store for eons, to get the problem resolved. Once I switched to Jean Coutu, I realized that this Pharmaprix was also charging a lot more for medications. AVOID and spend your hard earned dollars, where they appreciate your business.

I use their MonDossier, and the pharmacists never, ever, read the comments such as "Make sure you give me the actual prescribed dosage". Friendly and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help. The pharmaceutical staff is very helpful and coordinate with our family doctor so my family has the best advice possible. Store is always clean and a pleasure to visit. So I really don’t understand the negative comments. The six hour waiting comment is ridiculous and could never happen and if you want a passport photo go to a photographer not a pharmacist.

Worst service place ever!!, I wait 1 hour for my medications, when I decided to make a delivery the pharmacist promised me it will not take long. After 5 hours they called me to say that someone will bring it in 5 minuets but no one came. When I finally called they said there is no delivery anymore and I should get it the day after. They always try to make you paid more, for example giving just on week of medications with excuses is the insurance or giving you to different concentration capsules instead of the one to complete the dose. Today they wanted yo charge me 85 dollars because they didn’t have the concentration prescribed ( and it does exist). Bye bye moving my prescription to another pharmacy.

I am completely mortified and disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence. I experienced dealing with this pharmacist. I went there to have a regular prescription filled when I received my medication it didn't look the same. So I inquired with the technician if I could speak to the pharmacist about this. She was polite and diligent and went and got him. When the pharmacist arrived I told him my concern and he was dismissive and disrespectful and told me I didn't have to buy it if I didn't want to. I was shocked by his tone and demeanour toward me for asking a simple question about the medication I was about to put into my body. You would think that a pharmacist would want to make sure that he has filled the right medication and be open to answering any of my questions. To make matters worse he didn't even give me the standard fact sheet about the medication he had given me. Luckily for me, I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow and I will be able to show him what the pharmacist has given me as I don't trust this pharmacist. In my opinion, I guess this pharmacist felt he didn't have to explains himself to a black woman, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity and equally especially when it comes to their health. The pharmacist I dealt with there seems to be of middle eastern descent. I hope this is an isolated incident and you will provide your employees with proper training. Especially when they are dealing with people's health, I expected better from you.

À la place je suis allé directement au Maxi du centre commercial Jardins Dorval où j'ai pu dépenser sans problème mes deux billets de 100$ sur les cartes cadeaux qu'ils offraient. Et ce soir là, moi et mon père, furieux lui aussi, nous nous sommes plaints à la haute direction de Pharmaprix par courriels, en racontant mon incident, mon achat valide au Maxi, et en prenant l'attention de mentionner ce qui est arrivé à l'usager Joe Shebib qui a laissé un commentaire sur Google Plus et qui, tout comme moi, a eu affaire avec des petites caissières médiocres et méprisables qui refusent de faire leur travail et s'inventent leurs propres règles tout en sachant que ce qu'elles font n'est pas correct. One young lady was serving the customers before me and one of the counter was opened but the blond older cashier was standing away from the counter doing nothing. She saw me standing there but did not attempt to serve me or even acknowledge me. 5-7 minutes later, her friend showed up to pay her purchase and all of sudden, the older cashier came up to her post and start serving her friend.
