We have visited this pharmacy couple of days ago for a specific pms pill which doesn't have caffeine in it. Mid 20s young man from the counter tried to help however they didn't have the product which is ok. A store isn't obligated to sell every brand or everything. However this is awkward, he stated the product we wanted isn't being sold in quebec on the shelves and we needed prescription to purchase it. On the next store we stopped we had found the drug with no issues or so and product was on the regular drugs section. This is very wrong for a pharmacy. If you have no information on a product you should say so. You shouldn't make up untrue knowledge.
