Two hours for a tube of cream

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They are slow, so slow that on an average day I'm waiting 2+ hours for pills after they said it would only take an hour max, living out of town and having a chronic illness means this is incredibly time consuming and stressful on me. Staff are abrupt with customers, not just me but many others I've heard them speak to. I've been given less pills in the bottle than it states in the amount on the bottle, called on phone to complain then told that I'm lying... why would I lie about the amount of prescription strength stomach acid reducing pills I am supposed to get? It's not like they're a narcotic and I can get high off them, I take one a day, it's a matter of getting what I pay for. I've switched pharmacies, for anyone that needs a pharmacy look elsewhere... This one will eventually disappoint you.

We switched from here over a year ago. They never had stock in to refill prescriptions on time. Their staff turnover speaks volumes. One pharmacist, that thankfully is no longer there, made comments that were beyond inappropriate about being a woman and "send my husband next time because men understand better". I've run in a few times for vitamins and every time there is customers having issues at the counter. Sad to see nothing has changed.

I called today April 5,2021 and the female who answered the phone at the pharmacy was really nice. I had a couple questions about a medicine my doctor called in and the employee was very helpful, she didn't try to rush me off the phone. She was patient. I really appreciate it!

I really like this pharmacy because the staff are really friendly and the pharmacist is super helpful and courteous. Once in a blue moon, I leave prescription refills to the last minute and run out of much needed medication before I can get in to see a doctor and the pharmacist was kind enough to spot me a couple days worth of pills to get me through. Furthermore, he did so without the superior attitude some can give when doing so, which is especially appreciated when you have social anxiety. :)

Waited for over an hour for a prescription that the pharmacy told me was ready. After waiting the hour, they proscribed the wrong drug. Waited again while the corrected their mistake. Never going back. Will transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Great pharmacy great staff. Ridiculous that they lock up diabetic glucerna and other diabetic foods when the pharmacy is closed. No other pharmacy in town does that but they all charge way higher prices than walmart. All they have to do is leave some out and accessable on the after hour shelves.

Do not go here. Choose a different pharmacy. This one is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Always something going wrong. The people working there have zero common sense. Each time he is working my 40 minute wait time that I'm quoted is never accurate, he * always* has some kind of screw up. It turns into a 3 hour or more ordeal. If you need 3 hours to get it together and do up the prescription say so in the first place! Horrid service.

I can't write a review of the product because I didn't get served. There was a woman being dealt with by a pharmacist, so I stood behind her. That's usually how things work, right? It was obvious that I wasn't merely loitering or looking at anything. The other pharmacists were all busy doing their thing. It took a few minutes and when she was done, I would have thought it was my turn. I was wrong. In the meantime, a woman walked to another part of the counter. I will be the first to admit that I'm not "hot" and I lacked the obvious assets this woman had. However, I wasn't dressed like I was planning on pulling a heist or anything and as I said, it was obvious I was waiting. A woman came up to ask if I was in line. After still being ignored I told her that I thought I had been, but I guess they didn't want my business and I left. I'd only stopped in there because my regular pharmacy was closed. Trust me, I won't go back.

Refused a prescription citing "regulations", had to call my doctor and wait another hour to get it accepted because those regulations were not true. Usually busy, staff doesn't acknowledge those waiting in line. Employees not trained very efficiently at the drop off when you have questions. Pick a different one.

I stood and waited 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and when they finally did i wss told to come back tomorrow for my flu shot cause the perceptions they needed ti fill were more important.... hmmmm makes me wonder where my health stands with them! Maybe its time i changed pharmacies!!!!!

I needed to get a flu shot, the ON.gov. is begging you get one. I called in to see if they had the regular vaccine in, a brief pause on the phone and a validation of the vaccine at the pharmacy. I was booked in within the half hour. Thank you for doing your part for Covid-19

Didn't have the greatest experience im covered under ODSP so the prescription i was getting today should have been close to free or if not free like the last time I went, but the lady continued to tell me that I was over the age of 24. I tried explaining how it wasn't OHIP but ODSP but she told me that I could not get it unless I paid the full amount which odsp covers a portion of mine but she wasn't willing to listen so I had to pay out of pocket which is fine but its the fact I wasn't even being listened too, and she was acting as though I was just making up the information. Totally unfair to be out money I shouldn't be.

We have been going here for years. All of a sudden, were treated like strangers. Suddenly, our medications are not dispensed the way we've had them being done all this time. To boot, they rudely told my spouse "we will not deviate." Just really rude. Time to change. The best part? They don't care if we leave.

Lady with curly hair and glasses refused to give me headoffices phone number after I was ignored by the entire pharmacy team for a consultation for my sick son. Even a floor memeber told them I was waiting and still was not acknowledged. The Pharmacy Manager then started helping other people eventhough I said I've been waiting for awhile. Horrible and rude, especially the woman with glasses, I swear she doesnt know how to smile. I guess that's the walmart way....
