Even though I had experienced poor customer service, I really appreciated how quick London Drugs Management has gotten back in touch with me. Thank you so much! To the Manager of LD , I recently visited LD at the Mall and experienced poor customer service. I always enjoy shopping at the photo lab but my last visit to have passport pictures taken was just horrible. There were two customers ahead of me having pictures taken and I was patiently waiting for my turn. The staff member that has taken the pictures was very friendly and respectful to those customers. Due to the staff being busy as it was on a Saturday, I was transferred over to another staff that worked behind the till at the photo lab. The male staff got a bit upset that he was asked to help me out. The first thing I was asked : “You need the pictures for a permanent residency application ?” Why would he assume that I’m taking it for a PR application ? Maybe because I have a different skin tone ? He didn’t greet me or anything and just wanted to get this done. Taking a passport picture is very important but I was totally rushed throughout the process. Very disappointed with my recent visit :-(
Dave in the photo department was extremely helpful when I went in with my new film camera, having no previous experience using one. He found the products I needed (film and batteries) and helped me load them all! Also answered all my questions with knowledge. Will be going back there if I need anything else photography related.
Extremely slow in attending to the customer at prescription drop off site at around 1PM on August 24. The other staff who are on duty but has other responsibilities keeps on gazing with tilted eyes to the person waiting but do not show up. Weird! I went here for prescription transfer, but will find another pharmacy for long term purposes, but find another pharmacy now!!! FINALLY WHEN THEY DECIDED THEY NEED TO ATTEND, TWO people approached the counter, BUT NO ONE gave a welcome note for a FEW seconds. THERE WAS A HESITATION/RELUCTANCY THAT WHO (out of the TWO) WILL ATTEND ME. IS IT Differentiation (BECAUSE OF THE ATTIRE) OR LACK OF FOCUS TOWARDS CUSTOMER??!!! PLEASE ANSWER THE ABOVE QUESTION IF YOU CARE #londondrugs It is important tk note they opened THREE counters only when there were customers behind me, not when i was Second in line waiting for so LONG. For me the staff was just gazing with Tilted eyes! Finally, Mr. S spoke the much awaited words that a customer (along with a long line up behind) wanted to hear - 'Hello, may I help?!' (let me remind you the TWO people came to the counter for good FEW minutes, before one of them Mr. S who rather arrived a few seconds later than the first person spoke the magical words!) Lastly, they don't even have proper Professional/Business cards to have the prescription sent to them. When I told them I will get the prescription transferred myself to make it EASY for YOU, they gave me this attached SLIP with fax number.
The pharmacist on hand was nice and answered our questions. My mom had fallen during a hike and we wanted advice for cleaning the wound. We were in and out and spent $12 on 3 items.

Do not bring your Apple products here for repair - they don't bother to even properly assess the issue just jump straight to replacing your item without proper examination. They also mark up the replacement pieces by 30% over the replacement fees from Apple (you can check these prices online under Apple support) You are better off going directly to the Apple Store which I did and they were able to get my items working in under 10 minutes saving me the quoted $360 with tax from London Drugs repair team. Total scam, total cash grab place. Beware.
Ive found for the most part the employees are quite helpful. I would like to see a chair at the counter for the elderly as I have to wait and many of us prefer to sit and dont mind but its difficult to stand waiting in a line for very long..

I love the manager at this location, sweet and polite man, his staff are kind and professional, unfortunately they have a horrible lady that works at the postal service on week days, she is absolutely horrible, rude and impatience. I will be using a different Canada Post location from now on as she yelled at me and humiliated me in front of my 5 year old sweet girl. This lady it isn't suitable for the job she has. So very sad and terrifying experience.

Garbage cell phone services. I came in the get a new phone and was told I had to pay off the rest of my old phone. I agreed to do that, i knew i had to pay a bit for the new phone as well. Turns out a month later I'm charged over 300 dollars for the new and old phone. I'm extremely disappointed in the services and the person I spoke to was extremely rude about it. I asked to speak with someone higher up and she said her manager wasn't in til friday and I can come back then. I expect friendly and helpful staff, not rudeness.

Make sure you have a mask. Stay 4 arms lengths apart and stand in the timeout box in isle 2. Shop here at your own stress. Edit to owner: I had a mask. I was not in the way I was more than 6 feet away from anyone Yet your staff yells at me, not 3 old people blocking the middle center isle. Yes you are following safety. This is not the problem. How terribly rude your employees are is the problem. It's sad to hear your so ignorant of what's happening in your own store.

Today I went to London drugs because My camera had appeared to have stopped charging , I knew the camera was out of warranty and that London drugs didn’t typically repair cameras but since I bought it there a few years ago I decided to bring it in and see if maybe they’d let me try a charger from a similar camera to help troubleshoot if it was my charger that was broken or the camera itself before I brought it to a expensive repair shop. I am so glad I brought it to London drugs first - a gentleman by the name of Paul J greeted me in the camera section and after I explained my situation he said he could try a few things and see what he could do - he checked to see if any of the display cameras took the same charger or the same batteries so we could test my camera and then when they didn’t he had the smart idea to try the charger box on my cord which it turned out was the problem - he then helped me pick out the right charging box, rang it through the till for me and then helped me open it up and test it to make sure 100% it was right . My camera is now working for a whooping $12 when I was expecting to pay 100s for a repair all because someone took a little bit of time to help me when it wasn’t something they had to do . I will definitely be buying anything I need for the camera in the future at London drugs and really appreciated the great service .

We had some issues getting our baby’s passport photo done and I initially rated two stars but the store assistant manager got in touch with us a was very polite and helpful.
The middle aged bald man at the front is rude and followed my 60 year old mother around the store, making her feel uncomfortable.

Picked up a photo-book I ordered online; it turned out fantastic! I do not have any issues with the product, the service left me feeling I was a "nothing". I went in to pick it up and didn't receive a smile and I felt like I was a bother to the cashier. I got "ID", it's $xx, debit...'ok', and that was it.

Very poor service from the cosmetic department at this location. I was trying to purchase SEVERAL skin care products from the store. Because some of them are out of stock, I was told to go online to check the availabilities from other stores. However, the online order doesn't take a gift card, I have to travel to different stores. My recommendation is don't bother purchase LD gift card to save your recipients potential hassles. Also the skin care product lines carried at this location is very limited and the CS rep wouldn't help you out centralize your order.

Hi, there is a section where they print name on coffee mugs.. I selected two mugs $35 to print a name on it. I selected large Font size but they printed a very small font size which was not even readable. As my friend picked it up at that time they accepted its their mistake but because of hurry my friend did not bother the font size. However when i saw the mugs it was so frustrating as i was about to gift them to someone. I talk to the person who was at cash counter but he refused to acknowledge his mistake. I asked to re print as its of no use but he did not agree and blamed us as we choose smaller font. the person asked to pay extra $35 to print it again on new mugs. I just wanna store manager to know "no one is stupid who will select a tiny font on a large mug which is even not easy to read" I left the cup at the counter as they are of no use ...Dear Store Manger I paid for the item as well as good customer service . unfortunately i get nothing from your store.

What a joke this place is they have listed on there website 3 Xbox one combo with battlefield 1 for $300 and change but when you go there to purchase the consel and game combo they are of course out of stock so why list on your website you still have 3 in stock I mean why waste your customers time! But oddly enough they are more than willing to sell a Xbox one and the game will cost you a extra $90 what a absolute waste of time sounds like a complete scam to me!
A good London Drugs with everything you would expect from one. They have an oddly appealing inventory with things I didn't know I needed until I see them on their shelves. The tech department is pretty standard though. You will always be helped but it drives me nuts that they don't scale their level of help to the conversation they are having with you. I have worked retail electronics before so I know what I'm talking about: when a customer comes in and says I'm doing this yadda yadda yadda, you listen to gauge how much they know....ACTUALLY know. They may know how to move pictures from a camera to their computer and think they are certified technicians. Or they may actually be certified technicians so you need to throttle your conversation as such. Sadly, which can only be attributed to the geek stereotype of low social skillz (see what I did there? :D), they go full geek on you thinking you don't know a damn thing. And this usually ends up with me saying, "I'm just looking, thanks."

today evening i was at store to pick online order , there was no customers at service desk. when i ask the sales man about help he told me i will be with you shortly and left. till the other girl showed up at the service desk and also people lined up at that time this smart girl jump to other customer when she clearly know i was there before. anyhow she was in on different level after deal with them she ask me what you need ??? i was like what!!!!! it was really shocking approach she was talking to me like she is doing some favor to me and when i asked you know i was here before but you help other customer first then she told me line starts from there you need to go there .... i was like really !!!!!! it was really another shocking statement for me. then she called for my online order to other people and started dealing with other customer and then she told me show me id like straight show me your id i think cops even never asked like this, anyhow i took my ID but she went to other side and i hold it in my hand and lowered the arm then she came back and told me i asked you to show me id i was like what's wrong with you !!!!! ru ok then while helping other customer she handover my product while working with other customer. i think pandemic is going on she need to take her time keep people and herself safe like literally to get my product i get close to other customer who was on counter and i was waiting aside for my product this was horrible experience and will never go there. i wish have negative star for service to give them but ........

I only use their PhotoLab to get film developed. The film is developed nicely but it typically takes at least two weeks to get it back. I wish there was another option besides London Drugs to get my film developed in Campbell River.

I went there for watch batteries and I asked the person in photo section area that where I can find it and when I tried to find batteries I couldn’t do that I asked for help second employee over there and he said sorry am busy. I Waited for 20 mins and nobody did care that I need help. I asked for help two times from two different persons but they don’t care. It was looking like they did not wanted to do their job. Then I did not like to buy anything from there and in future I would never like to go there again.

Such an incredible experience - Went in today and bought a Canon EOS M200 and the manager (I think manager of that specific department but not sure) cashed me out and was SUPER knowledgeable. He gave me some great tips, and helped me to get everything I needed for the camera, and found me some great cost savings as well. His energy was also contagious and I left in such a positive mood. Honestly have never had a better experience in a store!! Will definitely be going back here for similar purchases in the future. Thank you for making my day!!!
Not happy with Pharmacist Sebastian. Very rude approach and very stubborn. I buy almost all prescription from Delta London Drugs but this Pharmacist has really put me down today. Does not know how to enter extended benefit card information, does not want to listen, and shows attitude. There was no Manager today to hear my complain. Very upsetting. Want to update another incident that happened yesterday. I went to pick up prescription and one pharmacist was so rude to one customer who was having some issues picking up his wife's prescription. The pharmacist was rude to him and spoke very bluntly without listening properly to what he had to say. Then later when the customer left, pharmacist went to the back and was laughing about the customer with his colleagues. That's is so unprofessional. I forgot the pharmacist name but next time I go, I will update with name.

I generally like all London Drugs stores because of the selection, prices and the staff in each department seem knowledgeable, generally happy to help & want to try to do good by the customer. This one in particular has an amazing selection of products in many departments, for example, they have quite a good selection of natural deodorants, organic coffee (single serve pods, whole bean, & ground) as well as quite a few different artisanal style crackers and cookies, not usually found in a grocery store. Also, they're putting in an Apple service center (certified of course) in their electronics department and they have a lot of other electronics as well. Not a huge selection of computers, but many TV's, speakers and accessories. Also a good drink selection. Along with all the usual products you've come to expect at a London Drugs store.

However, today I needed to get my car key remote battery replaced and Debbie from the electronics department went out of her way to help me when I was flustered. Worst customer service I've ever had. Felt disrespected, and felt as though my patronage wasn't needed. I spoke to the manager and she made excuses and after 3 phone calls back and forth didn't even offer a coupon or any kind of initiative to return to their location. I had 2 not pleasant experiences in this london drug mart, one with a lady working in the post office, and the second one is today with the lady working in the photography department, both of them are uncooperative and impatient, I will never go to this place again.

People working the pharmacy are incredibly rude. Both me and my husband have no luck with kindness there. They always seem angry and unwelcoming. The rest of the staff at London drugs have always been kind, so my poor review is strictly with the pharmacy team.
I like this location a lot
Absolutely disgusting by the experience I went through during my last visit to this location. I have been an avid London Drugs consumer for many years and have frequent this particular establishment a number of times. My last experience with Jamie- Supervisor was enough for me to turn away and give my business to other, more reputable local brands. I went in on the 28th to grab some boardgames and items and stumbled across a bag that I had previously purchased last month at Winners and knew some friends were interested in. So I snapped a video and sent it over to a friend. The following day (29th) I was in the area and decided that if the bag was still on sale I would purchase it and gift it to my friend. So I went in and still was on sale and purchased the item. At the tile the price rung up higher than priced so the cashier called for a price check. When the price checker went to look she noticed the price was incorrectly marked and many of the backpacks were incorrect placed but said she would honor it then confirmed with another employee who also agreed. The price checker went up with me back to the tile and told the cashier to honor it and to call the supervisor to override it. The dishearting experience now follows when the supervisor (Jamie S. Or Jamie C.... can't remember the last name initial) arrived. The cashier explained to him and he automatically refused to adjust the price. I had to explain to him that this is not my fault items in the store or mislabeled misplaced. Then the price checker came back with the price tags and explained how there are several bags there and how it should be honored. Jamie still refused I told him I would have to speak with a manager because I was even here yesterday and the price and items were still placed and marked the same. Jamie was like, "I am in charge here." I then asked for his name and stated that I would be making a report to head office... he just ignored me and said he didn't care. At that point I really didn't care about making the purchase anymore but it was just a matter of principle an item displayed for a price the consumer believed to be correct. Had it not been because I was purchasing another bag that was initially priced much higher then the price of the bag in question I would have just left. Finally Jamie said he would do it this one time for me. He grudging did it and walked away the cashier apologized for the situation all I could respond back was that it was pretty sad a supervisor would behave in such a way. If this is the character and type of mentors that London Drugs is promoting into leadership roles then my business is better off with companies that value loyal consumers and are training their future/current employees better.
aboslute joke of a store, cashiers are good, the staff in the electronics department, not so much, zero knowledge of product being sold, tried selling a pair of cheap binoculars to a customer who was wanting a good pair to last, also, selling drones in an area that is completely banned from drone flights, and not accepting returns on them,( never left the house and never flown due to the built in geo fence) thanks for the paperweight ..idiots

Jarrod, the manager in the computer department is someone that everyone should go see if you're after excellent customer service! Actually, all the staff in the department has been great helping me with choose the right product for my needs. I'd recommend to anyone in need of a computer to go see these guys, they are doing it right!

Went to get a bottle of castor oil. Lady at the Cosmetics Counter didn't know where, told me to ask the pharmacist. I went to the pharmacy and asked for it, the lady went to help me find it but there was nothing in stock. She came back with another person, that person with the scanner scanned the product code and said they are short, then they both went back to the counter to do their own thing. I had to go in line againand wait to ask them which other location would have it and the man said just try another pharmacy altogether!! What kind of customer service is that? This used to be my go-to pharmacy, now I'm thinking about switching to another pharmacy altogether.
Love all the things they sell. Items are easy to find. The MANAGER AJ that does all the insurance at this location, is EXCELLENT, there is no one better! Small downside is sometimes the wait time for line ups is long, overall all the services from all the staff is awesome!

I went into London Drugs looking for some skin care products and had a great experience with Yvonne Yule. She is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant, explaining the different types of skin care for mature skin. I came away with some new found knowledge and am happy to say I use my products every day. For anyone wanting to know know about skin care/make up, I highly recommend going to London Drugs in Courtenay and ask for Yvonne.
Its a year later since my last review, and disappointingly nothing has changed, if anything, it is worse lowering my rating to one star. I had to get a prescription and being later in the evening, thought I would try London Drugs once again. The store was fairly quiet around 8pm. I went directly to the pharmacy, only one person ahead putting in a prescription, halfway through a consult. I waited 10 minutes in line. The person finally finished, and the only pharmacist taking prescriptions, went to do other tasks in the back, then did a consult at the till with someone picking up a prescription...15 minutes had passed at that point and finally he acknowledged me telling me I could take a seat. No thanks, I'd rather stand, and wait some more.... Another 5 minutes passed. So 20 minutes have now gone by, still standing in the same spot just to 'drop off a prescription' with 3 people behind me. Does that seem like efficient customer service to you? Finally, he is there. I give him the prescription. He asks 'what is this, I can't read it'?' Do you think I can? I am not the trained pharmacist used to reading physician scribble. Luckily I had written it down when the ordering physician told me about the drug earlier that day. I spelled it out for him. 'Whats it for'? he asks. (again, you are the pharmacist, and its not even my personal prescription, it is for a Disabled person in my care). Then proceeds to say they don't carry that and would have to order it in, doesn't tell me how long it would take. Yes, now almost 30 minutes of my life gone just to find out they don't have it, lovely. With no clear answer of when it would be filled. Solidifying my dislike for this pharmacy, their total lack of time efficiency here, and frankly poor customer service. If they have to put up signs on each drop off area that say "BE KIND - and something about any rude behaviour or foul language will give us the right to not serve you, etc....." makes me think that obviously others have become frustrated with their time wasting processes. I don't condone rudeness or foul language but certainly empathize with others frustration. I was going to purchase some cosmetics after dropping off my prescription, however by that point I was so frustrated and tired that I just walked out and went home, without a very much needed prescription. I will go to another pharmacy in the morning and get it filled by someone I trust and is competent. A year ago: Long time resident of NDelta...the retail store itself is good but the pharmacy....arrrrggghhh. Always super long waits, first to get your prescription put in, and then to pick up. Even when there are not many people in line. Also they seem to have no sense of urgency or appreciation for one's time. One evening I waited 20 minutes with 2 people ahead of me, just to simply 'drop off' a prescription. Then 10 minutes for them to enter it in. Seems like they have 2000 keystrokes to enter the order. They need more staff and a better process/system. I'd rather go to Delta Prescription at 84th which is a tiny puny pharmacy but VERY well run, they are fast and efficient even though they have to work in a sardine can. They have more pharmacists working however. 2 minutes to drop off your prescription and just a few minutes when picking up.
New power cord
Generally an excellent shopping experience, but my recent trip to your camera counter proved total terrible. I stood and looked at your display of dash cams for over 10 minutes without any help from staff. There were two staff members in the section at the time, one male and on female, and they both ignored me completely. One even walked right past me to restock an upper shelf. After waiting more than 10 minutes to make my purchase, i walked down the mall to CanTire where a helpful sales associate was too happy to give me assistance and advice. Not a huge purchase, but $200 that went to your competitors. Not performance from your staff.

I have never had a bad experience at LD but the Campbell River staff are outstanding. Today was the second time I’ve dealt with Jeremy in their computer department. Always helpful, goes the extra mile, never makes u feel rushed and speaks so that u can understand the techie stuff. Today I took my Mum in there regarding an issue with her iPad. He was excellent and no charge for 20 mins of advice and assistance he gave us. Thank you!

I find all the staff in the Courtenay location are pleasant and helpful. A special mention to Lily who search to website to find a discounted price for an electrical appliance. She also suggested that I apply my extra points towards the Purchase Protection Plan. It is refreshing know that there are employees who go beyond the call of duty. Thank you Lily, you made my day.

Very useless staff i asked for a USB cord for my Canon camera and they told me they didn't sell them and proceeded to show me the sd cards ...then I asked again and she asked one other camera section staff member and told me they sold no usb cords for cameras so I asked where the USB cords were and I found it in 2 seconds

The electronic dept. broke my phone! They provided no solutions to get my phone working again. Don't get them to do any repairs.
Camera is not good enough to see the licence plate clearly at any distance beyond 25 feet in broad daylight.

I like this location. It is very clean and always has items in stock. The staff is friendly. They usually only have one till open but when the line ups get long they will open another one.

10 STARS!! THANK YOU JODY AND THE NEW MANAGER! I visited my neighborhood London Drugs in Delta today, and I was so impressed with the service. I purchased my son's phone at this location on April 14 of this year, as well as many electronic gifts for my children last Christmas. I have always had a not-so-satisfactory experience. In April, we were misinformed by the Sales Associate about an iPhone and its compatibility with our service provider. Therefore, I chose another phone, only to find out a couple of weeks later that that the iPhone we were inquiring about WAS in fact compatable with our service provider. I was never treated very well at all in London Drugs, and always felt like my business did not matter. Frankly, I was always a bit hesitant to come in to the store again, other than to use the compass vending machine. However today, I was in a bit of a rush and needed some Apple earbuds quickly, and possibly some cologne for a gift. The staff in the computer and camera department were, as I expected, less than helpful, and not at all friendly. The lady who was attending the camera department counter, completely ignored me as I waited for her service while she was talking to other customers. I would expected her to at least greet me and the other customers who were elderly and also waiting for her service. After buying the earbuds, I made my way to the cosmetic department and was attended to by Jody (thinking/hoping that was her name). She told me it wasn't her usual department and she was just covering a break. She was not only friendly but also helpful. Being a "minority" and usually subjected to being followed in stores, I was highly impressed with her service. She informed me about a promotion from Armani (free bag and $15 off) and she also gave me samples of cologne. I told her I wanted Armani Code for men, but when I smelled the spray sample, it definitely was not the fragrance I was looking for. She recommended me to go to the Bay and perhaps I would find it there did. Now, this is outstanding and above helpfull, she genuinely cared that i find the exact product I was seeking. I found what I was looking for because she also told me there were a few different scents by Armani Code, which I did not know (I am not a man). Then she mentioned I could get $15 dollars off and the free little Armani bag ( a promotion that apparently just started today). I probably could have found the Armani Code sport fragrance for a better price online, but her helpfulness went above and beyond than what I was previously used or even expected at this London Drugs. Sending kudos to Jody and the new Manager, who recently took over management at this location about a month ago. Very exceptional service received today!!! Sincerely, A happy customer.
They called me because I left my new $400 (blue) Arc'Teryx jacket there... 6 months ago. Was about to be thrown out because I didn't come back to claim it, but am employee noticed my name and number sharpied (blue ink) on the inside. So let's call it attention to detail & honesty? Thanks guys.
I went to the makeup side around 5pm and i walked around looking at stuff for about 20 minutes. The lady who was working there didn’t even bother to ask me if i needed help nor did she greet me. She was there the whole time aswell. When i paid for my stuff she didn’t say hi then either she just told me to come to the other side. Very poor customer service. Only thing i can say that was fine was that she wasn’t rude in her tone when i paid.

Great selection of products, found a reasonably priced blanket and made the mistake of asking for a plastic bag for which I was charged $2.00!!!! I consider myself an environmentalist but THAT'S EXCESSIVE.
I was trying to get a price match but as per cashier if the item is on sale at another retail than they cannot match price, competitors original price has to be less in order to get price match. I highly doubt thats true, if its correct than this price match policy is a joke. As original price of the product will be same in majority of retail store.

I took my IPhone in to be checked in your computer department. I was helped by several employees and then by Stacey. She went above and beyond customer service. Took my phone to have it available when the Apple service person came in that afternoon, saw that my phone was serviced and then called me tell of my phone’s status and delivered it to me at my home, as she said it was on her way home. I was very disappointed with the photo department today. I brought my infant in to have a passport photo taken, and was told they wouldn’t even try to take the photo. I have had several friends get passport photos taken of their infants at this same location in the past 1-2 months. I was given the phone number of a place in another community that wasn’t even open.
First of all everything is at least five dollars more than literally anywhere else you go. The cashiers are old condescending ladies who would do a better job serving at a highway diner. And what gets me the most is how many pharmacy people they have joking around and laughing with each other but when a customer comes up they're like "um I'll be right with you.." THEN THEY KEEP JOKING AROUND WITH THEIR COWORKERS. The absolute funniest part is how there's like several people working there and this rediculous hour and fifteen minute wait list for someone to literally put pills on a bottle. I guess i didn't know it's rocket science and takes an average of putting one pill in a bottle per minute but you also need those joking around with your coworker breaks. They should all be fired and find jobs at some carnavle where their work ethic is more acceptable.
Stopped by to load up my compass card and check out Samsung tablets but they were sold out, so I went to bestbuy ,they had it for the same price and a free $40. dollar gift card, but I will continue to shop their for other items, friendly staff.
Good photography section, helpful service
Humza was not very knowledgeable about his department (photo lab), and was very unsure about services I was asking him about. I specifically said I wanted them uploaded to the web & I paid for this service, but my photos ended up being printed out. This was very inconvenient and upsetting as I needed these photos uploaded by a certain time for a work project. I will not be coming back to this photo lab.

I would like to share an incredible experience that I had yesterday with an outstanding London Drugs employee in Campbell River. Lars O. went above and beyond his duties to track down and order a 65" LG TV for me. This specific TV has been very difficult to locate and I have searched throughout several other stores without satisfaction. Lars worked with me for over an hour by calling numerous London Drug locations and was determined to stick with it until he found one. Mission accomplished! He not only located the TV that I was searching for but he also created an immensely happy customer. Thanks so much, Lars. You're the best!! Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

I would like to commend Paul in the technical services section. A year ago I had to replace my laptop hard drive. I was extremely satisfied with the work done by Paul at that time. However, the other day I was having an issue that I couldn't figure out (definitely operator error!) and Paul came to the counter and sorted it out for me. He was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful - and he also didn't laugh at me LOL. Thanks much to Paul!

I just had to share my fabulous customer service experience I had today with both Kathryne S. and Melanie G.. I had an issue at the till with an item and they both went did an outstanding job of getting me sorted (even though I was being a tad difficult). Normally I wouldn't leave a review for good service but they were both so polite and helpful. Great Employees. I will shop here again.

Second entry (4 stars) after posting this review I am pleased that an employee (ryan) from london drugs contacted me in order to acquiqre more details with regards to my experience in the store. This proves to me that the store is dedicated to providing a good experience and improving there service. First entry (2 stars)Stood in the photo lab line for help for about 15 minutes with no one bothering to come over and help me. I had to ask an employee that walked right past me for help and then he called someone to help me out. Once I had my product printed I went to go pick it up and it looked fantastic. Ever since I have picked up my product I have received multiple emails saying that the product is ready for pick up even tho I have already paid for and gotten the product.

Very personable staff who go above and beyond what is required. I will always get my prescriptions filled here. Outside the pharmacy staff, all the other staff are friendly as well, they will acknowledge you when you come in or go out from here.
If you like to be racially profiled and called a thief before you even leave the store go ahead and don't mind coming by here they look at you from the cameras as soon as you walk in and have you kicked out within 5 minutes. Make sure you wearing clothing that's not expressing yourself or they will pick you out immediately for doing something a meth head would do.

I had a nice young man by the name of ‘Jericcho’ who provided me with outstanding customer service. He came and assisted me with my iPhone so I could get a picture printed. He not only helped me once, but twice. He is definitely an asset to London Drugs!

Customer Service with a smile / and explaining procedure to replace glass in my I Phone. Jeremy was a very nice person to deal with has helped me on a previous occasion. Very professional and they are a Apple authorized dealer. In a time where Customer Service has all but disappeared it’s nice to see a employee who takes pride and a personal touch which makes a painful experience less painful. This was my second visit to the store and I wasn't disappointed for sure. I went to pick some cosmetics and on both visits came across Jazz A. She is a wonderful lady with a lot of knowledge about the products.Not only did she guide me to pick the best suited foundation but also suggested me stuff that can help improve my skin(which by no way was a selling gimmick). She spent ample time with me and I saw her doing the same for other customers too.She is definitely an asset for the store and my definite go to for further visits!

I was at this location yesterday picking up prescription and this young lady walked in without a mask. No one kicked her out nor made her wear a mask. It was quite disrespectful when a south asian lady from management (she was short and wore a white-shirt her name started with a P) said it was okay for her to be in the store. I was baffled by the precautions at this store. It was absolutely appalled and it not only put me at risk but everyone shopping especially many seniors who come here so often. What kind of store allows their customers to not feel safe. I hope that you guys teach your management and staff the laws during this pandemic.

Had a bad experience trying get my passport photo done. The lady kept touching me without my consent even after I asked her not to. She told me I had crooked shoulders, which is not her place to say anything about my body. I left in tears. Will not be going back to this particular London drugs for photo needs in the future. Will go elsewhere.

How is it that I can’t give ZERO STAR The assistant manager JAMIE the Philippine guy who manages this store is the worst and should get fired Instead of being promoted for anything. I came to this store and asked him if there was another section for chocolate while he was stocking a shelf I said excuse me 3x then followed up with hey not sure if you can hear me but.. and he rudely interrupted Me with yes I can hear you perfectly clear I’m just busy stocking right now and looked away. After leaving the store I decided to call to let someone know the incident but coincidentally got transferred to speak to him not knowing he was the manager I knew right away it was him because of the way he was asking me questions as to what happened and how did the guy look like. Before our conversation ended he then asked how I would have liked to be treated? Your kidding me right? Treat me like a customer. I know this wasn’t reported as I called back to speak to someone else and they said I’ll be receiving a call back not once did I hear back from anyone.
I decided to change my review because they surprised us by having my wife's medication on time this morning (unlike last night when they said earliest will be late afternoon). Not sure who did it but we're very gratefull for this and extremely thankfull especially during the crazy times right now. We understand how hard pharmacists are working during this crisis and thank you for your hard work. All the ladies in the pharmacy were very polite this morning. Also Faith deserves a raise, she's an angel. I still only gave 3 stars because they put us on edge and change their answers all the time when we call. We're gonna deal with the pharmacist manager only for now on so we can get a straight accurate answer every time. My wife's medication is very important for her well being and feeling on edge about if it's going to be done on time adds unnecessary stress to our lives. Thank you again to everyone who worked hard to get her blister pack done on time we truly appreciate you.
Drove all the way in to look at a laptop that it said had 3 in stock online then they don’t even have it. Had my mask (even tho I’m medically exempt and have a dr note) on but the guy was bugging me about it anyways and wouldn’t even look at my phone to help me/find the model I was looking at to buy. Then I go out to the parking lot and buy it online anyways but get a phone call today saying they don’t even have it online even tho it said they did and they charged my card and confirmed my order? They’re trying to give me a display one that everyone’s been touching and using for who knows how long now and won’t even offer a discount or rush order it for me. I am out work until I have a computer and this has all cost me more money and lost wages because of the errors in your website. It should not be possible for a customer to buy items online if they aren’t in stock and when you make a mistake you should apologize to your paying customer and make the situation right. I was told by the employee I could buy it online and then also buy the website. I would have picked a different one so I could be back up working ASAP if I’d known this one wasn’t actually available. Very disappointed. :(
Easy access and quick to shop
Thought I would give this pharmacy a try as it’s close to work, my doctor faxed in a prescription and I went in over 6 hours later to pick it up and it wasn’t ready- and it would be a 30 minute wait. Asked why it took over 6 hours to fill a simple prescription and staff said “they get a lot of faxes each day”. Will be going back to my previous pharmacy that is a little less busy.

Worst customer service. I just asked that how long it will take to get the photos..and the one lady replied so rudely that just place your order and you will know. On asking for some assistance...she made me feel so embarrassed. They really need to work on customer service.
I have been a customer of the Delta London Drugs since it opened and frequent other locations as well. All my prescriptions are filled there and I also do other shopping as well. I feel the pharmacy department in particular is second to none. What I have issue with in these extraordinary times of the pandemic is that LD does not have a mandatory mask protocol. LD’s claim is that “Pharmacy is the heart of our business”. There is a steady stream of people that travel to the back of your store to have prescriptions filled for a large variety of medical issues. Masks should be mandatory for anyone shopping in your stores. The employees are all masked, it’s the shoppers I’m concerned about. If Canadian Superstore, Winners, Walmart and many others have this protocol, I believe London Drugs of all stores should make masks mandatory to help protect its customers, especially those who have chronic health issues.
Absolutely horrible DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM LONDON DRUGS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND ANY OF THERE PRODUCTS AT ALL I bought a $500 soundbar a month and a half ago the sub quit and londin drugs will not honor it at all Absolutely horrible buy anywhere else but here all other major stores stand behind there stuff not london drugs
Issue with system loosing orders. Rya in the photo lab was a welcome breath of fresh air. In my opinion she asked the right questions and listened to my responses. Took ownership and made herself available for ME! Didn't assume the system wouldn't fail again. Had a bad up plan for me. A first rate customer service representative. ????
Today I went into the chilliwack location to purchase makeup was followed around that department and asked by 3 different staff that came down every isle I was on asking if they could help me find something when never have i been asked before. The. I went to the customer service til to pay for my purchase where I was asked to pull down my mask when I went to cash in my lotto tickets the cashier excuse was that she was making sure I was of age. I am 53 with a highly immune compromised system. Number one that is why I have I.d. two I have cancer and to be made to remove my mask at this time was unacceptable . I will be contacting the news station and my lawyer with regards to this matter as I feel that I was wrongfully followed around and that I was put at risk today by being told to pull down my mask. Not to mention if I contract covid 19 due to the pulling down of mask I will be taking further action. My character was put into question I was embarrased and I have been put at risk. Great customer service:) I dropped and broke makeup foundation glass container and spilled that all over the floor but the kindness showed by the employees was unexpected. They just took over the situation and didn make me feel bad or apologized but it was my fault and I apologized and thanked them. Moreover, every time I visit the store ive never been disappointed by employees. They are so helpful, friendly, kind, professional and experienced specially in cosmetics cz I usually buy the makeup stuff.

This is the best store on earth. You name it they have it from mugs to a huge selection of tv's. Cameras. Laptops. Gps systems cell phones. The name is very deceiving. They have stuff I didn't even know existed. And the staff is great they will go out of there way to assist you in anyway and if you're a bit older. Or not they will bring your items out to your car. Not many places do that any more. Love this store.
The prices and options here are really good for anything from electronics to groceries and pharmaceuticals. The staff in Electronics are helpful and knowledgeable. London Drugs is definitely a good place to shop.
The one of the lady on front desk of electronics side is very rude.worst customer service. I wait 1 hour for my item and on that time no busy staff
