Awesome service and very competitive pricing. I have to get one of my meds compounded here. Sometimes I have to come back later to pick it up. When this the case it is always ready at the time promised. The Pharmacist is always available for consult or questions.

Wouldn’t sell me a knee brace that they had in stock. Had to drive to Nanaimo to buy what I wanted. Still stunned by the terrible customer service. Will never shop here again. Would have left zero stars but it’s not an option.

This is the only pharmacy I'll ever use, Joe is terrific but as the store expanded doesn't seem to have the time for customer service. He is the best ! The service is always great and this is the only place I trust with any medical needs. They are just busier now so you don't feel that neighborly one I recognize you , how are you anymore . But you'll see it on days when they are slow and you have time to talk. They know they're products unlike a big store or pharmacy grocery store. Always stick with the same pharmacy your loyalty pays off and you will benefit on the days you really need it . Especially the women working up front they understand and you can just blab and they can always relate.
