Great pharmacy. They go over and beyond to take care of their customers needs. The walk-in clinic doctors are amazing and take the time to listen to their patients. You don't have to wait a long time to see the doctor which is a nice change from many other walk-ins. I highly recommend switching over to this pharmacy. You won't be disappointed.

I have been suffering from nerve pain from a recent neck surgery and in 1 visit to this wonderful place has helped me more than all my visits with the specialists I have seen. They take the time to listen to your problems and are willing to come up with solutions that work for you and help you feel like someone cares. They have a wonderful staff on hand and a cool compounding service that has helped me more than I can put into words. They created a cream for my pain instead of more medication that does nothing for me. If you are looking for a treatment that works and affordable prices this is the place to go. I am so thankful for all they have and will continue to do for me!!????

After dealing with my family Dr who wanted to just debate with me on my vaccine status, and said they would call me back to fit me in to see my just turned 5 daughter that has been sick for the past 3 weeks but got worse. I was referred to a clinc in hespeler from a neighbor. Unfortunately they didn't have a Dr on-site Friday. But they quickly referred me to their other clinic that had a Dr. I got in within the hour of calling which I know isn't always possible. My children just came back from their dads so when her cough was getting worse I wanted to get her seen before the long weekend. It's Monday and she is feeling so much better thanks to them getting us in so quickly. They were very nice and kind. Welcoming, my children are usually shy and the Dr made them feel very comfortable and happy. He was great with accessing them and very thorough. I would 1000% recommend this walk in for anyone needing to see someone. Especially for children. It's hard enough with covid going on. And your Dr refuses to see your child in person. Thank you guys so much for getting us in and preparing her subscription quickly ❤ look forward to visiting the next time we need to be seen.

Moved into the area in April and tried two Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy's. Both experiences were very poor. Went to the walk in clinic that shares the building and spoke to the pharmacist and was really impressed. Very knowledgeable. Switched pharmacies, very happy with the customer service.

Friendly and helpful staff. They did our PCR test for travel at a good rate. We did our test 72 hours before our flight and then found out that our destination country changed the requirements for testing to 48 hours beforehand. The staff was kind enough to do a re-test without repayment as they hadn’t sent in the swabs for results yet. So grateful.

We have found that this drugstore and Pharmacist Veronica is like no other. She is a very kind and caring woman. She takes the time to know each one of his patients names, what suits them best and what is most important to them. All is treated equal there, walking through the front door of her pharmacy is like coming home. She cares very much and treats you with honesty and respect. The pharmacist took the time, suggested me the best therapy which was in my coverage. She is truly awesome! Great Service. Highly recommend you stop in to see for yourself.
