I have been going the this pharmacy for about 16 years now. They had the best service and the most knowledgeable staff. They are still an excellent pharmacy, knowledgeable and friendly, but you can definitely notice a change now that the original pharmacist is no longer with them.

The only pharmacy I have delt with, they are great. One time I was getting a prescription for myself and my daughter, and they only gave me hers. But they resolved the issue over the phone professionally and apologized termendously. They're good. I wouldn't say fantastic. But I won't look for another pharmacy.

I have been using this pharmacy since Hy and Zels closed inthe 90s? It used to be the best..lately it has gone way downhill. They dropped online refills for months...when they transitioned to a new system no one tells you! When you ask about a new system they have to go through a couple staff to get a photocopy of instructions. Of course you cannot sign up because the "new" system has outdated info (anyone know offhand the policy number of their insurance from when they first went in to the pharmacy?...of course not if you ever changed a job). I was redirected back to the pharmacy...no thank you. This just adds to the frustration of requesting a refill...schlepping back to the pharmacy to be told the doctor did not authorize...call doctor...they claim they sent it back the day they received it...schlep back to pharmacy next day. This repeated a couple of different occasions. The general competence has declined in myopinion. Sign up for a flu shot "we will call you when we get the doses to schedule". Never called. I was thinking of switching but held off because of the promise of a replacement to the online system. This farce of trying to sign up sealed the deal. I trace the decline to Sanjay leaving or might be when Loblaws bought Shoppers...I don't know for sure but I am out.

Genuine and detailed customer service. Tonight I had a terrifying migraine but the pharmacist talked me through my options on a prescription refill, put my safety first and wrote a note on my prescription of some at home remedies I could try as well such as cold packs, dark room and eucalyptus oil. This thought is much appreciated and meant alot. Made me feel safe. So thank you again to this special individual and everyone who works there.

My order didn't go out for delivery. One if the pharmacists delivered it personally to my home. Wonderful service. I go to them for all if my prescriptions a yearly receipt can be given for tax purposes no questions asked. Thanks for the wonderful service.
