Fast and very helpful. A true hometown pharmacy. The pharmacist took the time to find me exactly what I needed and even pulled out an anatomy book to show me how my seasonal allergies affected different spots in my eyes. So cool!

I've been using this pharmacy for years for our family. My son is type 1 diabetic on insulin. I can't count the amount of times they've gone above and beyond, by staying a bit late so we can pick up, having medications at the ready before even having to call. These guys deserve 10 stars. Proper locally run place and the staff are always super friendly. They put shoppers drugmart to shame. Thanks to the team for always looking out for us!

I traveled to Hespeler Pharmacy to get my Covid-19 Vaccine. The pharmacist was amazing! She was kind and knowledgeable. What really stood out was that the owner who was working the pharmacy, knew people by name, when they walked in to pick up their prescriptions! Can big chain pharmacies do that!? Small is better!

First of all you don't know the reason that led me to give you this negative evaluation don't assume it was due to the short supply. My negative evaluation was exactly because you did not explain the reason for the cancellation on the call, just told me it was canceled and did not cancel my appointment in the system. This is a pharmacy that is a pharmacy as it should be ! They will reach out to your Dr to get refills, they will phone you when the script is ready, they are friendly, helpful and know what they are doing. We switched a few years ago from the grocery and makeup store that pretends to be a pharmacy after SO many dropped balls and confusion and we are so happy that we did. Keep doing what you are doing !!
