Oh my goodness I witnessed the pharmacist this morning in dealing with one of their delivery drivers I honestly cannot believe how rudely the pharmacist treated this driver she was super nice and ask a question his answer seemed very inconvenient and she said very politely that she needed to call her boss quickly cuz that seemed very inconvenient so she wanted to double-check then the pharmacist got extremely rude called her boss and essentially made it sound like she was ignorant and rude on the phone to her boss and she was as the nicest lady to him the entire time I can't believe the audacity of the pharmacist

This hidden gem of a pharmacy is amazing. The staff are easy to talk to and they work with you to find exactly what you need. They will call Dr.'s offices if needed, and even help with suggestions for what might work better/best for you. They will even order in non-prescription supplies, if t they don't currently have in-stock, at your request. Delivery is a breeze as well. 100% recommend them.

Outstanding service and patient support. Staff always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and up to date with medication data, treatment(s) and efficacy. James (owner) always goes above and beyond to ensure my heath needs are being met and takes the time to listen and address any issues or concerns that come up.I consider James and staff to be a crucial part of my care team as they treat their clients like individuals (as opposed to numbers). They know your name and situation and are personable and interested. In addition, Mayfair Pharmacy's free delivery service is second to none! Each and every member of the delivery service (provided by Mayfair Pharmacy) is friendly, courteous, prompt and professional. To offer a free delivery service that is as hassle-free as it is convenient is something that is difficult to find. Similarly, having the best delivery personnel that never fail to put a smile on my face, makes Mayfair a cut above! I have been with this pharmacy for over twelve years - prior to James taking over- and, despite moving further away from this location, I continue to use Mayfair for the reasons noted. By far the best pharmacy in the city!!!!

The entire industry should take note and model themselves on Mayfair’s service and attention to the customer. James and entire staff go above and beond every time. Just one point, other pharmacies will tell to “ That will be 10-15 minutes.” then after 45 minutes you finally get your perscription. Mayfair, this has never happened one time in over 10 years. Always above and beyond.
