This is the best little pharmacy in Kelowna. The staff is always friendly, discreet and so obliging. They have even dropped of my prescriptions to me if I was too busy to step out and pick them up myself! I will not go anywhere else, if I can help it.

This pharmacy has great customer service! My first time going there, they didn't have what I needed but made the effort to get it and deliver it to my house the very next morning! On another visit Janice, the head pharmacist, remembered to ask me if I wanted to refill that same prescription! And on today's visit she took the time to actually speak and listen to me about my health concerns and the medication needed. I was very impressed! My wife had called to see if they had her pills in, as she ran out. They were closing real soon and she wasn't going to make it down to pick them up in time - so they actually went out of their way to deliver them for free! These people actually care about their customers and it shows!!

I had my booster shot for COVID here. They were extremely conscientious about COVID guidelines - even more so than other pharmacies. They were very polite and efficient!

Be careful of this place if you make vaccine appointments for Covid-19. My daughter had a morning appointment on Dec 31 for her 3rd shot and even received an email confirmation a day prior. When we got there, the pharmacy was closed for the New Year holidays until Jan. 4. Irresponsible that they allow bookings through the holidays when they are closed. Waste of time and trip.
