Awful Customer Service. I went to pick up my Canada Post package and the lady scanned my attempted delivery slip, told me my tracking number did not exist in her system, and she then proceeded to help the person behind me. I had to interrupt her for further instructions on what to do, as this has never happened to me before, and she told me there was nothing she could do for me and said goodbye. I understand sometimes delivery mistakes happen and that these things are out of our control, but her dismissive unhelpful attitude and annoyance towards me when I inquired for further instructions was unacceptably rude.

The pharmacists here are always nice and friendly. Very patient in answering all the questions I have. I never feel rushed even when they are busy. If you need medicine ASAP this would be the place for you as their service is very quick most of the time.

One of my favourite drug stores in the Heights. Great people! I originally wrote the above about the Pharmasave on Rosser. I would like to change that to MY ONE and ONLY ALL TIME FAVOURITE pharmacies, ever. These people are wonderful. From the front of store staff to the pharmacy and the Canada Post outlet. The Heights is very lucky to have this drug store and so are the residents!

Accepted my compound prescription no problem. When I called HOURS later that same day to ask when it would be available for pickup, they said they wouldn't be able to pick it up within the next 2 WEEKS(!!) as their "manager is on vacation and she is the only one who can do compounds" they then went on to inform me there, obviously, will be a backlog of prescriptions from this woman's vacation and it could take more than 2 weeks.. the woman on the phone couldn't give me an answer I don't live on the mainland and this was a prescription sent directly from the hospital after a procedure. What an absolute disgrace. If I had not called HOURS after to ask when I would be ready I would have gone without my medication as my community does not have a compound pharmacy. You should have your license removed and be shutdown!

Have been getting my flu shot and prescription here for the past few years. Called this morning and was told they have a fly shot clinic on Sat. Asked if I can get it today and was told it is possible as long as it is before 5pm. Drop in at 4pm and was offered Sat or Weds. Told pharmacist (Mandy) that I called earlier and she again said Weds or Sat. I walked out. They just lost a client. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart near where I lived that is open till midnight - guess I will be going there to get all my prescription and flu shot in future..

Excellent pharmacy and as good of a post office as one can expect from a post office. Don't expect much more than pharmacy-type items in store - seems to be a random assortment of food and other store items. Service is always very friendly.

Bernice is such a kind friendly helpful pharmacist. I always come here for all medications. Bernice and the rest of the staff will process the prescriptions quickly, while you wait. So great to have her pharmacy in our community! The post office is somewhat slow, not very efficient.

A bit of an odd hodge podge for a pharmacy and obviously caters to a specific clientele but it has the friendliest, caring pharmacy staff around! I don’t usually come to this one but it is striking just how approachable the pharmacy staff is here. A hidden gem!
