Hi Michael, I want to say thank you for your excellent ongoing service. You regularly provide that extra care which your clients need. Rain or shine, you personally deliver us our important medications. You have excellent attention to detail about our prescriptions and insurances. Most importantly, you take those extra human steps to personally know your clients' health needs, which is an incredible gift that you possess. The only reason I gave one star less than perfect for now (in time, I will raise it to 5/5), it is because you earlier had some employees who occasionally made some mistakes with my medications. I will add though, you solved their errors right away (which was much appreciated!) and instructed your employees on how to correct their errors too. You do excellent work! God bless you! Thank you!

Violated Fair Pharmacare’s Full Payment Policy for three prescriptions. Also, compounded my medication, but the medication smells more like alcohol than ever before, so it concerns me that it might have been formulated incorrectly. The pharmacist never got back to my two messages expressing concern about the smell (one voicemail and one with the substitute pharmacist).

Michael is a great pharmacist. Highly recommend getting your medication in this neighbourhood pharmacy. The pharmacy is conveniently located beside a medical clinic. Lots of street parking. The service they provide is phenomenal.
