My last two visits to this Pharmasave have been a distinct pleasure. During the first, the pharmacist, Val, took time to answer questions regarding COVID vaccines at the end of her day. My second visit was a surprise, as I'd cycled to the top of their manually kept waitlist. Val was efficient and gracious, again at the very tail of her day. I'll be returning.

This store NEVER opens on time. Today the lady sauntered up at 9:05 am saying it would be a few minutes until it opened. If you're lucky they will open a few minutes past 9.

This place is great, its right by my house they have pharmacy stuff, plus snacks and a Canada Post Office built right into the store. ???? Very convienient

Today I called in this post office so there is one lady pickup my call. I had inquire regarding my post I just asked her if there is little bit confusion in address so is delivery man able to find the address or not. She started screaming on me over the phone . So if she is not good in customer service then she doesn't need to pickup phone

The place is easy to access and Joan, the cosmetics manager is such a sweet person. Made me feel so comfortable; I was here for the flu shot. Totally recommended.

This is not a bad experience with pharmasave, but a bad experience with the Canada Post section within that pharmasave. I have been living in Burnaby for over 15 years, and this Canada Post always hires someone that want to rip you off with postage fee. For example, I have bought envelopes with 45 cents stamp attached when postage fee is still low at 45 cents, even when I put 4 sheets of papers and mail within Greater Vancouver area. Last week I went to mail a letter with 4 sheets of paper in it for within Greater Vancouver area, this mid age woman at the counter charges me 55 cents on top of the 45 cents stamp on the letter, even after I told her there is 45 cents on the letter already, and she did not give me a receipt. I am beginning to doubt lawfulness of clerks at Canada Post in this store, for pocketing whatever cash they can that does not belong to them, on top of their normal wages.

I came to get my prescription filled here and had the most wonderful experience with the pharmacist. He was super helpful in informing me about extended coverage and the positive and negative side effects of the medication. This is one of the best pharmacists and pharmacies I have ever dealt with. I will continue to be a regular customer here. The rest of the store is also filled with helpful and nice employees!

i have been going to this location for 10 years was always great when Mark was running it. now they have a new persian lady who needs to be fired. 4 times in 4 months she didn’t order my medications for me and i had to wait an additional 3 days to get my meds. i get very sick when i don’t take my meds and she has made me wait every time i have gone to her. every other pharmacist has it ready the day of or worst case the next morning. this lady has kept me off my meds for 5 days before, once i had to go to hospital. this is unacceptable and i will never spend a dime at this location or any other pharmasave again.

To be clear, the only issue I have is with this post office inside the PHarmasave. Found most of them to be inept. They need better training. Anything more difficult than regular postage where they need to enter prepaid label information or anything they didn’t print out or sell themselves, they get so confused. Also, I don’t mind a little chit chat, but when you have a line of 4 or 5 customers who wait 5 minutes per person....just make the chat short and help your customers get on their way. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years. I’ve finally felt strongly enough to write a review. I appreciate the convenience but I try not to come here if I can help it. The reviews don’t lie. I’m not the first to voice their displeasure about this post office.

Horrible!! Post office hours at parmasave- crest specifically say closes at 5pm on Sunday. Got to the front door of Parmasave and the whole store is closed & locked up by 4:40pm.. management/ manager shouldn’t be closing up that early. Now I need to come back tomorrow to pick up my package. Very unacceptable!!!! 11.04.2018
